The blueberry bagel I had that day was absolutely superb, probably the best blueberry bagel I've ever had in Boston. A few days later, I craved that same blueberry bagel and made the trip back, which is a considerable drive for me. Upon arrival, I was told that blueberry bagels are not offered every day and are only available on Thursdays. I returned the following Thursday, but the experience was very different. I got blueberry, poppy, and a few other bagels to take home. Unfortunately, all of them were absolutely disappointing. They tasted extremely off and very different from the blueberry bagel I had previously. At home, my family ate about half of what we purchased, but none of us had any desire to finish the rest. Overall, the experience was unpleasant, and the bagels were not enjoyable at all. The blueberry bagel from my first visit looked and tasted amazing and was completely different in quality from what I received on my second visit. On top of that, the person behind the counter seemed careless with hygiene, touching the screen, bagels, and other surfaces without any apparent attention to cleanliness. It felt like a completely different place compared to my first visit just a couple of weeks earlier. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed.

Of course there's always a line but it moved pretty quickly, and we were even able to snag a table at the last second. To be fair, the bagel was good, if you go in with the mindset of not comparing to a NY bagel. Bagelsaurus has more crispy bagels, and it's pretty thin, while NY bagels and thick and chewy. With that in mind, if you want to compare to NY, you're not going to like this. But if you just want a bagel or breakfast sandwich, it's pretty good! I personally liked the texture for what it is, and they have good variety of bagels and sandwich options.

Maybe I was just too hungry, but this place was so delicious…read more Lox Classic: The smoked salmon was delicate and smooth, the cream cheese was creamy and fragrant, and the high-calorie intake made me feel alive after the first bite, but it got a bit greasy towards the end. I chose the Everything Bagel, which had a thin, crispy crust on the outside, but the inside was full of soft, airy textures, and the spiciness of the black pepper was particularly prominent. It wouldn't be an exaggeration to say it's the best bagel I've ever had. The Favorite: Boiled egg + tomato + avocado, fresh, refreshing, and full of oily aroma, delicate, fluffy, and with a touch of crispness, it's hard not to be the Favorite! I chose the Rosemary Sea Salt Bagel, which, as always, was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with both seasonings having very prominent aromas, becoming more fragrant with each chew. Iced Latte: The milky aroma was incredibly rich!!! I was amazed by the first sip, I loved it. The interior is old and dark, and it gets very hot in the summer, so it's much better to sit outdoors.

I asked for my bagel untoasted, and when she realized the mistake, gave me a dirty look, and what I thought might be spiteful fat-free cream cheese... until I realized that's not an option.. so, the cream cheese is bland, the bagels were bland, and the woman preparing the bagel is kind of a jerk..

It's in industrial part of town, but as soon as you start getting close, that smell of fresh dough baking hits you. You don't even need a map at that point- just follow your nose. Walk inside and you'll see shelves behind the counter stacked with all kinds of loaves. Just let whoever is helping you up front which one(s) you'd like either whole or sliced. I ended up picking up two of their pull-apart brioche mini buns, a Valrhona chocolate chunk cookie, and a couple of thumbprint-style cookies- one raspberry and one nectarine. Do note- the cookie I got is made like into this hockey puck style cookie. It was buttery which I liked- but it's crumbly and falls apart- so did the thumb print type pastries. Everything looked fresh and the service was friendly. Definitely worth making the stop. Oh- and they also have these independent soft drinks and juices in the glass fridge.

Went on a Friday around 11:30am (FYI use Yelp to get address or Google Maps - Apple Maps took us somewhere else). Located in Seaport district with plenty of outdoor seating available. You do have to order a minimum of 3 bagels with a Schmear so just keep that in mind. We got the Poppy, Sesame, and Everything bagels with Scallion Schmear. Bagels were perfectly soft and the schmear was delicious! I wasn't sure how I would feel about the concept of ripping the bagels and dipping it into the cream cheese, but I actually ended up preferring it - less messy and more cream cheese per bite. Wish PopUp Bagels was in the Bay Area. I would definitely return!

The bagels were very fresh (you can smell them well before you see their storefront in the suprette). You get 4 bagel options and a similar number of spreads to choose from. Then they toss them in a bag and you're on your way. So...the bagels are good...but that's kind of it. No seating inside, lattes were from a can, no avocado spreads just cream cheese varieties and butter. You won't be disappointed but if you're expecting something life changing (based on the hype) I think you'll be disappointed. I went close to when they open at 7 and waited less than a minute at most.
