My sales guy Zaid is new to the field of selling cars, but was very nice and professional. I went there 3 times before finally I had enough. From the get go I advised them what i wanted and what I would take. They did not keep to that and kept telling me it was in my best interest to take a longer care payment. I asked for a 3-4 year payment, but they said a 5-6 payment was better for me. The finance department had one good guy (forgot his name) the other ones I came across are all lying to you. Pros: -very nice inside and clean -right next to other car dealerships lol Cons- -They charge a 2,500 fee to your finance for them to make sure the used cars are good to go. -650 charge for paint job called zac or something, oh you have to pay for that. -400 for window tint, lifetime. I wish I could give this place a half star. I recently sold my house of 6 1/2 years and had some extra cash from my equity, so I wanted to buy a new car. The car I wanted was very specific since I was paying cash. I wanted a USED kia optima hybrid fully loaded... So me, the wife, and the 9 month old baby mind you... Went to 7 or 8 dealerships looking for said car. When we couldn't find said car we began to call around local dealerships to see if they had one on the floor and if not to give us a call when they did. That's when I stumbled upon camelback kia... I called one afternoon and a man by the name of Ryan Crowder answered the phone. I talked to Ryan for several minutes and he stated without doubt he had SEVERAL fully loaded USED kia optima hybrids on the lot and was well within my price range. We then talked via email/phone for several days exchanging numbers and so on and so forth... I gave him the info on the car I was going to be trading in so I would be spending as little time at the dealership with a nine month old baby. I found a small bit of time I could drive (mind you 35 miles) to the dealership to finally buy the car I wanted. I specifically asked Ryan if the said price of the trade+cash would cover the vehicle/s he had on the lot- he then answered a definitive YES! (I have the emails to prove it) Met Ryan and he showed us the vehicle he had wanted to sell me and the family but the vehicle had very low miles for a used car (900 miles) ... So I asked him if the car was used which I had asked for. Ryan stated of course and we were going to be in and out real quick since I was paying cash. Now Ryan seemed a little on the green side of car sales ... He would repeat questions that I gave him several days prior( remember to ease and quicken the process and time spent inside the dealership since I had an infant with me), write down wrong information such as the mileage on my car, payoff amount and account number on my existing loan. It was almost like I had never spoke to Ryan in the days prior and he was just wasting my time. It was only an hour and a half later after merely looking at the car (I had driven so many I knew I liked it) and getting the info down on my trade in (should've been done prior like we discussed) I met the manager for sales... Fernando came up to me with a price of double of what I had agreed to come in an look at the car for... I then asked him if the car was used (which I assumed was). He then stated that the car was NEW and was just brought into the lot. I then told Fernando of my whole story and that the only reason I was here and drove 35 miles out of my way was to look at this specific vehicle I had set out for... Fernando stated that Ryan was new not only to the dealership but car sales in general. Fernando was not apologetic and offered nothing in alternative such as another used hybrid vehicle or if he could do anything to help the matter.... His only excuse was "Well Ryan is new". Ryan also stated "well those specific used cars are hard to come by". Really Ryan?!? Hence the reason why I was calling local dealerships for about a week hounding down this specific make and model!!! I asked Fernando for his business card to which he declined stating he had no business card and NOBODY in his office did either. I told him I would not expect a person off the street to know car sales but I would expect them to know enough between a used and a new car (the only reason why I came in the first place) and to not bring people in (35 miles) to look at vehicles that are NOT THERE. On a much more serious note- if said vehicle is not on the lot why even talk #s with anyone on buying a made up vehicle?! THIS IS BAD BUSINESS PEOPLE!!! I came in on Friday looking to test drive an Accent and it took a while to find one on the lot but eventually we did and I really liked it. After test driving the Accent we went inside and started to talk about numbers. It took about 4 hours to negotiate to get into my price range. A few times i felt like I was being pressured but I told them what my budget was and I didn't deviate from it. The trick to buying a car is that you need to know your budget and you need to stick to it. I got a brand new Hyundai Accent at a great price. The only thing I had to compromise on were the financing terms. I didn't buy the extended warranty as it's a brand new car so it's covered for the first 5 years. You need to be confident and have the ability to say no and walk away if you're not comfortable with your numbers. Don't settle for something outside your budget. read more

This Dealership is still in the 80's. Same old car trick. They are rude, they are liars of the worst sort and they think if they tell exactly what you want to hear that later, when they hit you with a number that is 4K higher than your highest price, on a car that you weren't even going to buy, (we aren't stupid, we have done our research at this point), that you will be so enamored with it that you will follow along like a stoned child of the 60's. First off, why would you do this? Because you like them? And they listened to you so well? Because their price is higher than everyone else's? They didn't do anything that was asked of them. They didn't earn your trust or respect. They didn't listen to you and address your concerns. And, beyond the complete disrespect that they have demonstrated they managed to waste my time. A whole 6 hours, and I didn't even go into the dealership! My fault for falling for the same old car games of the 80's. I guess I just didn't believe that a Manager would lie to the extent that he did after yes Ma'aming me for an hour. So, don't call, don't stop. There are plenty of other vehicles in the valley. Don't let them waste your time. This was not a one time, one person, one salesperson experience. I even reached out to the "original" manager, Mike Kimbrell, Internet Sales Director. REALLY! well everyone reads his emails and responds to you. EXCEPT for him. He told me he would get right back to me. That was over 24 hours ago. Meantime, ANOTHER, "Manager" contacts me after reading said email, however, she knows nothing about previous conversations and hits me with a number that isn't even a possibility. Just trying to shuffle through their BS is a waste of time. Again, RUN, don't walk. The mentality at Camelback Hyundai seems to all be the same. This dealership will let the air out of your trades tires and give it back to you with 4 flat tires. An old car trick from the 80's! That's the kind of people they are. They believe in the old mentality, "Throw it against the wall, one of them will stick." Don't be one of the thousands they blow through to get the one that sticks. I would like to add an update to this review. On 1-6-2018 I had to call the service department at Camelback Hyundai as I had a BSD Cancellation (Blind Spot Detection) notification appear on my dashboard. When I spoke to the sales rep "John" he was unbelievably rude and treated me with complete disrespect. I asked to speak with a service technician who knew about the problem and he put me through to the receptionist. I asked to speak to the manager and the receptionist told me that I would have a call back shortly, as they were all in meetings. It is now Monday 1-8-2018 and to date I have not had a return call from the Hyundai management team at Camelback Hyundai. I have since gone to AutoNation of Tempe Hyundai where the answered my questions treated me with respect, and actually put the customer first. It is fairly sad that Camelback Hyundai feels they can treat people the way they do, but obviously management is ok with it. Management does not feel that they need to service customers either, since they are also part of the problem and do not call customers back. I will never use Camelback Hyundai ever again. For service, for sales, for questions. I wont even go there to turn my Equus in when my lease expires. My next car is going to be the Genesis G 90 and I can assure you it will not be from this dealership. Buyer Beware....Go Elsewhere!!!!!!!!! However, their sales-people keep calling us to the point that we went elsewhere without even stepping foot on the lot. I had a horrible experience that has now turned into a nightmare. My sales man Daniel was the only good thing I can say about this place. The financing was horrible and had to come back multiple times to sign papers and considering I am about 25 miles from this place was a huge inconvenience. When I purchased my vehicle I got the base model, but did not have key-less entry. I did not want to upgrade to the next package because the only feature that I wanted was key-less entry. I was told that I can add Key-less entry for $600. I Just took the Kia in today to have it installed and they put in a cheap $40 key-less entry system. I am currently working on getting this resolved with no luck. I have been making phone calls all day an keep getting the run around. I would never buy or recommend Camelback Kia. read more

Went to this dealership looking for an Elantra, but they refused to sell anywhere near listing price. Thousands of dollars of add-ons they "can't remove" from purchase and the salesman we worked with was clueless about anything but making money. The car we looked at had severe door damage that the salesperson "wasn't aware of", and the online pictures they listed purposefully didn't show pictures of. When we tried to talk about price for the car, our salesman would only talk about how he needed to make money. A word for word quote from our salesman when talking about how ridiculous an $1100 charge for wiping down the interior of the car was, "it's bad for you but good for me". We decided to walk out after he told us that he has tons of other customers so our business didn't mean anything to him and that he would "still make money anyways". I get it's a sales job, but making the us feel like our purchase isn't important is what made us go finance a car from a different dealer for a much better price with none of these borderline criminal add-ons. I purchased my vehicle in 2017 from this dealership and I had the best experience EVER. However once you get out the lot and you have questions they will lie and lie. The customer service is horrible there in the service department (Pedro). I've never met anyone in my life like Pedro very ignorant and rude, think he can talk to you however he wants. I don't like when I have to deal with him for service. He needs to just go work at a McDonald's or something. I would not recommend this place at all. I pay an additional 99 dollars for extra coverage on my car, my car have been jerking and the radio went completely out. I reached out to them and they were like bring it in. I stated I needed a loner and Pedro stated well we don't have any go to enterprise. I told him that wasn't going to work and he needed to provide another option. He said that was all the options he had. I eventually spoke with a manager who provided a loaner and of course they said "We didn't find anything!" I returned the loaner back to get my car from them with the same gas as stated by the rep in service department. However, my car wasn't were I left it with them. I had made arrangements to purchase a preowned Toyota Tacoma at Camelback Hyundai for my son, who is currently deployed with the Army in South America. He put a $1000 down payment, and I went through all the trouble of getting a Power of Attorney, work with USAA for the loan, and then a Cashiers check on behalf of my Son to purchase the vehicle for him, while he is out of the country. The process took a few days, and the day I was heading to Camelback Hyundai to sign the contract and bring home my Son's Truck. I was told that the truck had been sold by a sister Company of Camelback Hyundai. Nothing could be done, because the truck had been delivered to the buyer. After that, I couldn't even get a call back from the Director of Sales, Troy. I didn't get any explanation, I got nothing. ESPECIALLY FOR FIRST TIME BUYERS Down the street I was offered a vehicle for 12k and out the door under 15k. The same vehicle sold here in this dealership offered 16k out the door and the car hasn't even been serviced, it was actually in the trade in lot. I already got pre-qualify before arrival, but when I received the paper work to the potential sale the APR was 3-4% higher. Instead they offered me a 2015 Hyundai 15k out the door, but remind you down the street a 2019 car was for the same price. What I wanted as far as budget, mileage, and model, it's rare to find a 40k of under mileage vehicle in this price range but it's not impossible! What's amazes me is that when you're a first time buyer they will consistently let you know that and make you feel that what you will pay overall is worth it, but really it didn't matter if the car in the lot was selling for 10-12k you are leaving with a 15-16k out the door deal. Horrible experience!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! I had been talking to Ron one of the sales associates about purchasing a 2015 Sonata with a popular equipment package. He was a great guy, and he went out of his way to work with me to brokerage a deal. I wasn't in a hurry to buy, but I told him I was going to be a cash buyer. About 5 days into negotiations (all over the phone) one of his Sales Managers Brandon decided to take over for him with making a deal. I informed Brandon that I had been given an offer of $19k out the door by San Tan Hyundai but since it was Camelback Hyundai who had started helping me I wanted to know if they would match that price. He put me on hold for about 2 minutes and then told me "yes we will do that deal", we agreed I would bring cash the following morning. I called back at 7pm to ensure that the deal would be possible. The associate I spoke with informed me that if their sales manager Brandon said they would do it, then that's what I would pay. The following morning was chaos, firstly they didn't have the Sonata we agreed upon in stock and tried to sell me another model for $6k more. Then Brandon tried to explain to me that there were certain fees needing to be added to our $19k out the door price not previously mentioned. I explained to him that that was unacceptable and I had already driven out to their location from Gilbert based upon the deal brokered the night before, and as promises on my end had $19k cash on hand. After that Brandon the Camelback Hyundai sales manager just left. He sent out other assistant managers to talk to me, then grabbed his keys and left the dealership driving away in his car. I didn't see him for the remainder if the 2 hours I was at the dealership. While everyone else tried to make a deal happen they never got below $20k and I ended up leaving. Brandon nor any of his supervisors took any accountability for his actions. They only tried to sweep the situation under the table to broker a new more expensive deal. Right as I walked in the door I was called bud, buddy, pal, friend, man, bro and hardly ever my name, if they could even get that right. I bought a used truck from this place a week ago, the night I took it home it started shaking, like it was going to throw a rod. So I take it back to get fixed. Spend almost two hours waiting there, with my 2 year old daughter (if you have children, this is an eternity), for them just to tell me that it had to stay over night. This took so long because every employee was to busy texting and joking around to effectively communicate about the customers there. And to top that off, they were late on finishing my repairs. Now after about a week had gone by, I get a call from the finance department telling me that they need another $2000 because they didn't pay off my trade in, which was discussed, and payoff provided. They say that we "can work something out", which when dealing with car salesmen always seems extremely shady. Least to say, I am having to contact a lawyer and I will be writing the attorney general, Kia Motors and the BBB. I honestly feel If there was more professionalism, and customer service at this place I would not be in this position. Honestly, take a look at how other Hyundai dealerships in the area are ranked in comparison and that will probably explain enough without having to read reviews... I had requested a specific car in a specific color at another dealership in the area. They didn't have it in stock, the only dealership in the state that that in stock was Camelback. And it was the only car left in the state with that specific trim and color! Woohoo - was told that my dealership would put it on hold at Camelback and they'd get it for me. My dealership put it on hold, said they were just waiting for Camelback to deliver it. Camelback went silent, didn't respond to calls. My guy went up there today -- lo and behold, they sold the car that was on hold for ME to someone who walked up on the lot! Camelback's "logic"? "Well, if we have a customer who wants a specific make and color and model and we have it... it's going to them." (whatis the point of EVER putting a car on hold then?!) No consideration for me, who had been looking forward to it since this weekend; no consideration for my Hyundai guy who would've made commission from it... no only consideration for lining their own pockets with $$$$. I called them, they didn't call me back and lied that they did (if their system would have called me, it would've shown up as a missed or incoming call on my phone). They kept changing their story... the car was sold Sunday right after it was put on hold (when it was actually put on hold Saturday)... no.... actually Monday morning... no actually Monday evening. What a bunch of trash lies. Then they blamed the other party for not picking it up, when they had said they would be dropping it off in exchange for another Hyundai at my dealership (guess they didn't need that Hyundai anymore so who cares if it screws someone else over). Rather than saying, "what can we do to fix this" sales guy "Andre" gets on the phone and does that really rude thing where someones laughing like as if you are being the stupid one as they talk about you. All around trash dealership, trash service, and the people that work there apparently think anyone else who walks in unless they are looking to make them money immediately is trash too. I'd give -10 stars, but yelp won't let me. Don't go to Camelback Hyundai, don't talk to Andrew, pass go and save yourself anything to do with this dealership -- seriously. Perhaps if you are directly spending money at the dealership they'd treat you better? A month ago my car was at this dealership being repaired on from an accident. Prior to this, I received a notice for a recall, so I requested this would be taken care of while the car was being repaired on, and was told it will be taken care of. One month later, my car is stranded in a parking lot due to it not turning on from a "check hev hybrid system" notification. After spending a week at a new dealership in Scottsdale (because camelback doesn't have a super tech that can work on hybrids for some reason), they tell me the problem is due to a recall that has not been taken care of. Buying or leasing a car is by far, the worst process one has to go through in my opinion, so giving a full 5 star rating is very hard to do. At camelback Hyundai, my experience was ok, not the best and not the worst. I had made appointments online through my employer Discount program day after thanksgiving 2016 and got a call from camelback Hyundai to go and checkout the car. I did, loved an Elantra that I wanted to get and my experience with my salesman was average. He did talk a lot but it was all about the car and its features. He did however miss a couple of things, most importantly the model of the vehicle, he pushed it as a "sports" edition and after I get it and go home and review everything it was not (that was okay for me as I didn't care for it, but it could have been problematic for others). His manager was nickel and dime-ing me to the point we were disagreeing on the payment and were stuck on 1 dollar and he said it was the principle, turned off by his comment, but it was too late and finally we agreed on a price I was comfortable with, then when we were signing the final paper my salesman brought a sheet to submit to finance that said the amount we agreed on + 0.97 cents and at that point I was ready to walk out, and informed my salesman to go tell his manager "what about the principle he was talking about?" The excuse was that with finance there had to be some cents which finally they took care of on paper but didn't tell the finance person so it showed there as well and got taken care of. The car was great but it was as I said late during the day, it was clean and the car color is black, by the time I got home and the next Morning I noticed many scratches that I am stuck with mow (still okay with it, I can get that fixed, but really wish they had taken care of it). Lastly I think their rate explanation needs to be better, I had a discount through my employer and it was no where explained on the final sheet, all there was is a line item that said rebate or discount. And when I asked about it they said it's bundled up with their rebate. I would have rather seen my employer discount as a separate line item so I know it was applied. Sorry, after my experience I don't trust you guys! Finally there was a big scratch inside the car where the gear shift is (the part that the P. R. D. N. Letters are) and they said it can be replaced. That experience was on a different day and I would like to say that service people rubbed off as rude and careless. I didn't get greeted, didn't get even a smile and when I asked for the person I had the appointment with, I got her name wrong and all I got was "no one here with that name" and when I got closer to the name "Kerri" the gentleman leaves and doesn't say "ok I know who it is, please follow me, or I'll be right back" just left. So naturally I followed him and there was Keri, a very helpful and bright lady who helped me through the whole process. If I could I'd give her 10 stars. Thanks for a great experience Keri. My car is a lease so to certain extend I have to come back here, but if it were a choice I would go to another Hyundai dealer. read more

Still waiting on a part, I went in to try and sell my car that I cannot drive for a year now...they wanted me to pay 750.00 a month for car payment, now this would be the third car I bought from them. My car does not even have 9000 miles on it. No deal, no break, and no loaner either because I had to take it to another location when it was wrecked. I have spent thousands of dollars on rentals now, just got laid off and cannot afford a rental car right now. My advice to the people - don't buy a Hyundai and if you do be prepared to be insignificant as a customer, be prepared for answers like "no eta" and so sorry maum, nothing we can do. Re: SERVICE DEPARTMENT - Apparently I'm an idiot and keep going back to where I purchased my car in hopes that the service department has improved but NOPE it hasn't. Saturday 8/27 I had a scheduled appt for an oil change and tire rotation. As usual I was not greeted in the drive OR when I entered the service area. Yes people were working, nobody looked up and simply ignored me and the gentleman who brought is Equinox behind me. In a nutshell I was charged for both services. I will never know if the oil change really got done BUT i do know that they DID NOT ROTATE MY TIRES. We found a different service adviser, Ryan who helped out. He sent my car back to have it done and took the charge off of my bill. BTW they had my car for over 4 hours and couldn't get it right. Makes you wonder how many people get charged for something that wasn't done. read more

Brought my Hyundai to Camelback Hyundai for a recall repair, fixing the trunk, and evaluate the tire gauge. Pedro Gonzalez was our service liaison and was very professional, kept me informed throughout the service time, and when I needed to work our dropping off the car with my fiance at the hospital, he helped us out with working out a ride for me. Camelback Kia was hands down the best car dealership I have dealt with in my search for a car. I had been looking for months from Nissan, Toyota, Mazda, and Chevy, and to be honest Kia was last on my list, but I decided that I was going to at least give them a try so that I knew I had found the best car, whichever I decided to choose. I went through TrueCar.com and they set me up with Bill Hawkesworth, an absolutely wonderful salesman. He set up a time with me to meet and tell me some things about the car and then he let me test drive it by myself for a few hours. After the drive, it became apparent that the car was right for me, so Bill and I negotiated the price. He was so friendly the entire time that negotiating was actually a joy! I had gone to another dealership before that where they treated me like crap, so it was such a relief to get someone who was willing to work with me as long as it would take! He let me work on the numbers for a while without pressuring me and then came back after some time to negotiate again until we found a number that worked for both of us. The best part comes after buying the car though, when I finished the deal at 11pm and I didn't have a way to get home. Bill gave me a ride to my house and back to the dealership to get the car the next morning. Now that is terrific service. I couldn't be happier that I walked in that one day and drove out with the perfect car at a great price with excellent service. read more

We bought a car on Oct 21st, it has been pute hell since. The car has never gone longer than a couple weeks without having to be brought back because of problems it's having. It is in their shop now cause the check engine light came on again. It's been in there 7 or 8 times in the 4 months we've owned it. We even bought a Platinum Warranty through them with MPP and they still are making excuses and ignoring the fact that 2 other separate Mechanics have told us that the car needs an engine replacement, we have even shown them the paper from one of the Mechanics that says the diagnosis. But they still ignore it. They come up with other things that are wrong and assure us that the car is "fixed" every single time. This time, they are trying to say that the car needed a software update. They again are ignoring the fact that other places have said the engine needs to be replaced. The service advisor even told me over text that he didn't believe that it was just needing a software update because the car has been back way too many times to just need a software update. I will include a picture of the diagnosis from Midas as well in this. All we want is a car that works correctly longer than a couple of weeks. Is that too much to ask?? It seems like they are trying to get out of fixing it even though we have a freaking warranty. We want to give them a chance to make this right before moving forward with an attorney and contacting the news stations. The car has documented issues before the 15 day lemon law period expired. We can show that the car has had repeated attempts at fixing it and they keep coming up with excuses. I lost my job because of this, how could they not care?? What are we going to do when we get kicked out of our house because I lost my job?? Will they even care then?? Sawyer is repeatedly ignoring us as well. We have proof of everything. Just fix the dang car. Stop screwing around. I am a mess, I am crying again just typing this. Someone help. I can't take much more of this. I feel like I'm going to have a nervous breakdown very soon over this. read more

I went to get my Sonata Services new Synthetic oil and inspected and the guy was great and helped me with my decision on what I need to get done and helped save money! On the sales end of things...absolutely horrendous...I came in and looked at a Sonata and the salesmen said his name and didn't say anything but let me take you to the car and we test drive it and awkwardly silent the whole time...no conversation and then we get back he brings me in and his manager and him come up to me sit down and PRESSURED me so bad I almost started to swear. They wanted me to buy the car right away and I said I need to look at other car options also and he rolled his eyes and sorta blew me off and acted like a total asshole. The service department is fantastic but the sales I mean I rather deal with the flu and on my deathbed than deal with the crazy sales bozos! read more

Where do I begin? If I could give zero stars I would. I am a young adult and this was my first big car purchase. First of all, the staff here is beyond intimidating. At least the couple people who helped me, especially the salesman. I felt extremely rushed and pressured the entire time I was there. I expressed to them that I was interested in the Elantra or the Sonata. Without even showing me Sonatas, he said "the sonatas are completely out of your budget", even though they really are not much more than the Elantras. We only looked at cars for a short period of time. Again, didn't once show me the Sonata. I felt as though he was forcing me to choose a car to test drive. I test drove an elantra, which was the one I bought. I really liked it. However, I was still on edge, especially for the price. Let's talk about the price. They priced the Elantra with convenience and premium for $34,000... They went down to 26,000, but still. While I was on the phone talking with my dad about the price, they were in the corner just staring me down. Never once did they say "you know what, why don't you think about it over the weekend". I felt so pressured into buying the car that day. I ended up buying the car that same night. A couple days after I purchased, I was having doubts. I tried to reach out to both the manager and my salesperson, and they did not get back to me for almost a week. I wanted to see the Sonata and compare the two. My Elantra at the time only had 200 miles, and again was completely brand new. Since they took a while to respond, it was too late for me to even consider. I went to a different Hyundai dealership, showed them my paperwork, and they said Camelback Hyundai completely ripped me off. They said I could have easily gotten a Sonata for around the same price they quoted me the Elantra. Now I understand the saying "they make my skin crawl". My dream car was the 2020 Sonata (with convenience package) in stormy blue. I will not have an opportunity for so long now due to the loan on my Elantra. I am so disappointed, especially given this being my first big car purchase. I was certainly taken advantage of. Once I spoke with Karl, the customer relations expert, I thought he was going to take care of this for me. He said he spoke to all the higher ups to fix this situation. I told him strictly, "I do not want to hear from the sales manager if he is going to tell me that they refuse to price match a sonata with my current car or make my payment less". A month later, still haven't heard anything. I had to consistently email Karl asking for updates. Finally, the sales manager gives me a call and what do you know... he is unbelievably condescending and didn't agree with me that I was ripped off (of course). I am very upset with Karl now because I got my hopes up for over a month for this. Do not not buy from this dealership. read more

I had a great experience with Service Advisor, Rickey Williams. I had several manufacturer recall items to check and update. It was my first time to this dealership with this car. Pleasant, quick to sign in with all new information, all explained clearly. They called Lyft and paid to get me back to my office (very nice!). When done, they sent email with all services and any suggested services. There were no problems on the recall items. However, I had my rear taillight out and was looking to either $50 to replace bulb or $275 to replace the whole panel. Rickey just got a bulb and replaced -- no charge. THANK YOU!!! Horrible experience! I have only had my car for 4 months. Two weeks after driving the car off the lot, i put the window down and it wouldn't come back up! The car makes this loud obnoxious sound whenever the AC comes on and then it doesnt even blow cool air. I bring it to get it checked out and they claimed they fixed the AC and it has only gotten worst. On top of that i have to pay for all this shit when they know they sold me a faulty car! Its so unfortunate how yall can take advantage of someone who is looking to buy a car. Thomas swore up and down that i was getting the deal of my life when the car is only worth about $6000 and i paid $15000 (i found this out after the fact).
