I rated them a 4 out of 5 because they were a little short staffed for one of the busiest times of the year - PROM! But when you did get help it was on point. The selection of dresses and shoes is huge. I appreciate they had a petite and plus size section as well as a pretty large clearance section of shoes and dresses. The value is a little pricey for most items. Dresses could range from $150 and up. The clearance section was 50% off but the size selection was limited. My oldest daughter and I enjoyed our time here shopping for a prom dress for her. They had a very large selection of dresses! Victoria and Josie were great. Victoria helped us out in the fitting rooms and she was always tidying up the fitting rooms to make sure they were ready for more guests. They were also pretty busy! Josie was very helpful with taking dresses we had been carrying around the store and setting them aside for us so we didn't have to hold them ourselves. The dresses are actually pretty heavy with all that beading! I was in a little sticker shock with the price of the dresses as I have been used to the cost of homecoming dresses. I was reminded by my daughter: Mom, it's Prom! Okay...take my money. LOL! I did notice a lot of hook and eye closures on the ground while we were there and some of the dresses she tried on were missing the closures, so be sure to watch for that when you're trying on and purchasing. All sales are final with absolutely no exceptions. They make sure you know that before completing the sale. My daughter found a dress she loves (I won't be posting that one quite yet) and she's super excited for Prom. I'd definitely recommend checking this place out! read more

While looking for a prom dress, I remembered a friend had recommended this store on a previous occasion. We made the drive out to Ontario, and this store did not disappoint. They have a huge selection of dresses in a wide variety of styles and price ranges. There is also a great selection of clearance dresses, but be careful when selecting because some of the dresses were missing embroidery/embellishments or closures. They have a ton of fitting rooms as well. I am giving it 3 stars for a few reasons - we were never greeted or approached by anyone offering to help. A couple of the dresses my daughter tried on were missing a clasp, or had another minor flaw, not major issues, but for a dress costing anywhere from $200-$300, you expect nothing to be wrong with it. Other than that, we will definitely come back next time we need a formal dress! read more

This is where I got my prom dress, a beautiful teal ball gown with a corseted bodice and a tulle skirt. This store is pricey, so watch out if you have a lower budget. They also have a very broad range, way better than Windsor and accessible since they are in a mall! I had to take a star off because the service was subpar, there were some clients laughing at me while I tried on dresses (what happened to girls' girls?) and they just seemed understaffed? Had to wait 10 minutes to check out simply because a cashier wasn't there. Still, love the dress and qualify, don't love the people. Very mean girl energy LOL read more

Walked in with my wife and daughters to buy a dress for them, we did have food we missed the signs of no food but there were more customers with food in the store, but just cause of the way I was dressed due to just getting out of work we were point out the manager Alma told us to leave case the food. I explained we did not see the sign but she was really rude and did not say anything to any of the other customers that are there, I feel discriminated I have all the conversation/interaction recorded on my sunglasses I can't uploaded to yelp but I can provide the video of you like. I've had TWO fantastic experiences at Camille! First: I bought my granddaughter a homecoming dress in Oct 2023 & we had great service. The dress price & jewelry were beautiful & reasonable. The store was clean & they weren't pushy to get us to make a purchase. Second: after a not so good experience at a local shop, my daughter-in-law wanted to come here to try on wedding dresses. We had great service, again! The price was more than reasonable. Sofia helped us & was great. No pressure to buy. Just fun & helpful! Super sweet, too! Had a great customer service experience here. Found a wedding dress I loved but was damaged, they offered to give me a discount but unfortunately I couldn't buy the dress that way. I then received a call about a week later saying they got in another dress in my size. Loved it and brought it home with me today. Terrible customer service! The girls that work here are extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. No one acknowledges you or asks if you need help. The woman working the dressing room watched us and followed us around like we were going to try to shop lift a bridal dress which honestly we ended up just Laughing about later because it was so ridiculous to be treated this way. They have two separate changing rooms. The changing rooms for brides were lovely but if you wanted to try on a different occasional dress the dressing room was tiny and had no air conditioning. Super stuffy and gross. Anyways the added star is because they really do have some beautiful bridal dresses. But we left empty handed because the workers just made the environment very frustrating and uncomfortable. read more
