I was greeted warmly by one of the friendly staff, she later stopped by to see if we had any questions and needed to try any garments on. As I proceeded to walk through the back I was approached by another friendly smiling staff. Great selections of formal occasions dresses . From bride dresses , quinceanera , school dances , bridal wedding parties etc. Unfortunately none of the dresses has price listed on the tags. One of the staff informed us , to choose a dress and they can look up the price, the price of the dress also included for the in house alterations . Although I didn't purchase anything from Princess Bridal today , I definitely will patronize this establishment again. My only reservations is the lack of price listed on the dress. My mother purchased her outfit for my wedding from Princess Bridal in Fontana. The owner didn't have the color she wanted in stock but assured us she could order it and that alterations would be included free of charge. When we came to pick it up, the outfit was huge. The woman doing the pinning for alterations barely put in any effort--I had to repeatedly ask her to place the pins properly so my mom could even visualize the fit. She expected us to tell her exactly where to pin as if we were the professionals. When we returned for the fitting, the alterations were horribly done. The stitching was uneven, the inside was bunched up, and it looked sloppy. When I pointed this out, the owner admitted she isn't a seamstress and dismissed my concerns. She only offered to give my mom a different dress with no alterations, and no refund. She even suggested the poor sewing "could be cut and steamed out," but anyone could see the workmanship was unacceptable. This has been a very disappointing experience, especially with something as important as a wedding. I would never recommend Princess Bridal, and it's clear why they already have so many negative reviews. read more

My sister took me here 2 weeks before my civil wedding and I was scared they wouldn't have anything. The girl was so helpful, so sweet and guessed my size (because I didn't know what size I was since I gained so much weight). She literally gave me confidence and I got a dress that was out of my comfort zone. She was so helpful and sweet and I'll never forget my experience! They were able to tailor it because it was long in the front and have it ready a few days before my wedding! Amazing service and my dress was so beautiful! Got a dress from this shop and paid $200 for it. I got it tailored, tried it on at the shop when picked up. Fast forward for the day of the wedding and the zipper comes right off. I called to let them know I would be retuning the dress and they don't take returns. Be aware that this store sales cheap products and they know that and that is why they don't do returns. read more

I asked the lady to show me a short wedding dress, she immediately jump to a size that's not accurate and said you need to order 6 month advance!! AVOID IT. They will.. 1. Forget to schedule you even though you called a week in advance to save a spot. So you may need to wait to be helped once you're whole bridal party is already there. 2. They will.. mention they don't have the style you want in house so you order instead, and they promise to have it available before your wedding date. 3. Make you pay a $20 deposit and mention reimbursement if the dress does not make it on time. 4. Tell you the dresses will arrive late.. and could possibly provide reimbursement. 5. Never reimburses you and your bridal party, and everyone loses the $20. Avoid the headache.. if you're a bride/ bridesmaid you ladies do not need another stressful situation during what should be an exiting time. If I could give 0 stars I would. read more

I was looking for a dress for my 20yr high school reunion which was going to be help at Coco Palm so it going to be a fancy event. I looked online and went to countless dress shops and was unable to find exactly what i wanted, either they were too "promish" or not formal enough. I got frustrated and gave up. I decided to wear a dress i already had. On the day of the event my husband saw how upset i was and told said "let's go find you a dress" he has amazing taste so i was sure, with his help i would be able to find something. He asked me if i had gone to any bridal shops, i hadn't thought of going to a bridal shop because i thought it would be too fancy. We went to 2 shops on Sierra in Fontana before going into Princess Bridal. We were greeted upon entering and asked if we needed help (they were busy so i appreciated being acknowledged) we replied we were just looking. We looked around for a bit but i was overwhelmed by all the inventory they had. I was looking at a dress when Danielle came and asked if everything was ok. I told her the story and how i felt hopeless. She helped me pick out dresses and advised me on what to avoid with my body type. We found one we really liked so i tried it on. it fit but it was really long and the straps were long also annnnd i wanted the thigh slit extended (hehe) when i came out of the dressing room i showed my husband how long it hung and the straps falling. Danielle was right there and told us that any alteration was INCLUDED in the price (which was a very good deal) i said that's awesome but i need it by tonight =( she said they would have it ready in 2 hours...WHAAAAA!!!!! #shocking. Danielle brought me some heels to wear as i got my measurements (this place is amazing) and i came back 2 hours later and it was ready! The best place in the area to look for prom dresses. The ladies are so kind and helpful. We went in there about four times but we couldn't seem to find "the" dress yet; however the ladies have been kind and never have complained. They are busy during prom season but still make you feel comfortable. Their selection of dresses is larger than other places. We love the fact they have mirrors and seating. Honestly, i really did love this place! Even though we didnt end up choosing a dress from this location, the service we received was absolutely phenomenal. They made us feel right at home and comfortable even though they were extremely stressed with the other clients. Not to mention, they still assisted us even though there were some scheduling complications. Even then, when we first left and tried other dress shops they really couldnt compare to the one we initially liked. When we called back they said we were able to go back and try it on again to be sure and if we liked it we could set down a $20 deposit to place the order (of course none refundable once arrived). They did let us know since there was a delay in shipment if the dresses didn't arrive on time we would either be able to try another dress or receive a refund. I love that we were constantly given updates on the dresses and always remained kind and considerate regardless of the situation. read more

Im sure everyone has an off day, but this place is horrible I have been here four times for a Quiñce. Rude, unprofessional, passive aggresive behavior if you dont agree with the young condescending girl that supposedly is employed there she will proceed to argue with you in front of the Owner and Co Owner, which have me believing they have to be family. I hate that I gave them my money. The apology that I recieved was by a young brunette that stated " Well I do apologize that you are getting upset over not receiving a phone call." I came in yesterday looking for ideas of what I would like when looking for a wedding dress and dresses for my bridesmaids. The short black haired girl that works there was very helpful at first. I found a dress I really liked for my maid of honor and I was really happy. The girl then asked me when my wedding will be and I told her early 2023. Her attitude and demeanor instantly changed and she began being very rude asking what am I doing there and that i shouldn't be looking right now because it's too early and that the dress styles I had liked won't even be in style by then. I was taken back a bit because she had been very helpful at first till she found out my wedding date and then she didn't help us anymore. She didn't even help my maid of honor out of her dress. I didn't bother looking at the wedding dresses and I just ended up leaving because she went off to help other customers. It kinda ruined my excitement of looking at dresses. I had a very good experience at Princess Bridal. The ladies at the shop are very nice and helpful.

My mom lives in the area so we decided to try out some of the shops nearby. Many of the shops on this street have limited stock and mostly do catalog ordering only and this was one of the few places with enough stock to find something to try on. I looked and there were a few dresses I really did like, but they didn't have my size. It's a bit luck of the draw in that sense, but they can order anything from the rack and beyond. I came because I was interested in Mori Lee dresses. I find their prices to be quite good as one of the Mori Lee dresses I've seen at a few other stores for a few hundred more than the price tag here. The lady who approached us was really friendly, but she couldn't find a dress in my size with a similar cut to a Mori Lee I was considering to try on. I really really liked the dress and she could see I suppose I was serious that she said I can try on 1 dress without a charge if I want to see what it looks like. Now the one big turn off is to try dresses they have a $40 "deposit". You can try up to 3 dresses and if you buy a dress then the $40 goes to it, otherwise they take it. I've never heard of a place charging to try, but with something that is subjective and a difficult thing to find if places did this, many people would be out a lot of money. I mean okay, time is money and maybe they don't want people wasting their time, but I don't know how I feel about that. I was in a summer dress and I was also really hot in this place. Last you want is to be sweaty in a big dress. It wasn't hot outside, but it seems there was just zero AC on. If you know what you're looking for this may be an option as they have selection, but I definitely felt I needed to try on the Mori Lee elsewhere. I ended up in downtown LA and found places that didn't charge, that had these same brands. read more

The first time I arrived at Princess Bridal, the girl at the counter had a big attitude. Shen then told me that she could not find the flower girls dresses under the bride's name. As soon as I got the bride on the phone, the dresses magically appeared. When I returned five days later to pick up my daughter's altered dress, it was not there. Apparently they had given it away to someone else. My daughter's dress was also tagged with her name and my phone number. I believe that it was the manager who came out and started to place blame on the bride and when she was caught in a lie she began to place blame on the person they gave my daughter's dress to. She was caught in lie after lie and never took responsibility for her mistake. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to deal with rude, unorganized, and dishonest people. read more

I have been scouring SoCal for my Mori Lee wedding dress which no one seems to have in store. Everywhere I have called is willing to order but Princess Bridal is easily $500-$750 cheaper than any other boutique. I have talked to Daniela over the phone twice already and both times she has been eager to help and super polite on the phone. She said they don't measure you without a deposit, but I explained I live in the SFV and mom lives in the IE (the glorious sponsor of my gown). Daniela spoke with a manager and said they could measure me without the deposit, gave me a same day appt, and made note that my mom would come in later in the week to put the money down and finalize my order. Location isn't glamorous like Rodeo Drive, but the prices and assistance are worth the drive! read more
