Our 14 year old kitty has not been feeling well. So we really wanted to get her seen. They were able to get us in in just a few days. Upon arrival, there was a sign out front with our kitties name on it along with others. "Welcome Mocha" Well that was very special! And they were all so nice once we got inside. Cassandra took us back to the exam room, and said hello and pet our sweet girl. Cassandra was so very kind and gentle handling our 14 year old kitty. And I'm pretty sure Mocha liked her too. I have reconsidered my review of Camino Veterinary hospital. I was distraught from the passing of my princess and concluded that they were complicit in her passing. The test results took longer than expected which was no fault of theirs and my princess had an incurincurable condition which a quicker test result would not have changed the outcome. I called and shared the symptoms- they were incredibly busy- but they said bring him in and we will see him in between appointments. I started taking my 15 yr old dog, Cody to Dr Habekost for acupuncture.She was wonderful and she tried, but within a month it became apparent that we would need to put him down. Three days before putting Cody down, my 22 yr old cat, Norman was killed by a coyote that got into our yard.. My husband and I were a mess when we took Cody in. The entire staff was sympathetic, kind, efficient and loving toward us. Putting my wonderful Cody down was a peaceful, loving, calm process made bearable by Dr Habekost and her wonderful staff. He has been nothing but a great help with his team James and Nina. 6 years ago, my Yorkie Mix, Puff, got bit by a baby rattle snake and Dr. Diehl and James saved his life! Puff has had his teeth pulled, all vaccines done and all random treatments done by Dr. Diehl. I live in Irvine and still choose to drive all the way down because of the great work by Camino Veterinary Clinic and the trust I have in them.
