The package was great because we could practice what we learned, ask questions and slowly build a foundation for structure with our puppy. By the end of our work we were comfortable with basic commands, daily dog walks, interacting with neighborhood dogs and even taking our puppy to a busy park with lots of people and other dogs with ease. Riesling genuinely enjoys our training sessions, especially the high-value cheese treats. Annalise is incredibly patient, not only with Riesling but with me as well. We did 6 sessions and she helped us train Louie and focused on his reactivity, basic walking commands, door bell reactions and recall. Patti came over to our house for a few sessions and the rest of the sessions we met at a park or a public place so that she can teach us the real world situations when we're out with Louie. She explains everything very well and why dogs behave the way they do. She'll take photos and videos and send follow up notes as well to help us remember everything we learned each session. It's a lot to learn and you have to continue to practice everything and you'll see a difference in your dog's behavior. We've seen a difference in Louie and very happy with the results. The front desk staff helped me set up my account so I could have access to the camera. It was nice to be able to observe how my dog was interacting and the staff members in the room were very attentive to each dog.
