Misleading sales

We drove 6 hours to find the ac not fixed after he assured me it was, bald back tires and another interior item broke. The sales person seemed nice the the financial person was down right cranky after we waited two hours to see him. Check engine light came on after a long hot ride home. This company took my 17 year old sons entire savings because it was pretty rare truck. We were not treated fairly since they knew about this problem before we drove six hours to get there we got an overpriced vehicle that is having problems less than 24 hours from leaving the dealership

I came to this dealer looking for a 2023 Yukon Denali with a 3.0 diesel. On Car Gurus and on the Camp Chevrolet website they had the SUV listed for 68,995. When I show up to see the SUV I meet with a sales person named Travis. I tell him what I'm looking for and says he will check. He comes back and says they don't know where it is. So I asked him to look for it and he basically ignored me. Then went and pulled up another Denali that wasn't the same as what I was looking for so I wasn't really interested and he continued to show us other SUVs. We test drove a couple, again not really what I'm looking for. After a while of me giving him crap about not really looking for the SUV I came for, he said we can drive through the back lot and see if it's back there. We didn't find it of course but he continued to make comments like maybe they would find it. Also said he saw some SUVs in the shop and maybe it was one of those. Even after spending 2 hours at the dealer he still wouldn't go really look for SUV in places I wasn't allowed to go look for the SUV. Also tried to convince me the 2024 Tahoe Z71 had Adaptive Cruise control even though I knew it didn't. I will say he gave us a very fair deal on our trade in and maybe he wasn't showing us the SUV because a boss told him not to. I'm not sure. The next day: He calls me and asks about the Tahoe I wasn't super interested in, told him if he finds the Yukon I was looking for let me know. Later that day I'm on Facebook market place and I see the Yukon. The post said it was listed an hour ago... I can't believe it. So I check to see the dealer, it was posted by Travis at Camp Chevy. But the price has increased 20k... wow. Looks like this isn't a place anybody should be shopping. What a joke. I understand dealers are a business and they need to make money but don't mislead your customers and waste my time.

We bought our first family car from Camp Chevrolet! We were initially just looking, we were greeted by RC. He did great, made the experience so much easier. He has a great attitude, is super helpful, quick, and friendly. We feel like we made a great choice with our vehicle, and the place we got it from, we're pretty content. The place is clean, quiet, and everyone is super helpful. As soon as you enter, you're greeted and led to wherever it is you're headed. They even have a small room for children! My toddler loved it. Would highly recommend!

Put a deposit on a new Camaro and they sell it to someone else all they did was email me and tell me there sorry. Not a good place to trust.

Subaru of Spokane Ian my salesman, Chris sales Manager, Patrick dealership manager, and Michael finance all went above and beyond for me. They truly want their customers to return with always having a great experience. They all are kind. They listened to me, explained things to me and wanted me to be happy not just as their customer but as a person. They will joke with you, make you laugh but be professional in making you feel at ease. They want you to love what you're driving. They saw me as a person with true concerns that they wanted to make right. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone!!! I'm not just going to be a returning customer but a customer that will use their services for the small things such as oil changes. They too don't want to be slammed on social media just as none of us do going to work, doing our jobs and working hard to make a living. Ian is amazing not just at selling cars but at building a relationship with you. Michael is good at explaining what you are signing financially not hiding anything. Nobody needs a GED for that even!!!! Been trying to get repairs done on brand new 2500 HD -- $100,000 + truck and no one seems to know how to order a part let alone get the part. Every time they say they got it -- guess what THEY DIDN"T !!!!! Never return phone calls when they say... Have been driving around with bad mirror and running boards that don't work since we purchased NEW!!!! No one told us that Becker SOLD -- If so we would have purchased through another dealer. If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience at GMC of Riverfront was the worst car-buying…read moreexperience I've ever had. During the negotiation process, the first thing I noticed was a "Accessory" charge for $1,500 for ceramic coating the interior/exterior and window tinting on the car I was buying, claiming it was already done. I've never encountered a dealership trying to make the customer pay for work done prior to the sale. After going back and forth and I was about to walk away, they begrudgingly removed the charge. Later, during financing, they tried selling me the same ceramic and window tint package that they had originally claimed was already done. After much back-and-forth, it became clear the work hadn't been done, and I began to feel like I was being misled. Before leaving, I asked the salesman, Kevin, if I misunderstood, and he confirmed that he was told the work was already completed. I tried addressing this issue with Kevin, who barely responded to my texts. After a week of no progress, I finally spoke with Alex, the general manager. He essentially accused me of wanting something for free, even though I explained that I agreed on the car's price because I was told the work had already been done and even came with a 5-year warranty. The owner, Yama(who I personally reached out to)was no better--he dismissed the situation by condescendingly explaining to me that when you buy something, you receive the product. Neither Alex nor the owner would acknowledge that I was lied to about the work that was done to the car. To this day I have not received an apology or even an acknowledgment of what happened. In the end, I paid $500 to have the ceramic coating and window tinting done. I waited over a month, and despite calling almost daily to schedule an appointment I was unsuccessful. I was even told to bring my car in and when I showed up nobody had any idea of me showing up. Finally, after talking to another salesman he was able to make the appointment. This dealership is unprofessional, dishonest, and provides horrible customer service. I would never recommend them to anyone. Avoid this place at all costs!

The best thing about this place is that they never go on the test drive with you, at least they never have with us. They also never pressured us with wanting our phone number or giving you those lame ass sayings you only hear at a car dealer such as, " What can I do to put you in this car today", " I really think you look great in this vehicle", etc. Once we decided to purchase said vehicle the "arguing process" LOL was non eventful. Easily the smoothest deal we have been through. BTW, while there a lady came in that had her car there for service with a suitcase. They had picked her up at the airport and brought her to pick up her vehicle. Pretty nice of them. Thanks A Lot. Mitch

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Lexus of Spokane…read more I brought my 2018 Lexus RX 450hL in at 10:00 AM because my vehicle was displaying a "Hybrid System Stopped" warning. By 5:00 PM, my car still had not been diagnosed, and I was simply told they couldn't determine why the message was appearing. I understand that diagnosing intermittent issues can take time, but after waiting all day, I expected much better communication, updates, and progress. What made the experience even worse was what happened when my 6-year-old Black son and I first arrived. An older white employee looked at my son and said, "Oh, are you the guy we hired to clean the floors? We pay a nickel an hour." I found that comment completely inappropriate and offensive to say to a young child. It immediately made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS AUTO DEALER. I purchased a vehicle from them in August 2024. I was…read moretold I would have my title and plates in about two months. When those two months came and passed I called asking for an update. after confirming my information I was informed that the person who handled their titles was out of the office. This was the beginning of over a year of calling them and receiving the same run around. He was always out of office. I even asked what hours he would be in and called at the appropriate time only to be told the same spiel. I live an hour and a half away and after six months of getting the run around I went in and all they did was offer to give me fresh temporaries. This was only a bandaid for a wound that needed stitches. Soon after I was able to get in touch with their title person who, I found out, was one of the owners. He gave me more excuses about how there was a hold up with the DOL. I waited patiently for another six months before finally being beyond fed up and filed a complaint with the Washington DOL. I was then pointed towards filing a claim against their dealership bond. It was only after I filed a claim against their dealership bond that they got me my title and plates, two days after they had been contact by the bond. What this tells me is that they had the ability to get me my title and plates before this due to the speed at which they were able to acquire them when they were threatened with financial liability by the bond agency. In the end, I received my title and plates in Feburary of 2026. This was beyond unacceptable. I have never written a bad review but have been so incensed by the entire ordeal that I felt it was my duty to inform others before they make the same mistake I did by doing business with this auto dealership. Believe it or not, this is the spark notes of the entire process I was forced to go through to use the vehicle I had purchased.

Cannot warn you to stay away enough…read more I am now $20k into a $10k car I bought there. Sold me a Subie that they had "done all the work" that needed to be done at 200k miles. Headers, gaskets, etc. Had to take the car back in within a week because it wouldn't shift into gear from park properly. It wouldn't accelerate from a stop appropriately and would just shut itself off while idling at a stop light or sign. They supposedly got it in and said it was a sensor issue and "fixed it". (Remember that for later) Then the car dropped all its oil and seized up within months of it being purchased. They insisted it was my fault. So the "insurance plan" they sold me for another $800 wasn't going to be any good either. (Even if the oil wasn't checked in 3 months' time.... which it WAS... it shouldn't have vanished within a few months of having the engine overhauled). Of course, they offered to replace the engine, if I paid them for it. So, it sat on their lot while I found a REPUTABLE mechanic to look at it. Once I had found the best garage in town for Subarus, they wouldn't even put the car on their trailer to take it to the shop, I had to pay for the tow off their lot. And that sensor issue they "fixed"? The mechanic said all the warning lights I took it back to them to check was because someone did a quick fix by jamming/bypassing the sensor. Literally, the WORST car purchasing (or mechanic) experience I have ever had. Ric (salesperson) was rude and felt comfortable swearing around my wife and son. Should have been my first red flag. I just thought he was trying to be "buddy buddy". Nope, turns out "Skeezy salesperson" is a stereotype for a reason. Stephanie started scolding me on the phone when I called and was upset with the weeks of delay that involved all these issues. YOU MUST AVOID THIS CAR LOT AT ALL COSTS.

Was sold perfectly clean, O accidents, perfect car!! 6 months into ownership, I check my CarFax to randomly find an accident has shown up from before I was sold the vehicle. The accident dates back a year before the purchase. The dealer not only refused to negotiate with me whatsoever or be reasonable, but instead the general manager Chris Marino sent me an extremely fiery email, to discourage me from asking further questions or pursue damages? All I asked for was fair: the value lost from the accident in good will, being I paid a major premium for a clean title clean carfax vehicle, *and I still have the clean carfax stapled to my sales agreement.* ALWAYS be careful when buying a specialty used vehicle, because not even corporate BMW dealers will make wrongs, right.
