The sticky rice and mango sorbet were like heaven. Literally heaven. I'm never in Folsom but I will need to come back for this flavor. The idea of making sticky rice into gelato was genius but then combining with mango was just next level. I will be dreaming of this flavor. We were enjoying it so much I never got to take pictures. That's when I know something is good. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. They were lots of regulars coming in and out. The store is also adorably decorated and clean. If you haven't been to Italy, these flavors will immediately transport your tastebuds to Italy. If you have been to Italy, this will immediately bring those memories back. They have gelato bars that are dipped in chocolate. There is a limited number, and they definitely run out of flavors. This is a great thing because it's a testament to how delicious they're offering are. I missed out on the rum raisin, which I absolutely will be going back to get. Offer a variety of flavors that can be scooped into a cup or a cone, and they do have toppings, should you decide you want to make a traditional ice cream sundae so to speak. I was able to try several flavors, and quite frankly, they were all so tasty. It was difficult to really decide, and I ended up with the chocolate and cappuccino. Such a great flavor combo! The chocolate was decadent, rich, and the depth of the flavor was perfection. The cappuccino made me feel like I was back in Italy, sitting outside of a café, sipping a cappuccino to start my day. We also ordered a cup with mango and cookies and cream. Yes, it sounds like an odd combo, but somehow it just worked. The mango tastes just like the fruit. It's incredibly refreshing! The cookies and cream is very light and because it is authentically Italian it doesn't have that funky aftertaste that sometimes cookies and cream can. Everything is authentically Italian and authentically amazing! They are located in a shopping center, so there's plenty of free parking. When you walk in the first thing you'll notice is how open, bright, and clean this cafe is along with a friendly "ciao, welcome" from the owner. There were so many delicious gelato flavors to choose from but I ultimately went with the Amarena cherry flavor. It was so good and had the same sticky consistency of gelato I had in Italy. Turns out the owner is from Napoli, Italia! Many of the ingredients are from Italy. Their biscotti and lemon flavored were also great. I'll get those next time. In addition to coffee and espressos, they also offer Italian wines and beer. Can't wait to visit again!

The chocolate taste was rich and decadent while the jam on top was sweet but not cloyingly sweet. The fresh raspberries on top were not only a pretty decoration but each raspberry was perfect. We also tasted the cannele that were perfectly made with a hint of orange and a center that is not dry but moist and very enjoyable. We also tasted a strawberry and cream filled cream puff topped with chocolate. So light, fresh and tasty. Highly recommend this bakery to everyone.
