I went there to see what their program was all about and was greeted by a very friendly helpful staff of what turns out to be professional athletic trainers all of who are studying for masters degrees in various areas of sports physiology and training. Upon my arrival, unannounced as it was, I was immediately given a full stretching session as a demonstration of the process and techniques, and as a former professional athlete was very impressed and immediately signed up for the program. I signed up for the three sessions a week for three months program and just completed my first month. It has been a game changer for me in my training, especially my weight training program, my day to day activities, increased my blood flow, sleeping better, and helped me get out of a mild state of depression. I highly recommend this program and especially the studio in Flower Mound. The staff is very helpful in scheduling sessions to meet my busy professional schedule, and the trainers are the best. They are very friendly, talentd, know their stuff, are well educated, well spoken and genuinely friendly. I seriously highly recommend Stretch Zone in Flower Mound, TX.

You get plenty of cardio through HIIT training, but you also get much more functional strength training as well. Also, I love the Fit3D body scanner. It's highly motivating for me to objectively see how my body is changing as I continue to work out at F45. I am lifting much heavier weights than when I started, I've decreased my body fat percentage by several points and I've increased my muscle weight (lean mass) significantly! Quick word of warning - Because of the intensity of these workouts, your first 10 workouts will be BRUTAL and you will likely be sore for days. If you are considering working out here, I strongly encourage you to push through those first 10 workouts. Keep in mind how great of a shape you'll be in if you stick with it. After having worked out here for several months, I am pretty close to being in the best shape of my life.

If you are needing help in regaining strength/being able to excel in your workout regimen/get personal goals achieved/have muscles that you don't feel are working properly and much much more, this is the place for you! He is a joy to see. There are many days that I feel completely hopeless in my health journey and then I see Jake and feel like I have a partner in this whole process no matter how scary. How do these guys not have more reviews?! First a little background. So there is a mode/style of…read more"exercise" called MAT that Muscle Activation Fitness uses. I first heard about MAT reading about Peyton Manning using it after his neck surgery. I'm super skeptical with new aged health nonsense, pushed by celebrities, so I went into this with my doubts. But to my surprise, it's the real deal. WHAT TO EXPECT With MAT, you'll lie on a therapy table and a practitioner will start moving your limbs around in a very specific way, looking for subtle weakness and tightness. Once they find something that is unusually weak or tight, one or two things happen... The practitioner will have you do some very focused muscle contractions that might be comparable to flexing. I can not over emphasize how specific and focused these contractions are. The other thing they do might be manually press/dig into specific tissue. Both these techniques, the pressing and the contractions, are aimed at getting muscles to "activate" more efficiently. Hence the name. Do not confuse this with massage or anything like that. I was blown away when I experienced this first hand. When put in a specific position, my left hip was basically un-usable. But right hip was fine. He might say, "ok now push outward with your leg" and I simply couldn't! It was wild to see my limb not respond when I needed it to. He had me do some of those light muscle contractions for a bit and after that my hip/leg could actually push outward when it couldn't before. It's hard to explain until you experience it for yourself. Anyways, there are MAT practitioners all over the place. You can search the MAT website for them. But few have the level of expertise and experience as the ones at Muscle Activation Fitness. Other less experience MAT workers come here to learn from these guys. Some of the Dallas Cowboys and other professional athletes go here to work with them. If you have a nagging pain or re-occuring injuries you can't seem to shake, you should consider a few MAT treatments with these guys. Like most mode of exercise/treatment, it probably doesn't work for everybody, but I definitely think it's worth a shot.

She was talking with Stacy and i asked question about my renewal date and they just ignored and laughed . I think its all comes from management all gossiping making fun of me it was too much i asked why didn't you ask Stacy the question I asked she said i am yelling at her I have all the recording i didn't raise my voice . She told me to leave the place . They charged me twice for cancelation which i didn't cancel the class . I was explaining and the manager was rude saying i am nasty Yes i have accent i look different and yes i can speak other languages. I was treated very poor because i have accent and i look different? they gossip a lot . I treated very poor I came there just to work out nothing else. I paid for unlimited and attended regularly I have all the recording to prove
