Reached out to Elite Collision to seek assistance and left a voicemail. The response that was provided via text: "The sensor was new and no damage when we completed the repairs. That looked like it was pushed in". Our reply: "Yes. I noticed the crack and when I lightly touched it, it sunk in. ". Elite's reply: "The sensor shouldn't move when touched because it is securely fastened into the sensor bracket on the bumper." They did not offer to take a look to see if it might be covered under warranty. Bummer that they don't stand behind their work and don't consider post repair customer service Important.

Then later in the day I got an email about my deductible not being waived in the system. So I called AAA and had them add it so the shop could see it. That all got figured out. All goes well so far, the shop now sees that my deductible is waived. They schedule me up. I ask how long the repair will take. I was told "There is a possibility we can get it done the same day but at the very end of the day. Close to 5pm. If we get it done earlier or the next day. We will let you know." Day of my appointment. I am there at 8 am. I give them my name. The lady checking me in couldn't find my "folder". She still gave me papers to sign and took my key. I even asked if they had time to do my repairs as it felt like my car wasn't on the schedule as they had folders for everyone but my car. I didnt hear anything so at 4 pm, I called. I was told "we will update tomorrow around noon". Day 2 of my car being there I was informed it should be done by 4 pm. It was actually done by 3 pm. The same person then mentioned again, that my deductible was waived.. When I arrived to pick up my car, the same worker was right there. He mentioned again that it looks nice for having a waived deductible.. IT should look nice no matter who is paying and how much shouldn't it? Here's where i'm not comfortable with. Why does my deductible need to be brought up every time I have an interaction with this one worker. Im not understanding it. For this reason, I will not be returning here. He made me feel very uncomfortable.
