So a few days go by and my sons car starts making a noise I called him back told him what was going on he said okay I'll take a look but then every time I asked when he could come out and look at it there was an excuse. Needless to say he never came back out and looked at it . I had to pay someone else and it ended up being some bolts that weren't tightened up . This could have just been an easy 10 minute fix of his mistake but he blew us off instead . For that I will not be going back and would not recommend him !! Very poor services

I was ready and excited to book…read morewith this company again since my first experience went well but this time I felt like I got scammed. After paying a $75 dollar deposit for an inspection my appointment was cancelled twice! Once because they were short staffed (appt 06/13), and the second time due to rain (06/17). I had to text them to remind them of the second appt and then they cancelled on me 2 hours before it was scheduled . I tried to call the shop many times but no one ever answered. I went through the customer portal and asked for my deposit back, to speak to a manger or to be accommodated in anyway and they refused me. I even tried to see if I made a 3rd appointment if they would inspect and service the car in the same day due to me having to wait on them for dayss! They told me no. They told me I will not get my deposit back and it will go towards a new appointment. They told me the deposit can't be refunded because "they reserve a technician's time and scheduling availability", even though no techs have been available to me!! They said both of the appointments they cancelled was for reasons out of their control and that they would escalate this with management and make me a "priority" to schedule me an appointment asap. Then turned around and said they aren't sure when they can service me and that I need to make my own new appointment for THE 3RD TIME!! When no one from the company/ management reached out to me for a follow up, I on their site to see what time has available and it showed no availability till 07/06. I reached out again asking how true this was and if this got escalated to a manager... no response. This is ridiculous. I am disappointed and I feel scammed. I will never work with this company again!

Roman confirmed that I did need a door but he was honest about his cost for the parts while all the other shops lied about how much it cost for the parts. I needed this repair done quickly and he was honest about how quick he could get it done while the other shops lied! The quality of work speaks for itself and that's why I've been back for the 5th time. This is the best body shop in Indy! More people should tell you guys about their experiences because I've sent a few people to this same shop and they all say great things about their experiences. The cost of the repairs are always out of my budget and extremely high and Romans has the best quotes no matter if I use my insurance or pay out of pocket it's always the same and half or a 3rd of all the other body shops.

I took my car in to get the brakes checked out because I was hearing brake noise. It was also due…read morefor its oil change. My car sits in my garage during the winter so I needed some basic maintenance. When I dropped my car off, I let the guy at the desk know I wanted my oil changed, I wanted to find out and possibly repair what was causing the brake noise, top off fluids, and check both my engine and cabin air filters. I told him to give me a price for the cabin filter when he calls with the diagnosis of the brake noise, sense I've never changed that filter but I know they can be a little pricey. I dropped off in the morning and told the gentleman that I would be picking it up the next day, since I wouldn't get off work till late. The guy said no problem, it will be done tonight and waiting on you tomorrow. So as the day passes I receive no calls. I decide to call before they close to find out what happening. The guys says, yea it's done you can come get it. Wait what? What about asking me if I wanted to go forward with the brake repair. The guy says they changed the cabin filter, which I only asked for a price on it, and the oil. He said the brakes were fine and the engine air filter was clean. I say then what's the noise i hear? He said they didn't hear it and I would need to drive the car to recreate. The "noise" is easy to hear and consistent. So they obviously didn't test drive. The just did a brake inspection, which isn't exactly what I asked for. So I pick it up and the bill is 136.00. The cabin filter was 75 parts and labor, which I wouldn't have got if they had told me that, and a charge for brake inspection. The oil change was the standard amount I pay, but a little on the high end. I drive the mechanic around for 1 min and he says oh that's a warped rotor. 1: are you sure? All you did was guess from sound. 2: then why didn't you test drive it and call me with that diagnosis? Long story short, they didn't do what I asked, didn't communicate, and charged me for a service I only asked for a price on. Won't be going back.

They discovered some bad bushings on several control arms that prevented alignment from being performed completely, which is reasonable as it is an old car. However, instead of immediately calling to see if I wanted to authorize additional costs for parts and labor beyond the normal alignment, they went ahead and replaced a control arm at an additional cost of about $185. Later, they did finally call to see if I wanted to spend yet another $500 for more parts needed to fully align, which I declined, and they notified me of the $180 of extra work already performed. I would have declined the work they performed without my authorization because I normally can make such repairs myself. I have never before experienced a situation where added work was performed without prior notification and approval. And they did not offer any resolution when I objected to this having been done, leaving me no choice but to pay it.
