Scott and the team at 4WP repaired my tire on demand, saving me from a night of misery getting back to LA. Their facility was a glowing beacon of hope after I docked in Ventura late on Black Friday from the Channel Islands, only to find my tire flat and AAA unable to help. I noticed 4WP lit up with holiday decorations from the exit near the harbor and decided it was worth a shot to pull in, and Scott welcomed us in, took a look at my Audi, and corralled his crew to service me even though he was 15 minutes from closing, and I didn't drive an off roader (which they primarily service). I could have cried! He offered me and my boyfriend coffee while he assured us his crew would be happy to take my wheel off, patch it from the inside, AND test drive the car for a mile to be sure the job was done to last. I was back on the road in less than 30min and saved hundreds of dollars replacing the tire, which was likely to have been the outcome had I dropped into a less honest business downtown. I asked to tip the team when I paid my incredibly affordable invoice, and he refused! Said they don't do that, but I could always leave a review. (Gladly.) Scott and team prevented bad luck from ruining an incredible holiday in the Channel Islands and we need more good people like this in the world. This place is awesome. I made a purchase on a lift kit and shocks for my stock 2020 JL. This is my first Jeep. Ed assisted me in my purchase. He helped me to make the right selection that I needed for my JL and it was within my budget. The whole staff there was very professional and answered all my of my questions whether they were silly or not. I was totally surprised when I saw the JL after the modifications. Wow! It may not look like much to some, but to me it's awesome. The moment I drove it off the lot I was amazed at the new height and the comfort from the shocks. It's like a whole new vehicle to me. I didn't get to meet the mechanic or mechanics that worked on it, but I'd like to say "Thank you". Thanks to everyone there at 4WP. Ed was the gentlemen that helped with the order. I originally had my alignment done at another shop, but it was a little off and these guys took care of it and got everything fixed the right way for no extra charge. I went in a few weeks ago trying to get some new shocks for an old truck I'm fixing up with my son for his first car. They didnt seem interested in helping me figure out what would be the best choice for the project. I'm not an expert in these things and I thought this place would have all the info we needed. But I guess, I was wrong. Its not a huge sale for them to sell shocks for this old truck but they could have at tried to help or called me back. read more

Felipe and the guys over at 4 Wheel parts were outstanding! They helped me out with my truck on 2 different occasions. First time was for my suspension and the second time was to install my after market headlights and tail lights. These guys are super knowledgable and go above and beyond for customers, they saw a couple quick fixes that needed to be done while working on my truck and just did it. I came in to schedule an install appointment for my OME suspension lift as well as buy a few components to get installed.
