I went by their other location in Downtown and it seemed like 'they were just doing their job'. They meant well and truly meant no harm. I just didn't notice as much proactivity and showing the type of service as this location did! I called up this location and Alfonso (the manager) picked up the phone HIMSELF! The other location said that they didn't carry my type of battery at all! That wasn't the case when I spoke with them originally on the phone... how annoying! When I spoke with Alfonso, he was beyond personable - no matter how busy they were over there. I immediately drove over and noticed how busy they were. STILL - he took the time to speak with me and regardless of how busy they were... he not only found the battery in-house... he gave me a price breakdown and... HE INSTALLED IT HIMSELF! Personable, professional, on-point and doing things right. Now THAT's what I call customer service. I wish there was a 500 stars out of 5. Please do yourself a favor and give this guy some props. My car needed to be jumped just to get to this store. After waiting in line for almost 10 minutes I was finally assisted and the person at the register was able to locate the battery I needed for my car. When I asked if they were able to install it for me I was told "No. There's only two of us." and was given a small wrench to borrow to replace my battery with. Thankfully a stranger in the parking lot who had the correct tools was able to assist me with installing my car battery, because I wouldn't have been able to do it myself and only purchased the car battery from this store because I read that they could install the battery for me. I will not be going to this location anymore and will try my luck at AutoZone next time.

Today I bought another part and was given credit for the parts I never received but much to my surprise they photocopy my credit card on their store copy receipt. I asked them to remove it and was told that was their policy to keep a photocopy of my credit card. So, your credit card info is stored in unsecured box's that any employee could access if you made an in-store purchase. Combine their policies with workflows and more importantly attitude towards the customer and that will be my last purchase here.

We bought one from them while there in case the Jeep stopped again. The one we had recently purchased on Amazon clearly did NOT work. The next morning, the Jeep didn't start again to bring it in to replace the battery, so their jumper came in handy a second time. I'm sad that they will be closing. I worked with Carlos throughout this whole process and I'm glad I did because he knows his stuff and the details when it comes to suspension systems. His customer service work ethics are 10/10. I needed a rebuild of Icon 2.5 coilovers and some new all terrain tires. After the rebuild, the shock itself started leaking and Carlos told me to bring it back asap so they can fix it at no charge and make it right. At that time I decided I needed some new tires and they set me up with the new Falken AT4s. After the installation of new tires, alignment, and rebuilt shocks, i started having tire rubbing issues from the increased tire size. Carlos offered a re-alignment to increase the caster even more from what it was originally set at to try and minimize the rubbing at no charge. The alignment was done and the rubbing came back when driving on certain roads so Carlos said to come back again. At this time, he offered to realign again at no charge, but also recommended a cab mount chop to alleviate the problem for my suspension system and tire size specifications. I decided to take his recommendation and went with the chop. I'm glad I decided to go with the chop because it made the most sense and they did a great job with the welds and paint job. I appreciate Go Big's work and shout out to Carlos for his dedication to making the job done right and offering solutions when things don't always go as planned. The solutions Carlos offered were cost efficient but also the right solutions for my driving style and set up. 10/10 customer service and 100% I'm a returning customer. Thanks Go Big!

It looked like an idiot did the balancing. Standard is to put the stick on weights hidden on the inside of the rim. They didn't do any balancing on the rear tires. Hard to believe the rear tires were perfect, and didn't need to be balanced. I brought my own new tires. They charged me $125 to mount 4 tires. I'll never go there again. Maybe different at other locations, but I would advise to stay away from the telephone rd location.
