Camping world sold me a camper that I had never seen! I tried to fight but it was their word against mine. The camper Mark showed me was perfect. Electric jacks, everything fully functioning, etc. We were excited, signed paperwork, and patiently waited for our pickup date. Everything looked right on the outside, very subtle differences that I didn't notice until a day or so later. Not only was this not the camper I saw, this one was DEFECTIVE!!! It leaked from day one! Tails lights were misaligned, and worse, the hot water heater was not fully assembled. Being new to camping, we had no idea but began asking questions and were met with blank faces and no answers. Mark told me from the beginning that I was getting a good deal on a camper that was on clearance since the year was ending. This camper was probably on clearance because it was thrown together. Instead of camping world sending it back, they sold it to me, PUSHED a warranty on me and when I asked for a swap their answer was, "no worries, your warranty will fix it." DISGUSTING!!!! If I had a picture of Mark, I'd post him. But I'll give you a description. He looks like Rodney Dangerfield. He's a fast talker and cares nothing about the customers. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I was sold a defective camper and rather than exchanging it out, they are holding it in repairs claiming to fix it. I bought my camper brand new. I've missed two trips due to it being in repairs. I've only had it for two months however it's been in the shop for 45 days out of the two month period. Dropped off RV at the end of April they said the work would be completed by June 1. Then they called in July to say the work was complete (my husband is in the military so we couldn't get it until he came home on leave from Ft. Riley) he went today to pick it up and the work was not done on the camper. We as a family do not get to spend a lot of time together bc of his military status but my husband literally waited the whole damn day there only for them to say they needed more parts and he only waited bc he was borrowing a friends truck to get the camper. On top of that the manager had the AUDACITY to tell my husband that they could winterize the camper for a fee. My husband is now going to have to fly back out in October to winterize the RV. The service department and management are useless and I have no clue how they are still in business. read more

They are quick and very nice when they selling their RVs but do pray your Rv never needs any kind of service done because you will literally won't see your RV for 4-6 months. Service department SUCKS!!! You go and pick up your unit and have of the work order is not done. Service dept Manager sings off on orders without even inspecting the unit. I will never take my unit there. They have kept my unit since March and it's September!!! There goes my summer!!! read more

I know this Camping World does not have many good reviews which is why we wanted to post this review. We were traveling by on our way to Florida and was experiencing issues with our weight distribution hitch. After dealing with the camper swaying and hopping for a few hours we couldn't take it any longer and decided to find a place to stop and see if someone could maybe make some adjustments and hoped that would work. This Camping World was coming up soon so I called them. The person in the service department I spoke with was very helpful and after explaining our situation he said we could come by and he would have a tech look at it for us. While we were waiting we decided to ask one of their sales reps (Jonathon N) about the benefits of switching over to a 5th wheel from our travel trailer. Jonathon showed us what they had in the lot and explained the differences. We took our camper out for a test drive after they made some adjustments and decided we had enough of trying to make that camper work and ended up trading it in for one of their new 5th Wheels!! So that was the easy part. The next step was they needed to order a part necessary to install our new hitch which was going to take 3-4 days to get. We found a great little campground called Lazy Acres which was only 5 minutes away. Jonathon offered to have our new camper delivered to the campground for us so we could stay in it and check everything out and make sure all was working well. This ended up being a great suggestion because we found out the heater was not working properly. It was not an easy fix but John at the service desk is a rockstar and with the help of one of their techs we figured out what the problem may be and he told us to bring in the camper since he knew we were leaving the next morning. This was at 3:30 the Saturday after thanksgiving and there was only 1 Tech on duty. By 7:00 which was 1 hour after closing they had the problem solved. They had a team of people including the GM making sure all was right. I understand they cannot treat everyone the way we were treated but we truly believe if they could they would!! They are an extremely busy service dealership as was evident by the line of campers waiting to have work done. We all have our good days and our bad days and let's be real us customers can make their jobs hell at times too. My main reason to share this great experience is I believe not enough people take the time to share good news but mostly use this platform to express their anger and frustrations which is totally understandable. But today we are here to say only great things about this dealership and we hope you too can have the same experience. read more

We love our camper we bought here..... However, I will say the salesman was pretty crooked. We bought a camper, then set up our pick appointment for 3 pm on a Friday. We got there to pick it up and of course the dilemma starts as if nobody knows we are there to pick up, it's like the staff was ready to go home for a day, it takes 45 minutes to get our camper out and do our walk through. I will say Chris the mechanic was a very helpful guy, I would give him 5 stars. Anyways my wife and I are doing the walk through and they were like "hey you said you had a trailer set up (trailer brake controller I assume?) on your truck already", I'm like "nope I said I have a towing package on it, I never said I had that." Of course the nickel and Diming started. So they had already financed a trailer sway package into my deal but then I told them mine as well finance the brake controller and trailer electrical stuff. They come back and say it's a done deal I have to pay the $1200 for it (yeah 1200 to drive that thing off the lot!). Luck for me we find a dent in the bumper of the camper, well of course they try and work another deal but it only knocks off $500. Then they tell me we have to wait for installation which will be done on Monday... So we sit around wait for whatever deal they are working on while we wonder the store for another 30 minutes and finally the mechanics find me and say they can install it and get me out of their that night. I left there at about 7pm at night. I was pretty p***ed about the extra money and some of the disorganization. The salesman literally made us feel like we were just his sale, like "well I'm done with these people on to the next. "The mechanics seen us off said goodbye and congratulations, and the salespeople were to busy patting each other on the back for the sale. I call bullsh*t! Management should get them mechanics out there drawing commission and selling campers because the salesman a bunch of selfish pricks. read more

If I could give zero stars I would! Absolutely worst customer service I have encountered. They were on it and quick to sell our family a camper but to get ANYTHING fixed is beyond ridiculous. My camper was dropped off December 18th I was informed beginning of February the parts were ordered and should be good to go in a week. Mind you I had to reach out for this update. Beginning of March rolls around I am still reaching out for an update. Again I was informed our parts were in fact not in and Tuesday a shipment would be in and I would receive an update. The woman even said I am putting notes in the system to update you weekly. Well Tuesday rolls around, nothing. I called today which marks 2 weeks still no update, just to be told parts will "call me back in 20 minutes" this is ridiculous and I hope no one falls for their speedy sales transactions because I can promise you, you will be disappointed. I've been paying my monthly camper bill now almost 4 months, paying my monthly storage lot for almost 4 months so I don't lose my space with no camper, no update and no faith in Camping World. Keep in mind...these are simple fixes!! Nothing major, I can't even imagine if something major needed repair. read more

My in laws bought a RV from here a few months ago. The engine light was on and they told them they would fix the problem. Well the problem is not fixed. my in laws took the RV to the ford place and the cost will be $4,500 to fix. I went to camping world and told them what the ford place had said the cost would be and asked for them to take care of the cost which they said they would at the sale. now the salesman is telling me that Steve the GM would have to make that call. wouldn't you know it Steve was not there. The salesman said he would give Steve my number and he would call me. That was last Friday and a week has gone by and still NO call. I just want them to do what they said. The main reason we have given this RV dealership five stars is we had such positive and helpful dealings with Tim Rozier in their Service Dept. Tim went out of his way to give us first class customer service. As first-time RV owners, we could not have been more impressed with the helpful attitude Tim has had with all our questions and service issues. He is a great ambassador for this RV dealership, and all employees could learn from Tim about the importance of being nice to customers. He's a super guy and they're lucky to have him! read more

We were traveling from Michigan to Florida stopping in NC to see family. The brakes on our 40 ft 5th wheel stopped working while we were in Ashville. Many fixes later in Ashville and $$$ when we arrived in Raleigh the brakes were still not working. We called the Camping World outside Raleigh for help. They would could not fit us into their schedule for 10 days. We called Fayetteville and they told us to come on in that same day. The space was tight however the crew is expert on moving everybody in. They knew we were living in the 5th wheel so they gave us priority. Waited a half hour, was seen by a technician, Jay, and he had our problem fixed in 20 minutes. I wanted to hug him! And it was only $145. Skip Raleigh folks, head on down to Fayetteville! read more

This place is a joke! We stopped here on our way home from Georgia. The only thing our salesman was good for was showing us different types of RV's that we were shopping for. Beyond that, this guy was clueless! About everything! First, we weren't offered to ride around in a golf cart (even though several customers were) and had to walk the lot in the mud, even though I told him I just had surgery. Next, he didn't tell us his name and never asked for ours. We ended up only seeing new model RV's and were never offered to look at any used inventory, even though he knew we really couldn't afford $23,000 for a travel trailer. He couldn't answer basic questions like, 'when do you liquidate 2017's to make room for 2018's'. I had to look it up on Google! So in we go to crunch numbers. He never offered any of us anything to drink (myself, husband, my 2 boys). Even car salesmen do this! He gives us a brochure, reads us the stats of our RV and immediately wants all our info. We found a lower price on the internet for the same RV year, make and model for $1,200 less. He promised to match that price. That never even happened. He goes back to 'the man', and get this, a $23,000 RV turns into $26,000!! But we were told that was the final price except taxes (last time I checked, 3% taxes in NC didn't equal $3,000!). So all these fees show up. No way! He goes back, comes back with $24,000! Wait a minute. We're still higher than the Memorial Day 'SALE' price of $23,000! Again, I said under $20,000 this time. So he comes back with $24,000 again, but if we put $4,500 down, we'll be under $20,000 he says. Of course we will! With our money we will! These people must think we're all idiots! Don't buy ANYTHING from here! Don't be an idiot like they think were! read more

Until he became involved in the diagnosis and repair of my Toy Hauler, I had pretty much given up on these stores for any future business. Tony kept in communication with me and sent regular updates as well as getting me on the road ASAP, and letting the dealership figure out the warranty portion. Thanks Tony. We purchased a "brand new" Keystone Hideout on August 14, 2020, to live in temporarily. It is now only September 5, 2020 and the camper is unlivable!! After noticing water in the drawers by the sink we decided to investigate where it may be coming from. To our disbelief we found MOLD!!! It is all down the side of the counter under the sink, on top of the heater (which is under the sink), and on the back wall behind the sink!!! The amount of mold in this area could not possibly have grown in just the three weeks we have owned the camper. Not to mention the refrigerator has not worked since we purchased the camper and the toilet and shower have a leak!!! We called Keystone and they told us that Camping World bought the unit from them so it is now a Camping World issue. We went to Camping World and the only thing they want to do for us is "trade" in our current camper on a new, more expensive one, up our payment and add five years to the loan that our current one is financed for!!! They did offer to fix this one (leaving us with no where to live in the mean time) because they do not have loaners, but can you really fix a mold problem and it be safe for future use? We asked about a replacement, just like the one we have and we were told they could not do that! I'm giving zero stars (although to post I had to give at least one!!!) After only three weeks of owning this camper it should not have this many problems and the service at Camping World of Fayetteville is unbelievable and non existent!!! read more

54 days after reaching out to corporate and still not getting a response or phone call I'm posting my experience. I have never experienced such horrible service since purchasing our camper from there. 2 1/2 months after purchasing our camper and work is not completed and parts apparently were never ordered, even though the work was guaranteed to be completed prior to us picking up the camper. I'm in for service today for the last 5 1/2 hours and the service department closes up the camper after fixing a few things but doesn't fix others. I provided an extremely detailed walk through of all items that were supposed to be fixed and they closed it up even leaving a piece of trim on the table without putting it up. The service manager got upset when I refused to leave until the work was completed and then didn't call me when the work was done but as about 100 feet away smoking when I came back to inspect and never said a word to me. He then watched as I hooked up my camper and had to arrange with all the other customers in the service lot to move their campers and rv so that I could leave. No one from the service department said a word to me or offered to assist. read more

The service department is very disorganized and doesn't seem to care about customer satisfaction. I brought my rv in for warranty service and it has been there for 3 months and still is not finished. I call every week to check on the progress and many times feel they are not taking my calls. I leave messages and get no calls back. Twice they have mentioned that I didn't purchase the rv from them. But they are getting paid for the warranty work so why does it matter where I bought it from. To top it off the service manager is rude and when I told him I needed the repair work finished by next week as we have a planned camping trip, his response was, well you''ll get it when it is finished. Evidently he could care less they have had the trailer for 3 months... If there was another place in town to go I would go there... but I can assure them with this kind of service, I will NEVER buy a trailer in the future from them read more

We purchased a 5 y.o. Winnebago Via on June 9, 2018. It is now July 13th and we still don't have a title. Our temporary 30 day tag expired on July 8th. I called and spoke with the "title department" woman, Penelope, and was told the title came to her with an error in the year of the vehicle. She supposedly sent it back to NC Dept. of Motor Vehicles for correction. She told me she sent a "slip for overnight delivery" back to her. She would call them and see where it was and call back to let me know. (LIE) She didn't call back, so I called her and left a message the next day asking her to call me. She didn't. I called yesterday and today and left messages for her to call me back. She hasn't. So, here we are with a motor home we cannot legally drive in Georgia until we get a permanent tag. When I told her this the first time she deigned to answer her phone, her reply was, "If you get a ticket, we'll pay it." What?????? I have issues with the "Finance guy" Trey Hill. He sold us a policy for $6520.00 that according to him "covers everything that can go wrong with your vehicle (Mercedes Sprinter) for 48 months or 48,000 miles. It will be towed to any Camping World where all repairs will be made for only $50.00 deductible." (LIE) We got the policy and it EXCLUDES every single thing that could go wrong with the Winnebago part and the Mercedes part of the coach. EVERYTHING! We are cancelling this worthless policy and expect a prompt refund. Also, he charged us $99.00 for title and tag, written on the temp. 30 day tag form. The vehicle will be titled and tagged in Georgia and I will have to pay those fees when, IF, I ever get my title from these people. He needs to refund that $99.00 immediately. So, I have called and left messages for him on 3 occasions and he, too, hasn't called me back! The "check engine" light was on and the mechanic told us he had not put the gas cap on right and that's why the light came on. "After you drive 50 miles, it will go off," he said.(LIE) NO. It is still on and we have an appointment to have it checked out by a local diesel mechanic next week. We've already had to replace the door mechanism (which the mechanic said was "just a little hard to open"...broke entirely after we got home) and have a hatch lock mechanism repaired that has the wrong kind of lock installed. It was open when we got there and someone closed it out of our sight, so we didn't see him have to "manhandle" it to get it closed. What a colossal mistake we made buying a motorhome from these people. We live 400 miles from Hope Mills so it isn't feasible to go in and talk with them. I have to depend on the phone and they do not return calls. read more

I would give 0 stars if it hadn't been for the manager taking over and aiding in the situation. We have had our rig in over 15 different shops across the country over the last 8 years with it. We have experienced some good, some not so good shops, but nothing like this. This service department was THE WORST shop we have ever had the misfortune of coming too. They charged thousands of dollars with no approval, and did nothing but repair something that has now been taking off my warranty because they rebuilt it without permission of neither me nor my warranty company. DO NOT BRING YOUR RIG HERE!!! We would gladly make the hour drive to keep our rig away from this place. It's too bad because we used to come here when it was Hawley's, and we always had great experiences. Service department has NO idea what they are doing in the slightest...LITERALLY! Oh, and forget getting any phone calls back, I called 22 times over a month's time and not one call back. That's with at least 14 messages left...not one call back. I really don't know how the franchise of Camping World to allow this to take place... read more

In September 2019 we purchased a brand new Fuzion. When purchasing we were reassured that our truck could pull it safely & that the measurement of the camper would fit under our carport. After a 2.5 hour drive home we find out that they didn't include the height of the AC units. No problem, we paid to have our carport raised within 2 days so it would fit under. Then we scheduled our first camping trip. We held our breathe the whole was, it was a scary drive. The camper bent the bed of the truck. No problem, we went & bought the biggest truck to ensure safety. After our trip we realized all of the problems the camper had and made a 5 hour round trip to get this issues fixed under warranty. We finally get it back a few weeks later reassured that everything is fixed. We planned our 2nd trip for our family to go to the mountains (6.5 hour trip). When leaving, our plumbing issue that was to be fixed, had flooded our campsite. We went directly back to Camping World to get this fixed. We reiterated that we were going to Indiana for the holidays and needed it back completely fixed. We picked it up a couple of days before (each trip to Hope Mills is 5 hours round trip), once again reassured that everything is fixed. We get 4-5 hours into our 14 hour trip and realize there is duck tape hanging from the bottom of our camper. They had cut 2-3 areas to correct the plumbing issue instead of dropping the underbelly & duck taped it back together. Absolutely, unacceptable. While in Indiana, Thanksgiving-Christmas, we experienced our first snow (it had never been out in the weather with us camping & it is stored under a HUGE carport). I noticed about 2 inches of snow getting in through the garage door & resting on the porch railing. We took it back to Camping World Hope Mills beginning of beginning of January. The underbelly was replaced, but we have been waiting for weather stripping around the door. Come to find out the door is bent. We have never loaded anything into the back of the camper & have only taken it camping 3 times. It has been in the shop more than we have been able to use it, and the manager says it appears to be customer damage. This door was hard to shut from the time we did the walk through when purchasing & had no way of telling it was bent. A door should not bend. I was told warranty will cover the door, but not the service. Kelly White told me that we are the ones that purchased it & we are responsible for making it right. It is no longer his problem. His tone & customer service is not acceptable & extremely disappointing. The service writer, Heather, has provided all of the documentation with pictures showing all of the issues we've had & how much it's been in the shop (she has been phenomenal). At this point, we just want to make it right & the door to be repaired. This was a HUGE investment for our family to enjoy & make memories, & we haven't been able to have any fun with it because it's always "broke". read more

I can't speak for the service dept, but if it's anything like sales I'd definitely steer clear. We spoke to Patrick about a particular Class A and he assured us we could see it that day. I told him we would be there in 1.5 hrs-his reply was "great, I'll check it over and make sure it has gas". We drove 2.5 hrs due to the detours resulting from the hurricane closures. When we arrived he showed us a 29 ft motorhome-clearly not the 37 ft we came to see. After aimlessly driving around the lot looking for it he asked the manager who's response was "it's in South Carolina". Strange, because Patrick actually said he saw it the day before and was "getting it ready to view" for us that day. The level of ineptness is amazing. We decided on the long drive home that we will never deal with any Camping World again. Shame on me for giving them another chance. read more

This place is the most unorganized, poorly managed facility i have ever done business with. I have used them for a handful of things over the last 10 months or so. Each time turns out to be a horrible experience. The first experience was having them install a satellite dish on top of my rig. Water leaking through the roof is what I encountered after that. Will spare everybody the details on this. Most recent encounter was a simple order of some vent covers. After phone calls to inquire about it, I am quickly being reassured how terribly this place is being run. I am now going into the 4th week on what was suppose to take only a few days to get. Of course, nobody has even attempted to call me. When I call to ask about it, nobody seems to even know what I am talking about. I have given my name and phone # to different ones in hopes I would find that 1 employee that would step up and find out what is going on with my order. If all possible, find somewhere else to go for camping needs. This place is Horrible! read more

We bought a Class C Motorhome from Camping World in Hope Mills, NC in September of this year. The buying experience was fine. After the unit was serviced inside and out we drove it home. The next morning we went inside to put things in order and we noticed 3 items were missing. We're talking about a radio knob, radio doesn't work without it. A Ladder to climb onto the overhead sleeping area. No, I'm not climbing onto the shelf by way of the dinette seat backs. An inside Privacy screen. 3 items that could have made the whole experience a 5 star review. We contacted Camping World who by the way, could have taken the items out of another unit and shipped them to us, but no, that's not what happened. We're still waiting for the parts now a full 3 months AFTER the purchase. After all this you have to ask yourself how well did they service our new Motorhome. Despite the Sparkling reviews of their Customer Service, which by the way I'm sure are employee written, Their CUSTOMER SERVICE is HORRIBLE. Thor called us last Tuesday to say the parts will be mailed out, guess what....we're still waiting...NOW? We just sent our Attorney all the correspondence between us and Thor and Camping World, which is 3 pages long and it will be his turn to attempt to get what we paid in the mid 60's for 3 months ago...1 Star because of the purchasing experience. read more

Bought our Mallard M33 from them on Friday, 6/29. After bring it home and plugging it in, we realized that we had very, VERY little to no airflow to the bathroom and the bunkroom. We were told at first that it was normal. Called back and made an appointment for the following Monday, 7/2. My husband got there first thing that morning. They told him they found a blockage and it was fixed. When my husband asked to go back there and check for himself, they told him they had already moved on to the next unit and couldn't plug it back in. My husband brought it back home, plugged it back in, and guess what, they didn't fix a thing. They completely lied. After choosing to by an endoscope, my husband decided to do find the problem himself. He found not 1, but 3 blockages. The worst one was where the duct work was smashed when it was drilled through. The 2nd, is tape that is hanging down and in the way and the 3rd is more tape that is just wadded up and looks like it was just left there for no reason. We tried emailing and calling back immediately but have yet to get a response. This has been an all around horrible experience. After saying we didn't want the extended warranty, the financial manager for down right, mad was unpleasant to work with from that point on. I will never do anything else with Camping World and don't recommend them to ANYONE. They will suck the joy out of camping. read more

The service department is the worst place to ever do business with. I have had my unit in there for 6 months and still they haven't fixed it. The keep saying they are awaiting parts. They will not keep you up dated and only if you call and not get an answer machine (rarely) will you ever get any up dates. I could have bought a costume ordered a new rig in the time it take to complete a service order. My warranty will expire before the work finishes. I have made 4 phones calls and have been told each time that someone would call me back. Have not received that call yet. I also wanted to schedule an appt for the service dept and called for 2 consecutive days only to be told someone would call me back. A week later no call. AWFUL customer service. I purchased a new Winnebago from Blaine Carver at Camping World of Hope Mills, NC and the experience was amazing. The entire sales team was absolutely phenomenal. My trade-in and purchase was extremely complex and the entire staff performed and communicated beyond my expectations....if you knew me; you would know that I am a very hard person to please. I was more than pleased with everything they did wit me. The detailing crew did an exceptional job cleaning the coach before I picked it up. The mechanic staff was patient and thorough in explaining and teaching me all of the features of the new coach. They also explained how things differed from the coach I traded in. Their floor staff helped me with new purchases to put in the coach and at times directed me to items that were less expensive than items I was going to originally purchase. They also offered to pick me up from a campground so that I didn't have to take a cab; as they knew I was alone from out of town. When it is time to upgrade again, I will make the trip back down from Chicago to purchase my new coach from Camping World of Hope Mills, NC. A GREAT STAFF with PHENOMENAL customer service. read more

I took my RV in for warranty work, they had the RV for 1 month and it took two weeks for them to order the parts, after repeated calls to check on the status I was told to call Keystone by (Billy) and find out the status of the parts they ordered, the service department provided Keystones phone number and the work order number so I thought what the #### I'll call if it will speed things up. So I call Keystone, Keystone took the work order number and looked up the parts "BINGO" here's the answer Camping World received the parts one weeks ago, they had the delivery date and the name of the person at camping world that signed for the parts. After another 5 attempts at contacting the service department I informed Billy that the parts had been shipped and signed for by someone in the service department. It took an additional day for Billy to return my call to inform me that they did receive the parts and that the RV would be repaired and I could pick it up on Saturday. How my RV is back at this shop again for warranty work and its just like the first time, no one will return your calls, the service department has no clue. I appreciate them getting my RV repairs done under warranty but this will be the LAST Time I take my RV to this location for anything, I'll drive to Raleigh Camping World. You would think that someone would make sure that customer that purchase RV from that location are taken care of since those of us that do purchase RVs tend to purchase bigger ones at a later date. What is really sad, is that they sell the fantasy of open road travel and care free camping , than sell you an inferior product, backed buy ridicules service delays, this was the worst buying experience I have every had rude , deceptive, untrustworthy, and when you complain you enter a maze of phone operators that are trained to promise everything will be taken care of and nothing is every done. How many complaints does it take to get some change, I have talked to the corporate office in Colorado and they do the same thing "our supervisor will call you", but as you know, if you have every dealt with this location 'NO ONE EVER CALLS YOU BACK' not at the local level or the corporate level. I bought a new 20017 freedom elite 22 fe class c unit. everything was great except the unit was to small so I go back and they tell me" boy have I got the unit for you" 2013 Damon day break one owner just 5000 miles on it , just in for its first oil change traded by our good friend retired sergeant Major. I paid a $1900.00 PDI predelivery inspection. just to make sure everything was ok. they told me we test every system. they call me, I bring my turn key 2017 freedom elite in and trade based on their description of this one owner unit. right away they have problem batteries don't hold a charge, ac not blowing cold, a mysterious stain on the wardrobe in the bedroom. Im told every is fine take the unit, if you have any problem we will take care of it. I was so stupid!.... but we needed a bigger unit, so I take it and try it for 48 hours and right away the water leaks under the shower and water leaks under the wardrobe where the stain was and the batteries don't work. I take it right back...... they never hooked it to water or electrical and then they keep it for 4 weeks..... give it back... and it still leaks, Are you f%^&$ kidding me, now they have sold my unit and the general manger tells me I should "lawyer up " to fix this problem. there has to be some accountability for this type of treatment. every rating on this and every other web site is the worst and there is story after story about this location we need to organize , and get better treatment. I will not be a victim of this type of treatment. I believe the more people that come forward we can force corporate camping world to fix our units. DONT BE A VICTIM read more
