Service department is top notch. Matt takes his time and looks over camper and addresses our concerns. Matt got all the things that were wrong fixed. Josh the new service manager helped schedule getting us our camper back. This had to be done twice. Alex their porter bringing our camper back was helpful and made sure everything was right before leaving. There were so many stupid issues with this campers door. It's finally right ( knocking on wood). Let's hope they never have to see it again. I don't recommend Waconda Camping World service. They told me to just duct tape door so it would be somewhat closed and drive there. Roscoe Camping World came and looked at it,ordered replacement, got it closed and got it to the shop. What a great facility! It's a bit smaller than the ones we bought our RV from in Texas, but the staff are all super nice, friendly and helpful. Lots of great finds for camping and glamping. I wished I would have looked at these reviews before I went. Went in one day to look at a camper, and things were great. Started off by looking and our excitement lead us to more than we wanted for first time camper owners. I went back the next day to look at something more affordable. They were totally understanding. But that is where I felt it went down hill. Over the next week I would call and "your sales person is unavailable, Can I leave a message" 3 times. After 4 hours I would call back. I was told the finance guy would call me on one of those calls. I spoke with my bank about financing and they wanted spec sheets and pricing so we could work out financing on my end. Called "sorry your sales person is off", I asked to speak with the finance guy "sorry he is busy". I asked to speak to the sales manager "sorry he is also busy, can I take a message and have him call you?" This was a Thursday, and as of Monday noon, NOTHING. I texted asking for my deposit back since it is clear that they aren't interested in communicating with clients. Marcus should think about closing this store. Save yourself the headache. read more

We purchased a used unit here because it was the only one with the layout we liked. We also purchased a 5th wheel hitch for our truck to haul the camper home as well. What started as a $44k unit ballooned to $51k real fast. They paid off our previous unit and then when we got up there said there was additional damage we hadn't disclosed and they'd need an additional $1,500. Since I had brought a check I couldn't change the check price. I felt nickel and dimed then but didn't think it was worth canceling the deal. After belongings were switched from old to "new" they brought our truck back. Guess a breaker went bad between the shop and show and tell so they did fix that right there and showed us how to work everything. I was impressed with Mike the service guy and his team. The finance team couldn't seem to get straight that there was no lienholder. I was told that their banks could probably beat any bank I went thru myself. They didn't by the way so they didn't get that kickback especially since I didn't end up financing. The sales person was nice but I felt pressured when she asked us to call Good Sam for an insurance quote. I have insurance. But actually sat there while we called. Felt like a kickback was happening there too. Overall, our experience was positive. We were there several hours and they did loan us a truck to get lunch. The walk around was thorough and problems were fixed. I did have a 3rd party inspection done so I'd know what I was getting and they did work with him well. Depending on what issue I have in the future, I could possibly return. read more

The service department at camping world in Roscoe Illinois. It's been the first dealership that's taking care of me since I have been full-time RV they will let you sit in the parking lot plugged in and got me back on the road within four days. I had leaf spring break. They got me going so I could move on. I was so happy they did such a good job, and the service lead technician knows a lot about stuff and his staff if you're ever in the area and you need things done, I can almost guarantee it will be done right I've been to a lot of other dealerships. They take their time doing whatever they feel like they should do even the dealerships that I buy my campers from I don't get that good of service. read more

went in Saturday July 28h 2024 to look at a Super C listed on market place by campers world. Went through the process of buying with the salesman Tom. Was told the price is $115,100. I was told if I put $12000 down I was approved. They gave me vin to get insurance on it. I came back with agreed down payment and proof of insurance. They they told me I needed $25000 down. After a heated moment agreed. Justin the finance person has now told me they messed up and that the new price is the motorhome is $154000. So I have insurance on a motorhome that I don't own now because of their lies. I will cancel insurance but hey use at own risk. I would give them 0 stars if I could. We bought a new camper from them and had such a bad experience, I sent this letter to Marcus Lemonis, the VP of camping world. Mr. Lemonis: On July 23 my wife and I took possession of a new 2022 Jayco White Hawk 27rb. Several days earlier, we looked at a number of travel trailers at the Camping World in Roscoe, Ill. After deciding on the White Hawk, we did a closer inspection and pointed out that the "j wrap" along the bottom of the camper, behind the wheels on the passenger side, was cut short and the plastic fairing around the wheels was not attached to the j wrap. (See attached photo). We pointed this out to our salesman, Rick Macicari, along with a couple other items. Also, when we were doing the walk-through on the 23rd, we pointed it out to the service tech who was installing the weight distribution hitch, and the gentleman who was conducting the walk-through. They knew about this issue back in July. Our salesman took us back to the service desk to set up the 45-day inspection appointment for Sept 20th. We would have taken possession that day but they neglected to install the brake controller on my truck, so we were unable to bring the camper home. After being there for 5 hours while we waited in the lounge, did the walk-through, and all the paperwork, we were ready to go home. I am retired and went down the following Monday, they installed the brake controller, and I brought the trailer home. After camping in it a couple times, we had a list of items that needed to be addressed at the 45-day inspection. A week before the appointment I called Mr. Macicari to verify all the parts needed were ordered and on hand. He assured me that everything was ready for the appointment. I took the camper back for the inspection on Sept. 16th with high hopes that everything would be addressed in a timely manner as we had camping reservation for the 30th. Much to our dismay, I got a call from the serviceman who was doing the work on our unit. Talking with him, I mentioned the j wrap. He knew nothing about it, had not seen the part. After talking with him, the salesman, and one of the service managers, I was told that the part WAS NEVER ORDERED. They knew about this issue for over a month. Both my wife and I find this unacceptable. When I talked with Cheryl in the service department on the 27th, she told me the j wrap part would not be in by the 29th, but they could do a patch/repair. This entailed riveting a short piece to extend the j wrap to which they could secure the fairing around the wheels to it. Since it was either the patch job, or take it back when the part came in, I gave my permission to go ahead with the patch. Upon receiving our camper on the 29th, about half of the items that needed addressing, were not completed, due to "warranty work" and parts that needed to be ordered. When I checked to see how the patch job looked, I was not surprised that they did not even do the patch job. We will not be taking it back for more service ever. While I applaud your saying "If you're happy, I'm happy", I'm going to guess you are not happy a lot. While I'm not expecting anything to happen from this letter, I just wanted you to know that we are not happy with the sales and service department in Roscoe. Thank you.... Point is, save yourself a lot of stress. DO NOT BUUY, OR HAVE SERVICE DONE HERE. If you are truly interested in a camper, I do recommend Interstate RV in Pointette, WI. Read the reviews! If any company has THIS many poor reviews, it HAS to be for a good reason. I'm not sure how they even stay in business - dishonest sales reps, managers, service team. Very poor communication (after the sale.... of course). It's almost impossible to get someone to call you back. Additionally, the ladies who answer the phone are incredibly rude. I've never called a place so many times and was told... "Employee X" is busy. Not "can I take a message" or "would you like a voicemail"? I should have known better to purchase an RV from them when I caught my sales rep in a lie. Then, I was told that things would be fixed on my camper upon delivery.... did not happen. It took 3 months to get these issues fixed. Then, out of frustration since I was mostly unable to use the camper, I asked them just to buy it back so we can just move on from this horrible situation. They offered me 18k on a 28k camper that I owned for 3 months and wasn't able to use as it smelled like an animal kennel (a problem I was told would be fixed and was not). How offensive! I finally got my camper back and it still has problems... however, no point in even bringing it up to them now. I'll just deal with it. This is my 4th camper. I've never had a worse experience with ANY purchase. Watch out buying anything from the store - I did overhear more than once a "customer service rep" tell new camper owners that they NEED to buy certain items from them.... even though these items are incredibly overpriced and not necessities. Taking advantage of people who don't know any better is such a poor business practice. Please take this review and others seriously and make the trip to another facility if you are looking to purchase a camper. The service department are so up and down with their prices I brought my unit back for repairs they had to look at it first then I picked up the unit to go out on a trip they were supposed to price out the parts and let me know the cost after awhile I called them and the person I talked to was like oh yeah the parts are on order so we are waiting on parts ( would of been kinda nice to know prices before ordering ) anyways the parts show up after couple weeks I asked them for a price they kept saying oh we will help you out don't worry we will work with you the day before drop off I called to get a price ( before hauling the unit out there ) oh I'm not sure you worked with this guy we will tell you the price when you get in then I go and drop the trailer finally the guy at the counter tells me that it's going to be $650 for repairs so I thought that was pretty good so I added the slide out maintenance on it also then I left the trailer there after two weeks they called and told me the unit was ready so I went and picked it up and I'm at the counter the guy is like yeah it's going to be $1,278 for you so I questioned it and he's like oh they surprised us with the freight cost To me kinda just sounds like they toy with their customers and squeeze more money out of them I'm definitely not going back and I'll be doing my own repairs from now on read more

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Had my new RV in there last year for repairs. It took them 10 months to supposedly finish the warranty work. After I got it back, I realized the repair on my refrigerator wasn't done or wasn't done correctly. Explained the problem and they said they'll order the correct parts. It's now been another 5 weeks. I call to find out status, they say they will check on it and get back to me...a week later still no call back. Call again and still get the run around. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible customer service. Watching the service manager treat employees like garbage was completely unacceptable, this dealership has a long history of terrible service, poor treatment of customers and now I witnessed poor treatment of staff on 4/9/21. He went so far as to damn near start a fight with me because after 4 weeks my camper is still not fixed. After two weeks of asking for a status update with zero response, completely unacceptable. The sales manager (Josh) when we bought our puma damn near blew a 30k deal over 1k on trade let alone his completely rude and unprofessional attitude. I purchased my camper at a show in Chicago in Jan of 2020. Al was the sales person. While there, connectivity was bad so they were unable to complete the banking paperwork and told me to come to the store later to finish up. Al was quite unprofessional and made a little too much effort to connect. He went into detail about his very young girlfriend and having to work things out with her mother, it was very strange and unnecessary small talk. During the deal we'd agreed on a break controller being installed on my vehicle and that they would hold my camper at no cost until I could pick it up, this is relevant later. Called Al to discuss when i could come by to finish paperwork. We set up a time and i made the 1.5 hour drive. When there, i waited 45 min in an empty store for a rep to assist me who had no idea where to pick up on where the paperwork had left off. Al was not there, he had the day off. I complete the paperwork and when noting on the IOU paperwork there was no brake controller, i inquired about it and the rep called someone. He then told me I was good to go and made a comment about hustling them and asked if I'd like the kitchen sink too. The comment was not said jokingly, he literally rolled his eyes at me when said it. I didn't engage it- I just signed everything and left. I call Al in May and arrange to pickup the camper. When i arrive, he was not tracking on me picking up. I was told I'd receive a walkthrough on how to hook up the camper to my truck, the basics of my camper, and get a store tour of recommended items. I waited for 2 hours before I asked for assistance and realized i was forgotten about. Finally my truck and camper were ready for the demo. When i went back, my fiancé was with me, and the gentlemen demoing the hookup wouldn't answer any of my questions, he'd only talk to my fiancé, and he flat told us he didn't know I was coming that day. The camper is mine for full time use while i travel for work. So i had no questions answered. He then told us to go back in and someone would demo the camper for us on a walk around. The lack of response to specifically my questions was so apparent that my fiancé, without my prompting, had to stop and say "this is HER camper, not mine". That did not change the approach of the tech. When we came in, there was Al eating a salad with friends while we are receiving all around poor customer service. The next gentlemen who came to find us was the one who did the demo and walk around of the camper. He showed up about 1 hour after the hookup demo. He was wonderful. He told us he was given a last minute notice to walk us around and hadn't had time to familiarize himself with the model but knew enough that it was comfortable. He answered all my questions. However, when he hooked us up to power he was attempting to show us an electrical feature and it wouldn't work. So he popped open the fuse box to find that a fuse was missing. He called out to another maintenance tech who told him they'd used one of the fuses from my camper to fix another. Had i not received my demo i would have left, unable to use that feature. Additionally and even more troublesome: that camper was purchased by me- I'm making payments on it- they're storing it, but they're coming in to my camper to take parts from it? Unsat. After the demo we were taken around the store by a woman who was not well versed in campers. She told us that she recommends all the things she's seen her mom use and couldn't answer questions about product differences. She told us she didn't have a camper and wants one but knows a little because she goes camping with her family in the summer. She's never hooked one up to sewage, water, or anything she said. During all of this, Al was nowhere to be found. He did not meet us at any point and made himself completely unavailable. As far as he is concerned, he made a sale/commission and the rest is not him. I 100% do not recommend Camping World at all for any purchase. Lastly- Camping World as a whole tends to have a bad rep and once again i reached to them against my better judgement when i considered selling my camper a month ago. I have held off writing this review in hopes that it was 1 bad situation with 1 negative experience. I was wrong and honestly believe the cooperation is too large and now no longer cares about even barely providing customer service m. Which, honestly? That's fine. Be a place to buy an RV only, same day, and that's it. Don't make promises you can't live up to. So all around, bad customer service. read more

I purchased a new Class C motorhome from Campersworld in August of 2022. Besides the many cosmetic issues we had with the RV we had a major problem with the refrigerator door not staying closed. They kept our camper from Oct. of 2022until March of 2023. I had to pay to winterize it and could not make a planned trip to Florida in January 2023. In May 2023 we went to on a trip and the water heater quit working. It is now almost July 2023. They say they will call and schedule a service call, never have heard from them. When I call the service department they are is meetings. I have never gotten such a run around in my life. Many people told me not to buy from Campers world because of the scenario described above. I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO THEM. I have an appointment with another RV dealer. They actually answer their phones and talk to their customers. read more

Don't buy an RV from this store. Especially a pop up camper. I beg you to go anywhere else. The first time we dropped our camper off they had it for 9 MONTHS. I spoke with the shop manager, the store manager, and even corporate, TWICE. I didn't want to bring it back the second time but something was still wrong with it and it's under warranty with them. We were promised up and down that it would only take a week and they would earn our trust back. They have now had it for over 4 weeks. I can't get a call back. I can't get a straight answer from them. They can't tell me what is and isn't completed any time we talk. I'm beyond done with this company. I don't understand how they are in business when they treat their customers with total disregard. Or treat their customers property with complete disrespect. Yes, our camper had been damaged by this camping world numerous times. I've own the camper for a year and 3 months but it has been in possession of this camping world for 10 of those months. Goodbye to my year warranty that I didn't even get to use. Unless you buy a big expensive camper, this company wants nothing to do with you. They have little to no knowledge about the pop up campers they sell. Oh they also forgot to winterize my camper the first time they had it. Guess what was leaking this summer when we took it camping. Well not sure where to start, I just have to say the Salespeople we worked with were right out of college and didn't know much about campers. (Valentino and Justin) They were just looking for a fast sale. Then when the figures came together we were given an amount of $1,790.00 for things like Transport, Prep, set up and a walkthrough explanation, which Joe did take his time showing us everything on our New Jayco Jay feather hybrid, but no detailing of inside or out was done.(We were aware of a transport fee.) Then they needed to wire a 7 point trailer wiring and electric break mechanism on which they couldn't finish because we didn't have the correct size hitch and they didn't have the size we needed so we couldn't take our new trailer home until we had a new heavy duty hitch put on. Oh and the wiring was done all hap hazardless according to the mechanic that did the brake wiring and new hitch. Camping world charged us $585.00 for a Blue tooth electric brake system that we were not given a choice on. They agreed that my mechanic could take off their half-a$$ job and would be refunded when returning for the pick up of our trailer. STILL WAITING FOR THAT REFUND(Since 4/29/20) Just talked with Chris the Service manager 6/8/20 and he has been a Big help with most of everything and a check was cut to the Finance bank on 5/22/20. (So just waiting to see if they put a credit on our account) They also charged us $795.00 for a EZ FASTWAY 1000# weight distribution hitch sway control, which lists for $379.00 for Good Sam members which we became when buying the Trailer. ($416.00 to install?) Also I believe this was already on the camper, because the brackets were already mounted to trailer tongue and the weight bars were in the outside storage compartment when we first looked at the camper. (Maybe used for towing from were Jayco's are made in Indiana) Remember transport fees!!! The last thing was no choice of a RV Marine battery, cost was ok $208.00 but maybe I wanted a better one maybe a wanted a lithium battery. The only good thing was the Deal we think we got on the 2019 Jayco Jay feather X17Z Hybrid, the other costs for Warranties sure do add up fast. Hope they will be worth it. My husband and I purchased an expensive Heartland Mallard and the service is absolutely horrible. To start when we did our walk through the tub had a hole in it. So they said they'd order a new one. We purchased our trailer in March of 2022, made payments and didn't get our trailer till beginning of May. In April we got a call saying the trailer was ready to come and get it and we drove a distance to get it, sat for over an hour for them to tell us it wasn't ready. They had not checked anything. We finally picked it up because we had a trip planned and they caulked the tub to get us thru. Tub came in and made another trip and they installed. We had another trip and I took a shower and my husband came running in saying water was running everywhere. Here they didn't fasten the pipe to the drain. All the water went under the under Laiment. Made another trip took it in and it had to be dried out and fixed. A week later and we got to pick it up. Then camping was over and we store our campers. Came out of storage in April. There are a couple things that needed repair that should have been under warranty and I was told that it wasn't under warranty and we'd be charged. I told her it's been in storage and we couldn't get it out and I was told that it was pretty much "too bad, so sad". Now we are trying to install ourselves a gateway router in our trailer. We're taking a trip and there's not much for cell service and my husband has medical issues whereas I need a phone for emergencies. We pulled the wires in the ceiling that is pre installed for wireless router. Well the wires are not live and they're not even the right color. Called Camping world twice, no call back. Called a third and I was told to call the service hotline that I'd have better luck. He said they could install but I'd get charged even though the wires aren't correct. Manufacturing problem. I called the hotline and that gentleman is trying very hard to help but I have to wait to hear back from the manufacturer. Guess what? No call. I'm at my wits end not knowing what to do. We leave in a few days and I hope my family stays healthy. I would consider this a priority. Please, do your research. Don't go to camping world. The customer service is horrible and they don't stand behind they're products. Worst experience I've had. I will not get another product from them. Stay wise and do your homework. I'm read more

We have a new camping trailer that is still under warranty. Camping world is disorganized to say the least. We have had our camper in 5 times this season for recalls and warranty repairs. They still have not completed all the work. Their parts department doesn't know if they even have the parts needed for the repairs. We have tried to speak with the actual technicians that do the work but have been denied. I think their repair business is a scam to collect money from the manufacturer but never actually do any work. I would definitely not choose this business. read more

If there was an option to give the Camping World in Roscoe Illinois it would be 0 stars. The sales people, and sales managers are the biggest liars they could have. They give run around stories as if the buyers are dumb. We went down to look at purchasing a 2016 Keystone Bullet. Got the walk through and sat down to do the paperwork and sign payment agreements. They would not receive an answer until the following day due to the banks being closed. Totally understandable, but when they got an answer Saturday afternoon they neglected to call us until Monday after 2pm. We then used a different co-signer as they said we needed a stronger co-signer. They began to run the co-signers credit saying she could purchase the camper on her own. We explained to them we wanted the camper NOT the co-signer. They then explained we would have no issues with getting this camper, but they also raised the price 2,000 because of the work they put into it after we signed the payment agreement. They said they would run our credits together and not even an hour later they called stating we were denied. They never ran the credits together until the next day. We then got a call from BMO Harris stating they had a few questions about the loan they wanted to give us for the camper. & they continue to run the credits everyday. We then looked at the website and they raised the price 3,000. We have called about the credits continuing to be ran and they continue to deny it. They then stated that our credit scores would not go down it only goes down when they pull it one time. Which is completely false as every pull has dinged our credit scores. I would not recommend going to camping world at all! If you want better help, more trustworthy people, and real answers take your business elsewhere. read more

I am new to RVing, just retired. I like the idea of an RV so the dogs can go along. Camping World is convenient to where I live so I went there. There I was cordially greeted by the front hosts and met Al Smith. Al is very knowledgeable about RVs and gave great advice without pushy salesman techniques, which I really appreciated. Still am pondering about an RV. But if I do get an RV, Camping World is first on my list of where to go because of the great customer service and all the perks that go along with purchasing from Camping World. As we walked back in from the lot, Al Smith stopped to ask us how we were being treated, which was just great. He then talked to us about the RVs and various options, as well as all the services that they provide campers. I really believe this is brilliant--this is a new hobby for many people, and it's nice to know that there is support out there for what could be a rather daunting undertaking. We are now excited about the prospect of choosing an RV, and will certainly look for Al when we decide it's time to buy. read more

This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had !!!! I will start by saying , we purchased a used truck camper from al smith . He is a complete liar . He lied from the moment he opened his mouth . He sold us a 9 an a half foot truck camper with a weight of 2000 . He told us if we didn't like the way it handled , he would gladly return our money . He lied about when we could pick it up . We bought it on a Tuesday , he asked if we wanted it Thursday , we said no , but Friday would work . We showed up , they took our money , but he had never ordered the straps ... 2 weeks later they come in .., they take my truck back and put camper on truck . I drove it home that day , next day I drove it to My mechanic , he laughed ... he said I would not put my family in there . I took it back to camper world ..... al lied an said " I never said that " ! I never wanted to beat some old dick heads ass so bad in my life ... we called every day , everyday was another excuse .... 3 family emergencies in as many days ... we called corporate !!! No help !!! Finally I threatened to pic it and talk to every customer that tried an pull in there parking lot .... 2 minutes later , they called me back an decided to refund my money .... I would not recommend this place to MY ENEMIES !!!!! Bad people ! Worse service !! This store will not be open long !!!! read more

The sales department was very knowledgeable. Our finance experience was a nightmare. The service is worse. Bought the trailer brand new. The first year the service department had it in their possession for 10 weeks for warranty repairs. This year 8 weeks for a simple warranty item. We are officially done with them and it's a shame. We like to support local businesses but you can only put up with so much. Good luck if you decide to do business with them. read more

We are new to RVing and on our very first cross country trip we experienced some electrical issues while passing through Rockford, IL. Called several RV dealers in the area and were told they were all booked up for the next month. No one could help us. Patrick at Camping World said they were all booked up as well, but that he would do everything he could to fit us in and get us back on the road. Just a day later the issues were fixed and we were good to go. We very much appreciated them taking us in during such a busy time of year. Thank you Camping World, you guys are the best! read more

We purchased a third air conditioner from another branch in Florida. The unit was installed in the fall when camping season was over. The temperatures were cool and didn't use the air conditioner until the following summer. The first time we turned it on the unit would not blow cold air. Since the unit is in the garage of our toy hauler it really wasn't a big deal. I called camping world and they told me to bring it in at the end of the season and they would look at it. The pandemic hit and shut down all camping for over a year. We took our toy hauler in for winterization and they told us it was too cold outside to address the air conditioner problem. Knowing we needed to get this fixed, we changed our plans this past year and took the unit in for service. It was hot out so they were able to see the unit not working. Camping world called and said its all fixed so we went in to pick it up. The service advisor told us that the unit was installed incorrectly and proceeded to write it down on the service contract paperwork. Here is the issue, they handed me a bill for $375 for the repair and said its not covered under the factory warranty. My reply is why would it???? It was installed incorrectly from the start. After arguing for over an hour and the threat they would not release our unit, I had to pay the bill. We take our toy hauler all over and spend about 3 months a year traveling, we spend thousands of dollars a year at camping world and to be treated like this is ridiculous! Camping World is the worst place on earth to get service, even if you would settle for crappy service, you wont even get that. We are done with Camping world and wouldn't even buy a roll of toilet paper from them! We are switching to Lazy Days or independent service people. Hey Camping World.......NOT one cent more form us! read more

I started to look for an Rv in December 2019. We have had 2 class A Diesel Pushers, but sold our last one to buy a home. After a year traveling without an Rv, we felt it was prudent to purchase another one due to the cost of eating out, traveling with two Morkies and staying at hotels. We thought about a travel trailer, but after spending a lot of time working with Keith we ended up going the Fifth Wheel route. We settled on a 2020 North Point 383FKWS. When we went to take delivery it did not have the equipment advertised by Jayco (Specifically JayCommand). Camping World of ROSCOE, IL. went to bat for us with Jayco. Jayco was not taking any responsibility for the misrepresentation of the unit and was unwilling to correct the situation. Camping World handled the situation professionally and mitigated with Jayco. When it was all said and done, Jayco built another unit with the specs as advertised and agreed upon, and we took delivery a few days ago. It was a long process not due to Camping World of Roscoe but due to Jayco not accepting reprehensibility of improperly advertising their unit. Not a fan of Jayco customer service, but Camping World of Roscoe took the time to first find me the right RV and then mitigate a bad situation with Jayco. I give Camping World of Roscoe a 5 star, but after dealing with many Camping Worlds they are not all the same. For example, I would give Camping World of Chicago a 1 star. Don't judge Camping World as a whole but judge each one as a separate entity. You will be surprised! Thank you Keith, Zach, Josh and Cody and the whole (sales, finance and service team). Hats off to your effort. This was a learning curve for everyone. I will be back to purchase a pop-up and my yearly inspection. read more

Do not trust these people. You cannot believe anything they say. We were just victims of bait-and-switch. My husband drove 13 hours with a Down syndrome daughter only to get there and they tell us that that wasn't the correct price online that it was 20 more thousand than it really was. If I could give zero rating for them I would I definitely would not trust these people to do any business with. Completely untrustworthy and reputable It's a shame that they can get away with doing this. We've reported them to the Better Business Bureau. Just now also filed a report with the Federal Trade Commission and they are going to investigate these people., looks like from other post it's long overdue. they manaager called back and gave the excuse that there is a disclaimer at the bottom of their page. i guess they think they can have free license to swindle people because they have a disclaimer saying their listing might have errors read more
