Bean and cheese burrito with chips and salsa and horchata
    Ben L.

I used to come here as a teenager and the bean and cheese burrito tastes exactly the same as it did 25 years ago. I find the price a bit steep but it was worth it. I love that you get free chips and salsa and the salsas were very good everything tasted homemade.

First time here and overall was very good and my order came out correct double rice no beans carne asada plate. I tried almost all of the 6 salsas at the bar and the heat factor labels were spot on - Bravo ! Only negative : the side of chips that came with my $ 17 meal was way too small !

Im a Campos freak been going there all my life the service was excellent always friendly with a smile so I haven't tried there nachos in a while it was different by the time I got home it was soggy due to the fact they put some sauce on the chips so they were soft I know.how to order my nachos next time everything is always good especially the guacamole omg. The chicken tacos enchiladas all good. Always nice and clean

Dinner at Campos! Dee-licious! Turkey enchilada with beans and rice and an order of nachos. Clean, friendly restaurant. HIGHER RECOMMEND!

From the outside, this place doesn't look like much. Inside, it's very simply decorated and clean. Can't really ask for much more. After trying the food here, it's a hidden gem worth going to. The lady who took my order was super nice and made sure I had everything I needed for my to go order. Menus were a little hard to see, especially the breakfast menu was hidden in the corner. I've added pictures so people know what to order before coming here. We ordered: 1. Breakfast burrito chorizo and egg - I was kind of surprised it didn't have potatoes or rice and beans. Honestly, after trying it, you don't need anything else. This hits the spot. 2. El Panzon Burrito - This is one of their specialties and is a wet burrito. I ordered it with carne asada and no lettuce and tomatoes. A burrito with lettuce and sliced tomatoes, I think, is an abomination and an insult to the burrito. 3. Nacho dip with meat - ordered carne asada with no beans. Sometimes, most places put so much beans that it takes away from everything else. Tasty and the chips were fresh. 4. Flautas w/ guacamole and sour cream - Crunchy and super flavorful. Highly recommend this place and can't wait to go back.

Found this local family fast food restaurant. Lots of choices on their menu. the food was really flavorful. Very friendly employees. My cheese enchilada was one of the best I've ever had.

The food is very mediocre. Taste like it was made straight from the microwave. Doesn't taste fresh at all.

We arrived early before they opened for lunch so we waited at a table outside. Since they opened a few minutes late, we were not sure about the employee situation so once inside, we chose to sit at the bar since we were the only ones at the restaurant. The bartender pleasantly greeted us and asked for our drink order. I went traditional with a skinny margarita and my husband had a screwdriver which pairs very well with Mexican food. The kitchen was just getting started so we waited a few minutes to order. The menu had so many great choices, we were excited to order our food. I went with the Shrimp Ceviche which was so fresh and delicious. I loved that there was so much shrimp and not a lot of onions and peppers filling the bowl. The fried crunch tortilla was also great for scooping the ceviche. My husband is more of a burrito naturalist so his chicken stuffed burrito was great. It had all the fresh ingredients neatly wrapped tight for easy eating. The service was very good and the restaurant did get quite crowded shortly after opening. I also enjoyed their homemade hot sauce that was just spicy enough when mixed into the complimentary mild salsa that came with the complimentary chips. I would definitely return to check out the other menu items.

From the moment we arrived, Sandro and Fernando, the hosts and owners, greeted us with warmth and genuine hospitality that set the perfect tone for the evening. The ambiance is vibrant yet comfortable--ideal for a celebratory gathering. Service stood out as much as the food. Sandro and Fernando went above and beyond to ensure every detail was just right, checking in with our group, accommodating dietary preferences, and offering thoughtful recommendations that enhanced the experience. The menu offered a wonderful balance of flavors, with dishes that were beautifully presented and crafted with high-quality ingredients. Each course arrived at a perfect pace, allowing us to savor the evening without feeling rushed. The staff's attentive but unobtrusive service contributed to a relaxed, joyful atmosphere that our group will remember for years to come. A special shout-out to the chefs for delivering standout plates--creative, well-executed, and clearly made with passion. The wine and beverage pairings complemented the meal perfectly, adding an extra layer of celebration to the night. If you're planning a group event or a special occasion in Santa Monica, Casa Martin is a stellar choice. The team, especially Sandro and Fernando, will make sure your celebration feels personal, festive, and absolutely unforgettable. Would highly recommend and we're already looking forward to returning soon.

Our waitress was friendly, but throughout our visit we felt rushed to finish our food because the restaurant had a reservation coming in. I completely understand that restaurants need to accommodate reservations, but it would have been helpful if they had informed us before seating us. We would have been happy to find another place where we could relax and enjoy the game without feeling pressured to leave. Unfortunately, the food did not make up for the experience. The salsa served with the chips was not good at all, and overall the meal was disappointing. While the service was polite, the combination of average food and feeling rushed made for a less enjoyable visit than we had hoped.

Came here on a Saturday afternoon and even without a reservation, they were able to seat us right away. Definitely 5 stars for service and not being rude, but friendly and attentive even at a busy time (World Cup was on tv!). I heard alllll about the happy hour specials so I was stoked when we were able to get the best outdoor seating and the happy hour was going on until 7pm he said. So naturally, ordered a bunch of things to try. Unfortunately, that was a solid 3 stars for me. It was just fine. I was actually bummed because I was so excited to try the menu items. They were okay. Ordered sliders (kinda dry and without flavor), Parmesan fries (seasoning was there but not very flavorful and the sauce was bland, the krab rangoons resembled egg rolls (that was new!) and fish tacos were meh. My friend ordered the chicken and it came with fries (the dish not happy hour selection) and that looks more substantial but maybe not worth $32. The drink was sweet (pink lady). Outdoor vibes were cool and def a great spot at the end of 3rd street but probably wouldn't come here for the food. Again, indoor (big tv!!) and outdoor set up was awesome, but food is just okay. Great for large groups but make a reservation!
