We have made Campus Body Salon our go to for body repairs. I have used them in the past for other repairs with excellent results. I recently had an incident where something fell off a truck and hit my car. Our camera system was damaged along with some other body issues. Shawn worked with our insurance (which was being difficult about what they wanted to cover). Shawn went over and above to provide the insurance company with detailed information to prove that this work NEEDED to be done to make our care whole and safe. I don't know if they're more incompetent or dishonest - you decide: Took the car in after a collision and after a week or two they said it's ready, come pick it up. Before taking it, we went to examine it, only to find out that the seatbelt was still broken, unable to retract, and there was still an error message on the dashboard. When we asked why they hadn't fixed these issues, they said that a lot of people drive around with these problems and they just assumed we had had them before the accident. What???? Next they submitted a supplement to our insurance company and fixed some of the items. A certain sensor was not available, and they said they couldn't install the new seatbelt without that sensor. We were the ones who kept following up about the sensor for A YEAR AND A HALF! Only to find out they had "closed" our case the month after they received the supplement money - even though they had never completed the work. When we told them we'll take our car elsewhere to have the work done, they said they'll install the seatbelt they'd had sitting around for a year and a half - yes, the one they couldn't install without the sensor. We just took the seatbelt and finally got the work done somewhere else. Horrible terrible shop. read more

I had a small dent on the side of my car and my insurance told me to come to this place to get an estimate of how much it'd be and that they emailed this place. I go in and the guy immediately is short and disrespectful. I am new to this insurance and I told him exactly what insurance told me to do and I explained that I was unsure of the situation and what to do. He said he has no idea what i'm taking about, no idea who the person from my insurance is, and that he can't help me. Throughout this he slowly is raising his voice at me. Bought my Audi SUV in for a minor rear bumper scratch. They were accommodating in getting it done before I had to leave the state for work. They send text updates often and according to texts, job was scheduled to be done on time. 30 min after text, got a call saying it won't be done for another 3 days. When car was done and driving home, a light default alarm came on. Took back to Campus and they ran diagnostics. Rear tail and brake lights not working on hatch back. Charlie proceeded to tell me, that wiring I had installed 6 months ago for towing was wired completely wrong and that it caused my taillights to short out. Took the car to Audi dealership where they found the problem in 30 min (and a $175 service fee!). The technician video showed that 2 connections in the rear bumper were never reconnected giving the default alarm. Bumper was removed for repair at Campus. Took Audi bill and video back to Charlie. After some rather colorful words, he claimed that they wouldn't have disconnected the wiring and in his words, "I'm sick of dealing with Dealerships. They don't know what they are doing!". Ummm, the dealerships that found the mistake in minutes? They eventually refunded the Audi fee. Unfortunately, hadn't had the chance to drive the car much before taking to Dealership. It now makes a loud humming noise while driving. Almost like some insulation was not replaced. That will be another battle at another time. It was just a minor scratch and dent! My car is no longer the same after Campus Salon! read more

Leo is a real pro that understands how the system works. He introduced me to Todd who handled all the communications with the insurance company. A tour of the immaculate shop gave me all the comfort I needed to leave my car with Campus. I was introduced to a gray haired bloke named Cheek or maybe his name was Chuck. His name must be Chuck. He'd never live long enough to get gray hair if his name was Cheek. I prefer my doctors, airline pilots and body men to all have gray hair. This bloke has a toolbox full of specialty tools, old school tools. He's tapping and tapping on a Porsche fender. I saw the artistic side of Chuck and knew this was my kind of place. Let me start by saying no company is perfect however I found this particular company to be reckless and misleading. To make a 2 month & 2-week ordeal short. After paying over $11,000.00 my vehicle was returned to me in an unsafe condition. Of course, I expressed my concern in a very calm and polite manner only to be told I need to pay more for further repairs. Due to their incompetence, I towed my car elsewhere to double-check and fix their claimed repairs. My concern is that they had no regard for the fact people like myself transport my children in that vehicle and to return it and make light of the mistakes they made and we're unable to rectify is truly unacceptable.
