I was rear ended , the vehicle behind me , hit the back of my Accord so hard , going around 40 miles a hour , my Accord was knocked into the back end of the car in front of me , I was trapped between two cars , it all happened so quick , my head was spinning , I was in shock ! I was just leaving Auto Nation Honda , after getting a oil / filter change , everything was great on that day , until the collision , police showed up , report was filed , tow truck showed up , my Accord was towed off some where ! As my friend Julie was driving me home, the tow truck driver called me (I think now it was a racket and the two of them -tow driver and Tony work together ) , telling me of a place called Body Pro's Collision, 1508 W. Scott Ave , so I fell for it , hook , line ,and sinker when I got there I met Tony the manager , my insurance company USAA , considered my vehicle a total loss ! As I was going to move on to round 2 with the insurance company of the vehicle who rear ended me GIECO , I could clearly see Tony of Body Pro's collision was NOT gonna fight insurance decision of total loss and could care less about the importance of my ACCORD , the fact that it was fully paid off as well as how much it means to me meant nothing to him ! I was the owner of a 2008 HONDA ACCORD with only 28,000 miles on it , engine like brand new , THANK GOD I called Leo Petruzzella , at Campus Auto Salon , Manager Leo had my car towed away from Tonys -Hell Hole of a collision shop - to Campus same day ! The "Difference " was Leo Petruzzella" cared" and was willing to fight the insurance company , declaring it was NOT a total loss and fixable , and what do you know , GIECO fixed all , I got my 2008 HONDA ACCORD back ,28,000 miles left to go , and like brand new , front & back , all repaired ! THANK GOD for Leo Petruzzella and Steve who was just like Leo fighting for me all the way until my Accord was completely repaired !!!! read more

I have used Campus Body Salon on a few different occasions. Most recently, by husband was rear-ended in our F250 and the person that hit him left the seen. I reported the claim with our insurance company and they recommended other auto body shops to take the truck to. I knew I wanted to use Campus because of the work they provided on our other vehicles. I called and spoke with Shawn who is the GM and he worked with us from the beginning to the end. He was wonderful! The other day, I realized our hitch for our trailer did not fit in the new receiver that was installed on the truck. I took the truck back to Campus and Shawn took the time to go with me to get the correct adapter for our hitch and welded it for us so we can pull our trailer up north this weekend. I would give Campus Body Salon a five star rating. I took my car there to have my bumper fixed. Leo greeted me when I walked in the door. He did an estimate for me and I sent it to my insurance. My insurance approved them. I set up an appointment to take my car in. Leo gave me a ride to Enterprise car rental to pick up a rental because it didn't want me to have to wait for them to pick me up because they were busy. Once they started to work on my car they found additional damage. Todd called my insurance company . Todd called me throughout the entire time my car was there to tell me how the work was coming along. I never had to call them (like I have had to do in the past with other repair shops). My car was fixed when they said it would be. One of my headlights was getting a dirty look to it. They cleaned it up for me so that both headlights look brand new. read more

I moved to Arizona about a month and a half ago. My car had been in an accident and was in need of repair. Campus Body had been recommended to me. I took my car in to determine the damage that had been done and I received an estimate. I called to see if I could bring my car in for the repairs. They told me it would be about a week before they could start to work on the car. This was great so that I didn't need to rent a car for a prolonged period of time. Once I brought my car in, they would contact me often to give me a progress report. When the work was finished I can honestly say I was 100% satisfied. Was i was in an accident a few weeks back, USAA referred them as an authorized shop. The process was smooth where they were in contact with my insurance and when I dropped of my car they had called the rental company who picked me up from their site minutes afterwards. I was well informed, they called when they told me they were go to follow up with me. The repairs were done exceptionally well, my car was washed and cleaned and ready for me to pick up the min they told me it was ready. Def would recommend this shop, very professional and timely. Yeah, they do deserve 5 stars; they're the only body & paint shop that does the job right, and will even be open to showing you their progress with the work. Their employees seem to actually care about the quality, they don't cut corners, and the results have been even better than I could have imagined. My 8 year old vehicle looked like it had just come out of a new car lot. I've brought two cars to them so far, and I will continue to use them for anything related to paint jobs or collision repairs. Great experience. Left my vehicle better than when they found it...which although is the point, the interior looked like it was detailed. Completely unnecessary, but the extra step was a lovely surprise and made the whole experience that much better. Additionally, Todd, the individual that was responsible for my vehicle was very professional and patient as I was not always available for his check ins, follow ups and status updates of which he was very thorough. They clearly set expectations up front re: approximate time car would be in the shop based on type of work to be done following the accident, lead times for parts, etc. Todd called me twice a week with status updates which was very helpful for aligning with my family on expectations and also demonstatrated how effectively and efficiently the shop was run. Leo Petruzzella at Campus Body Salon repaired my 1995 Mercedes Benz E320 Cabriolet last week. I took it to Leo's shop because I know them to be extremely professional and competent. I had been to this shop once in 2005 and their work then was outstanding, so I came back when I found out someone had bumped me and dislodged the bumper from the clip assemblies. I had a great experience with Campus Body shop. Well I mean as great as you can after a rear end collision. Todd was very calm collected and confident. He briefed me on repairs and took it from there. When I got my truck back there was no evidence it had been hit at a dead stop at over 35mph. I traveled 26 miles each direction to take my vehicle to Campus Body Salon, and the quality of work they did made the distance well worth it!
