My daughters car was hit by a taxi. Charlie was so helpful and great to work with. Especially with my daughter being a student and me being in IL. He kept me informed and was very patient with us. Thanks Charlie and Campus Body Salon! read more

We've been taking our cars here over the course of last 5-6 years. Family owned business, with very friendly staff. With the latest car repair, they walked me through all steps, the waiting period for insurance agent to get through the due diligence - set realistic expectations when our vehicle was going to be ready for pick up. I needed a ride to a rental car place that was little further away, and gentleman from the office was happy to give me a lift. We refer our friends and family to this auto body shop, we have been very happy with their service. read more

Campus Body Salon took my car in during a very busy time for them. I worked with Todd, who was always courteous, informative, and understanding. Their work appears looks good and the car feels that it is running smoothly. I want to thank Todd and the rest of the employees at Campus Body Salon for their impeccable customer service, their hard work, and getting my car back to me so easily. I appreciate all of the steps you've taken to make this a seamless situation! read more

The bumper on my 2017 m240i was damaged by a transport company and then ripped off during a subsequent flood. Todd and Leo were incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the process both in terms of status updates with the car and with insurance interactions. Car looked like new after it was repaired. Highly recommend this shop. read more

Had my Kia Soul done a couple weeks ago after I rear-ended a much bigger car then me, but Campus Body Salon made sure it looks like it never happened! So happy I picked them and now I can see why my insurance says a lot of their customers are happy with them! read more

This was the first time I've had work done on my car and they helped the process go as quick and smoothly as possible. Plus enterprise is right down the street so makes getting a rental very convenient. Pleasant and efficient workers. Will definitely be back - but I hope not to be ;) read more

I bought a slightly used Nissan Xterra with 50,000 miles on it. It was pretty clean but had a handful of scratches in the paint. The scratches bothered my OCD. I spoke with three different body shops to get the paint looking like new. Of all three, Aaron at Campus Body Salon understood quickly what I was after. He came up with a plan that fit my budget. My budget was to make it look sweet without spending a fortune. They repainted a few panels complete with blend work, did some color sanding, paint less dent repair and some minor touch up in other areas. They also installed a new grill. They did all of this for what I thought was more than reasonable. I dropped it off on a Friday and it was ready the following Friday. As a surprise, they shampooed a stain out of my passenger front seat. Something I had barely mentioned and thought I would have to take to an upholstery shop. They did it as a courtesy. My Xterra seriously looks like new. Thanks for the great service! read more

I have been using Campus Body Salon for years. Most recently this past March. Todd is awesome. He is friendly knowledgeable and he took excellent care of me. He kept me updated through the entire process. My car was finished as promised and returned to me in like new condition. There might be other body shops closer, but I would rather drive the distance for the service and quality of work. I would definitely recommend Campus Body Salon to family and friends. Thank you Campus Body Salon. read more

I made an account specifically so I could give these guys 5 stars. Got me right in, incredible customer service. They were all, specially Nate who helped me, so sweet and nice. Really helped me out and you could tell that they truly care about their customers. Fair charges, and they did a really great job. I will now recommend this place to anyone who needs auto work done. I won't go anywhere else. Great people and great work read more

My 2015 Honda CRV was rear ended as I sat still. Damages in excess of $9,000. Campus Body Salon did a fabulous job. From the moment of the first encounter I was treated with dignity and respect. Luke showed so much kindness and empathy. The repair was completed quickly and to my satisfaction. (And I am picky) my car looks like new. During the process I was continually kept in the loop with progress reports. This gave me peace of mind and a general feeling of confidence. Hopefully I will never need their services again, but if I do, I will go back. read more

These guys do excellent work. I recently got side-swiped by some jackass on the street so I called my insurance company and they referred me to Campus Body Salon. It was close to my work and approved by my insurance company. I dealt with Todd Elliott and he was great to deal with -- very friendly and caring. I dropped my car off before a out-of-state trip and got back to find my car all done and ready for pick up. My car looked perfect like it had never been hit at all. If you need bodywork for your car definitely check out Campus Body Salon. They do an excellent job and are a pleasure to deal with! read more

These guys are awesome! Quick and perfect! They're very friendly and professional. They do perfect work, and go above and beyond. They really took care of it all for us, communication with our insurance company and everything. They caught other important damage from our accident that our insurance company didn't find, and got it covered for us. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family. We feel very secure that our vehicle has been repaired properly. It was a very pleasant experience! read more

We always receive excellent service and results when we go to Campus Body Salon. Unfortunately we take multiple cars to Campus because evidently my family is still learning to drive. They make the necessary repairs to bring out vehicle as close to original as possible. Insurance companies have tried to get away with not doing everything right and Campus always has our back. The vehicle is repaired the right way and I couldn't be more pleased. I would recommend them for your repair needs. read more

I was expecting my car to be repaired and painted (which they did a very good job doing). What I did not expect was how clean my car was. I have not seen my car that clean since the day I got it. It was so shiny and it looked brand new. When I took it in, it was kinda messy and when I got it back it was clean and vacuumed. read more

I don't trust anyone else to help me with my car other than Campus Body Salon. I once got in a wreck, totaling my car and didn't know what to do with a totaled car. It was towed to Campus Body Salon and they helped me out tremendously!!! Again, I was in a second wreck, this time a fender bender and their work was flawless. In addition, they went FAR above and beyond. Thank you Campus Auto Body! read more

Highly recommend this place. This is from someone who lost their vehicle in a no fault accident. From the minute I talked to Aaron on the phone he was awesome. He walked me through his process and always listened to my questions and concerns. I am sure he has had the same questions thousands of times, yet he didn't once talk down to me or roll his eyes. Aaron walked me through dealing with Allstate(at fault partys' insurer) to get things done fast. Allstate didn't call me once and they accepted liability. Aaron on the other hand, I heard from 3 times. Even though my vehicle ended up being totalled and I couldn't get work done on my car, I will be back if the unfortunate need arises. read more

I had Campus Body Salon complete two separate repairs on my vehicle. I had been vandalized and I took my vehicle to another shop who I heard did good work. That shop botched my paint job and I was not satisfied. I had another incident where a rock struck my hood and I was referred to Campus Body Salon. They did an OUTSTANDING job repairing my hood and the paint job was flawless. When I picked up the vehicle I asked them about the repairs from the other shop and they pointed out several problems with the job that was done. They recommended I have the original shop who did the repairs fix the work. I promptly went back to the other shop and they completed a rework for free. The problem was they did another horrible job. After picking the vehicle up I had Leo at Campus Body Salon look at the work. He once again pointed out multiple problems with the job that included not removing door hardware, poor taping off and pealing clear coat, fisheyes in paint, chips in paint. At this time I contacted my insurance company who authorized Campus to do the re-rework and have the other shop pay for it. I am so happy with the way it turned out. The paint job looks better than factory, and they even had to blend the rear factory door so it would look as nice as the re-work they did. If you or anyone you know is need of any kind of collision or paint work I HIGHLY recommend you contact Leo at Campus Body Salon. His team of professionals offered me the highest level of customer service with top notch quality work backing it. read more

I stopped by this shop today for an estimate on my 2013 Honda Accord. This place is amazing and the guys were all very friendly and did a great job taking care of my taillight and bumper alignment on the spot. It looks as good as new. I enjoyed my time conversing with Todd and Aaron while waiting. I will definitely recommend Campus Body Salon to everyone I know. Old style service with a smile. read more
