In those 12 years they have grown their staff as well as the various specialties and services they are able to provide for cars and their customers. And through all the times I've used their services over those 12 years, they have remained genuinely good people, great to work with, true to their estimates, and a fair price for what needs to be done. I love the fact that I can rest assured that when the insurance company tries to undercut the process by pushing for cheaper parts so that they don't have to pay as much, the team at Vision Collision goes to bat for their customers to do the job right and get the right parts. I was recommended to stop by Vision earlier this summer as all of a sudden one weekend my car started making some scary noises. It ended up being diagnosed as my front brakes needing to be replaced from what I tried to describe to an employee. I reached out to them via facebook because I work during the day and can't really pick up the phone. Angela was the one with whom I corresponded with and she was quite pleasant to work with! Lucky me, the day she offered to stay until their closing at 5p to look at my car, we had a horrible monsoon which added time to my drive down there. From the Monday diagnosis we were able to schedule a day that same week for me to drop my car off before their business hours, so the brakes could be replaced during the work day (due to my work schedule). She gave me a cost estimate ahead time based on a few different brands of calipers plus labor so I had some options. All in all I spent waaaay less than what I know I would've been charged at a dealership or some local shops with multiple locations. My sister recommended Vision Collision after she picked up her BMW which was rear-ended. Since I rely on word of mouth recommendations, I decided to take my car to them after I wrecked it. Angela and Michelle are very helpful. Not only are they friendly, they go out of their way to address concerns and answer questions. When I picked up my car, it looked brand new. Impressive and impeccable work! They also corrected an unsightly blemish on the hood of my car without charging me. I took my other car to Vision Collision to repair the wheels I scratched. They buffed out the wheels and they look new! As an added bonus, one of the owners came to my house to look at the wheels to determine if they could be fixed. Who does that? My husband and I greatly appreciated Todd coming to our house. Vision Collision is a company that takes customer service very seriously. The office staff is amazing; the techs are talented and thorough. They also take serious measures to disinfect the cars before and after the technicians do any work. AVOID THIS COMPANY, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. I was involved in a rear end hit and run collision and was referred to Vision Collision by an Arizona automotive group called AZ AMG. Vision Collision had started the repairs on my vehicle in January 2021. It is now June 2021 and my vehicle is STILL not fully repaired to the condition it was in prior to the accident. To start, I've had nothing but problems with this company and I wish I had never taken my vehicle there. They will present themselves as a great, knowledgeable and friendly company but when you discover the mistakes they created they will do whatever they can to not take responsibility for the terrible job they completed. Not only did Vision Collision paint the wrong parts on my vehicle, they also got overspray on my entire rear end of the vehicle. They also do not understand how to get a bumper to properly fit. Their argument was  "it will never look like the factory fitment again because it was in an accident." Steer clear. Within a couple of weeks of receiving the vehicle back, I noticed the vehicle was not running properly and something didn't feel right driving it. I had taken it to a local shop and they had noticed the rear wiring harness had fallen onto the exhaust system. Come to find out, Vision Collision did not route the wiring harness properly, causing it to fall onto the exhaust. After this had happened, the vehicle had to be sent to a local Mercedes Benz dealership to get the wiring replaced. After getting the wiring replaced, I noticed there were broken tabs connecting the rear bumper to the body of the vehicle. I had brought what I found to both parties' attention and neither one would admit they were at fault for breaking the tabs. Neither party had proof or pictures to prove and they both were not willing to help me fix this issue. read more

Don't get your estimate in a parking lot as I did. Brighton Ranch had gone out of business and my car had been left in their parking lot. Vision Collision assured me that they would repair the car as Amica Insurance estimate showed. This was to include detailing. VC did no detailing and left the exterior as well as the interior still scratched and paint dinged. Interior dirty. To add insult to injury, Amica paid VC $1400 additional for extra work which VC never showed me, AND VC had the necessary extra paint to do the little additional detailing. This is only my second time needing an auto body shop. The first I had used based on recommendations of my insurance. My experience was...not good. This time, I called my favorite mechanic shop, Desert Car Care, and asked for a recommendation. They fell all over themselves to recommend Vision Collision. So pleased with the service. They were very communicative about all the steps of diagnosis and repair. They were very helpful with insurance (who were sometimes really hard to get hold of in quarantine), and rental car logistics. I was also able to pay online, which was really helpful too. I had a terrible experience with Todd and Vision Collision. My car was vandalized so I looked for a local repair shop to give business to and found them on Craigslist. Pics of the work looked great so I decided to head down to see what they could do. Todd was about to close up shop but looked over my car seeing that 8 panels would need to be repaired and repainted. I told him it had a dent in the one door that would need to be removed along with dings along the body line, since all 4 doors, fenders and quarters needed to be fixed and repainted. I wanted the whole car repainted since 8 panels had to be done anyway and I believed we had agreed upon that. I also asked for him to work with me on my deductible and he said no problem with that or doing the work. It was all yes-yes and no problem. I signed the paperwork and now it was up to him and the insurance company. I get a call saying the car is being sanded and prepped at the moment and it gets brought up about the 8 panels being repainted and not the whole care. I am a bit taken back by this because I thought we agreed on doing the whole car but chalk it up as miscommunication. If it was not already being worked on I would have picked my car up from them and took it somewhere else. I get a call to pick up my car, he has had it for a week and half so plenty of time to do a great job right? WRONG! I get there and all the door dings are still there, the key mark on the one fender is still visible, paint hazing on the one door and the other fender. I point these things out and he says I have a good eye, no shit I wanted my car right and you were paid $2000 from my insurance company for shoddy work. Basically my car was not repaired to my satisfaction nor to what was written on the estimate for the insurance company and way less what we agreed upon. He did fix the dent on the one door but the door dings are still there along with a key mark on the fender. The body guy must not have a good eye at all missing all of that and to not repair each panel and get rid of some small dings chalking it up that it is more labor cost for you when I 100% certainly pointed out the dings specifically saying they needed to be fixed and they were not. Regardless of it all the work was not done to my satisfaction and damage was painted over. You can buff out the hazing certainly but you cannot buff out painting over a chip in the paint which should have been sanded down properly nor the key mark which was painted over. I recommend you get it in writing if you make an agreement with Todd or record the conversation because he will over promise and under deliver. He did some of what he wrote up on the estimate but clearly could see I was unhappy. Word of mouth and reviews like these make and break businesses. I will do a HD video walk around and post the link showing the issues I had from my car that was picked up just a few days ago. Totally unacceptable for getting $2000 to repaint 8 panels and not repair them properly, I could have went to nearly any shop and they would have got the handful of dings out and repainted the car for that kind of money. Then telling me its a 14 year old car and not sure what I am expecting. Regardless of the vehicle the work should be done right, my car is a 2 ton business card with over spray on the trim and windows still too! When I worked in my fathers shop we went the distance and would never repaint and panel and leave door dings in it or key marks. A couple extra hours of time to make it right because it represents us when it leaves the shop and getting all the over spray off trim and windows because it is not the customers problem to deal with nor hazing of the paint which you can see across the parking lot. Good eye he says, I say open your damn eyes! Stay away from this business, you could go to Maaco and they will happily paint over damaged panels. Vision does not go the extra mile or the miles they agree to and are paid well for. read more

Vision collision is the most honest and competent body shop I have ever used. They did an amazing job fixing the broken passenger door handle on my 2005 Hyundai Tiburon GT. The owner was kind enough to research the proper parts at the lowest possible price to help us keep the cost down. We were treated extremely courteously by everyone we encountered there from the mechanics to the owner. It was obvious that this company really does care about their customers. We have since moved to an outlying area of Phoenix, but will definitely return should the Tiburon need more work. We definitely recommend them! read more

I can't thank Todd enough for his awesome work. He went over and above to fix another shop's poor work on my Mustang. I was referred to him by a mechanic shop I trust, and they said it is THE shop they refer customers to... when I stopped in on a Friday afternoon, I was simply looking for an opinion on whether I should go back to the shop in CA where I had my car fixed after I was the victim in a hit and run.... my trunk was "fixed" by the other shop but it still wasn't closing all the way. Todd didn't just give me his honest assessment, but stepped out of the office in 111° heat and toyed with my trunk HIMSELF to get it to shut properly! It took him about 45 minutes as he was such a perfectionist and wanted to get fix the other shop's work as best as he could - even though it wasn't his responsibility. On top of it all, he wouldn't accept any payment for it. What a great business! He had me on my way in no time! There aren't many businesses like this one anymore! It's only been a couple weeks since I stopped in, and I've been telling everyone I meet to go to Todd the next time they need body work done! Vision Collision has to be the best body shop in the valley. The staff and owner go above and beyond to get your vehicle back to 100% as quickly as possible. I took my vehicle here after an accident, and was shocked at how amazing the staff was. Typically you don't find trustworthy people in the auto industry, but that is the furthest thing from the truth for this business. One of the woman working there actually did a lot of dealing with the insurance company of the guy that hit me for me and gave me advice on what to do in order to get the proper payout for my totaled vehicle because I had never been in an accident, let alone had a car totaled out. She went above and beyond to provide the best possible service in my time of need. On top of that, the owner actually gave me a ride to a friends house that was about 40 mins away because they were so concerned about me trying to drive my vehicle since I had no other options at that point. I feel like in today's world that is extremely rare to find. If you ever need any body work done to your vehicle Vision Collision is hands down the best place to take your vehicle! Used this shop to repair a bumper and a small door ding on the passenger side door. Not only was the price good, they went above and beyond and washed and vacuumed my car before returning it. My car was recently hit while parked causing some damage to the front driver side wheel well and making it impossible to drive. Without knowing where to go (but not wanting to trust the shops used by the other guy's insurance company) I was suggested to try Vision Collision. I could not have made a better choice. The staff was super helpful and friendly, going above and beyond their jobs to help get me into a rental car (when the insurance company directed me to a Enterprise which had no cars to let) and even repairing a faulty window I had been living with for the past year for less than I was quoted! Vision Collision more than made up for the frustration of being without my car for a short week's time, delivering back a vehicle that hasn't looked so good since I first drove it off the sales lot.
