I don't write too many reviews, but in this case I had to. Over a year ago I had work done to my truck at the Prescott Caliber collision center, then after I had a minor electrical issue which got taken care of here at the Flagstaff location and it took all of 5 minutes. Fast forward over a year later, I discovered my plugin for my 5th wheel hitch wasn't working, so I called them up and made an appointment and it took all of ten minutes to reconnect a bad wire connection.. I just want to say how asome an experience I've had at both locations all the time. I want to thank Dakota for taking care of my electrical problem after all this time. Caliber Collision has been absolutely incredible! My insurance handled the technical stuff, but the customer service from Caliber has been the best I've ever experienced at any collision center. Roque has been such a delight to work with. He's incredibly friendly, and knowledgeable. He explains the repairs and process in a way non-car folks can understand. I really appreciate that. I also appreciate how they strive to keep your car as original as possible if they are able to. That means a lot to me. They are fair, and honest. The text tracker is great too, because it keeps you informed on the status of your vehicle. You can opt out if you choose. My car looks incredible, I can tell they took great care of it and gave it a wash afterwards which was awesome. Thank you so much Caliber Collision. Do NOT go here if you are a woman. 28 year old employee named Joe persistently follows women around after he works on their car. Shows up at customers work once he knows what their car looks like and their name. Very weird behavior and he needs to see consequences of some sort. No complaints about service but it is NEVER okay to stalk someone once you have all of their information from your place of work. I hope that this is against Caliber Collision values and not something they allow. This is taking customer service entirely too far. Especially scary considering he seems to be the General Manager. read more

I just bought my dream car (WRX) to mod and make my own two months ago. I was devastated when I was involved in a hit and run , leaving my back end absolutely ruined. During the initial appointment, I had brought up to Joe (My technician) that I personally installed a third break light that took me hours to install. I was nervous that I would lose that during repairs. Joe told me "Don't sweat it, I got you!". My expectations were absolutely exceeded!!! Not only did they do a phenomenal job with the basic repairs, Joe went above and beyond making my F1 break light and plug and play. He also called me (knowing I was wanting to mod my car) if I wanted the back badges reapplied or to stay off. My husband told him "keep the badges off please!" (I was so relieved cause I wanted to rebadge my wrx but it's such a pain to take the OEM ones off). I am so grateful I took my car here for its repairs!! 10/10 recommend!!! read more

We had a bad couple of days, and one of the issues we had was that we dented our tailgate unhooking from the 5th Wheel. I called Caliber and talked to Dakota. He was very helpful, and offered some suggestions. We tried and tried to take the tailgate off, but we were not successful. This morning we drove over to Caliber, and Dakota came out to look at the tailgate. He pushed it, squeezed the handle, and that darn tailgate opened right up for him. He then helped us take it off. My passenger door was crushed by an RV (no injuries) and this is the second time this particular shop has been used for this particular car (also used it back when it was CARSTAR Flagstaff). The entire car is back to normal, I'm back on the road, and they even recalibrated my mirror camera! I am REALLY hoping I don't need to use them in the future, after all who wants to get into an accident? But if I do, at least we know who to call. They completed the service within a week which was a much smaller timeline than they initially provided, and they worked with my insurance to make it as seamless as possible. The team was also incredibly professional and the lead on the project, also named Kevin, kept me informed as progress was being made on the vehicle repairs, cleaning, and washing. I was lucky enough to have a pleasure of meeting the people at caliber flagstaff and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone needing to get there vehicle repaired. They worked with me every step of the way and were very transparent and communicative regarding pricing and timing. It's refreshing to work with good people who genuinely want to help and aren't just after your wallet. Their costumer service is elite. I brought my vehicle in for body damage with the previous business at that location. The job could not be completed as a wrong part was ordered and the vehicle wouldn't be back in the area for a few months. The manager at the time ordered the correct part and assured me the work would be taken care of as soon as my vehicle was back in town. Fast forward a few months. I try to contact "Carstar", only to discover they were no longer in business. "Caliber Collision" answered the phone. I explained my situation, expecting they were taking over all claims from the previous owners. Not only did Caliber Collision not have my part, they had no records either. I feared I was out the money and the part, so I asked the folks at Caliber Collision for assistance. To make this incredibly long review shorter, here's what they did. The manager, Armando Arvizu, asked me to bring the vehicle in. I did so. After talking with me, Armando ordered the needed part, no cost up front. Then, when the part came in, he had it installed for free, I paid nothing! And by nothing, I mean nothing. I fully expected I was going to eat the bill, but Armando covered the part and the install! If you are in need of body work/glass-vehicle repairs, I strongly recommend you reach out to Armando and the folks at Caliber Collision before going anywhere else! Armando and the folks at Caliber Collision didn't know me from Adam, and owed me nothing. They could've just said "sorry" and left it at that. Instead, I was treated like royalty!
