We had been communicating about the RV, and he knew I was driving two hours to purchase it with cash in hand. As I was pulling up, he told me he had sold it to someone else. When I confronted him about how disrespectful and unprofessional this was, he became aggressive, rude, and dismissive. There was no accountability and absolutely no consideration for my time or the commitment we had discussed. For the owner of a business to treat a customer this way is completely unacceptable. His word meant nothing, his communication was extremely poor, and I would never do business with someone who conducts business this way.

Over a year ago I had work done to my…read moretruck at the Prescott Caliber collision center, then after I had a minor electrical issue which got taken care of here at the Flagstaff location and it took all of 5 minutes. Fast forward over a year later, I discovered my plugin for my 5th wheel hitch wasn't working, so I called them up and made an appointment and it took all of ten minutes to reconnect a bad wire connection.. I just want to say how asome an experience I've had at both locations all the time. I want to thank Dakota for taking care of my electrical problem after all this time.
