The groomer was friendly, professional, and had a great "bed side manner" with our dog. It only took two hours before we got to pick him up. The salon was a happy yellow inside and the grooming area was an open space, which I liked because I've been to other salons where the grooming area was closed off; you couldn't see how they cleaned and treated your pets, and that honestly made me nervous. Also, I really appreciated that I didn't have to go through hoops to get an appointment. I've called other groomers in the area and they either didn't accept new clients or I had to fill out a form online to be waitlisted...I didn't know finding a new groomer could be this difficult? Anyway, I just needed a regular bath package, nail buffing and gland expression for my short haired boy. Anne messaged me as soon as my dog was ready to be picked up, faster than the estimated two hour window! She explained what she did and couldn't do, which was par for the course, since my dog hated getting his nails trimmed. Even so, he looked nice and clean with a smile on his face; he didn't look stressed at all!
