Great service and fast. They even gave me a full size spare so I won't have to use doughnut if I ever got a flat again

I recently had all four tires replaced on my 2022 Toyota Camry at Discount Tire in Chesapeake, and…read moreI could not be more impressed with the experience. The team did an outstanding job, completing the work with exceptional quality and efficiency. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and far quicker than I expected. What truly sets this location apart, however, is the customer service. Tyler went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied and confident in the tires being installed. He took the time to answer questions, explain options, and make sure my vehicle was equipped with a safe, reliable product for my family to travel on. One of the things that gave me the most confidence was knowing that if I ever have an issue, I can return to this location and be taken care of. The team genuinely stands behind their work and their customers, and that commitment extends far beyond the warranty itself. In today's world, that level of service and accountability is rare and greatly appreciated. It's not often you find a company that combines outstanding workmanship, efficiency, and genuine care for its customers, but this Discount Tire location does exactly that. They have earned a customer for life. I am extremely grateful for the service I received and highly recommend them to anyone looking for tires and exceptional customer care.

Pro: -Austin had great customer service and took care of me both times that I interact with him. -The tires that I purchased on the website and had shipped to the store arrived on time and got installed. -They come out to your car to scan the tires/rims and check it over. -They did a great job installing them without damaging my brand new rims and they have good prices that are competitive with Sams and Costco. -What won me over was that they were able to get my tires a week earlier than Costco at roughly the same price. -Both times that I came in as a walk-in Customer, they were able to get me taken care of the same day Con: -The line to do anything is long. Once you accept this, going there is a lot better. -There is a little bit of salesmanship happening but it is minimal and not pushy in my opinion so not a big deal -The tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) sensor system on my car was damaged, and none of the repairs they attempted could get one of the wheels to read. This was not something they could fix, and I'll have to have the dealership work on it, which is annoying.

After the dents express people and paint touch up guys, I called alloy wheel at the recommendation of my trusted mechanical guys. Bottom line is that they did exactly what I needed/wanted, quickly and for a very reasonable cost. I had awful curb rash on all the factory OEMs not to mention a few gouges on the spokes. AWS sent the mobile unit to my office and repaired and painted all 4 wheels in about 3 1/2 hours. I am amazed at how thoroughly the rash was ground put and smoothed over. One could never tell it was there. The paint matched the BMW original color perfectly. It was also consistently and evenly applied. They did not remove the tires for this job so the work was necessarily limited to what you could see on the exterior of the wheel. A more thorough job, or a complete color change, would have to go to Richmond I was told. I wasn't up for that so I opted for this more limited effort. Also, I was a little surprised that the wheels were not as thoroughly cleaned as I would have expected. Some nooks and crannies appeared to have brake dust remaining. I plan to remove the wheels and clean them myself and will know better what the situation is in that regard and how that might have affected my opinion of the work. But all in all, for the cost and convenience, I was pretty satisfied.

Before I begin this review let me start off by saying that this review is based solely upon my…read morepersonal experiences and my personal experiences alone, so with that being said let's go!!. My wife and daughter was looking for a place to get my daughter's car tire looked at because she had a slow leak in her rear driver side tire. So they found this place and my wife asked me to go with our daughter so the possibility of her getting swindled was little to none with me accompanying her here!. When I arrived ( my daughter got here before me ) she said they told her to park on the side so they could look at it, the gentleman looked at the tire size and asked us to follow him and showed us a used tire then asked what the issue was and then proceeded to investigate the leak in the tire. After further inspection he found out it was a piece of sharp bent up metal lodged into her tire that was causing the slow air leakage. The gentleman immediately said he could fix it which was a major plus because her tires were basically new and had a a lot of tread on them! After he pulled the metal out and plugged the hole it was as good as new and he stated it would last the full length of the tire life. I will say this was a quick and convenient transition by this gentleman, he was polite the whole way through and also asked how my daughter and I was doing today when we first arrived!. Unfortunately I didn't get his name but his professionalism was through the roof during this short transaction of getting my daughter's tire plugged up! They also let us know they had free air ( which is hard to find anywhere nowadays )! Other than Wawa I don't know anywhere else that offers free air anymore. Paying for air is preposterous but that another topic for another review on another day! I would definitely return and I'm sure my daughter will too. I would also recommend anyone in the area to give them your business if you're in the need of tire repair, they're reasonable and professional, knowledgeable and conveniently located with two different locations! If you're interested just look them up!

Why they would give me a tire with a nail in it, I don't understand. So they patched it - or something - and now I'm on the side of the road with a flat tire.
