Took my 5 year old son here for an hour. Lots of fun engaging things to entertain him. They have a cool ball pit area with things for kids to climb on and safely land if they fall or lose their balance. The area is well maintained and clean. It cost $15 for an hour of play which was sufficient for him to explore everything. Great way to burn some energy for an active kid. Staff here were friendly as well which was appreciated for a kid environment.

Ball pit obstacle course with the option to reset the timers on the sides.

I think this is a great place for small kids and parties. There are prices rated for kids from 14-17 years of age but in my opinion, I don't think teens would find this "enjoyable." At least not for this location, inside a mall. It's bright, lively, and cost is reasonable. There is also a good selection of snacks. If you have young kids, this place is perfect.

It's nice and clean many spots to sit down. Perfect for 11 and under I feel like. My kids are 8 and 10 my 10 years old felt like he was too cool for the place that may be a personal feeling. We went to riverside location before the Temecula one open. The riverside location feels really big and that's what we were used to. The Temecula locations feels a little closed in and small. It's still a fun place.

Such a cool place! Super huge once you're inside (adults have to remove their shoes) and a lot to do. One hour goes by quick. Everything is laid out nice and employees were friendly. You sign a virtual waiver first and then pay and then put your shoes away and go inside. I was able to bring my diaper bag inside and purse and go and play with my kids in the playground. Only downside is a little pricey for one hour but still so fun and so many things to do for kids! Would go again.

Always a great time with the Littles, and the snackbar offers a great variety of different foods.

Then the boys were given tags that showed what time their play was set to end. The play area is huge with many different obstacle courses & slides. The main obstacle course is set up with a timer. The boys loved it. Some of the adults also did the obstacle course which was hilarious. The staff are friendly & monitor the play area to make sure kids are using equipment properly. Overall, a great experience. Glad we were the first party as it began to get crowded towards the end. Recommend going when it first opens at 10. I have never quite witnessed so many kids ages 7-12 with so much haphazard recklessness, running full speed in every imaginable direction. All of them. Imagine, 150 kids running full speed in every direction. Then a large handful of adults or parents running in every imaginable OPPOSITE direction. I saw several kids slam into another kid as they go around an obstacle on the floor. I care, no concern. I also saw two kids running, NO . . . now walking bleeding from their nose and another from the mouth. This should be outlawed. CritDicks

It's a shoe-free facility and staff is doing a great job at keeping the facility sanitized and sparkling. So many fun play areas here, and everything is safe and thoughtfully designed. Lots of pretend play rooms--kitchens, doll houses, dress up--but also lots of space for big movement play, like slides and monkey bars. We loved that we could rent out the entire space for two hours. We didn't have to dodge other kids or manage sharing space, so parents got to kick back a bit and enjoy the party too knowing that it was only our familiar group of friends. Parking is easy for guests, plenty of amazing fun areas for littles to explore, and lots of fresh air and light to keep the space feeling good. We look forward to returning for regular play hours, and happy to share this gem with all of our friends.

When my 5 year old tried to go into the smaller kid area (ages 4 and under) she was asked to leave by the female teenage employee at the entrance. This was at the same time that a 10 year old girl had been playing in there the past 20-30 minutes. When my daughter came to me crying I tried to walk her in there thinking it must not be a big deal because there were a few big kids in there, who looked to be around ages 8-10. I was surprised to be turned away by that same employee (while the other big kids were still in there). So confusing! I pointed this out and she said "that girl is sitting" (she had been hanging all over the merry go round just minutes before, which is right next to where she was standing at the entrance) and then the employee said "she also has a little brother here" (he looked about 4 or 5). So then I said "okay so can my daughter stay because my 2 year old wants to play in here" she then told us no and blocked us from entering. I went to the front desk and told that girl about the situation and she got the manager. He explained that it's for safety WHICH I COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND - but then take out the other big kids so it's not confusing for anyone! He finally did have the bigger kids removed, and there were about 4-5 other way bigger kids than my daughter. It felt like we were being singled out by the staff here. They said they asked the other people to leave the area but they "didn't listen." Lol. So people like me and my daughter who listened were the only ones removed I guess. I guess you can just act like you don't understand and you get to break the rules, even if the rules are there for everyone else's "safety." This could be a learning opportunity for the staff here but you can go find out for yourself. I wanted to avoid this word but it truly felt like discrimination based on us being the only family removed. We won't be returning.
