These women are so Amazing! I love coming here. They always take their time and they aren't rude like in other places. They care about their customers and making them happy. Service was fine, but had called ahead by 2 weeks to make manicure appointments for a special Mother's Day treat for my mom for 5/12 and ended up waiting 35 minutes for the first person to be helped out of our group. They have A LOT of color options to choose from and do not charge extra for OPI nail polish (like some other salons). Van took her time painting my nails with an eye for perfection. Definitely hit or miss with this place. Prepare to spend a lengthy amount of time here, even if you've made an appointment in advance. If you do have an appointment it'll probably be rushed and you'll be one of two other people that your nail tech is working on. (Over booking is a consistent issues here) Then you'll leave and within 2 days, 3 or your nails will snap off but there won't be any availability for them to get fixed so you'll get to go to work with a botched nail job. OR on occasion, you'll come in and be taken care of very well and your nails will last 3 weeks. Like I said.. hit or miss. read more

Horrible place. Wouldn't recommend it to my biggest enemy. They ripped off my nails and left them bleeding. Instead of being professional about it they decided to fix it by putting super glue over the wound. They did a horrific job taking off my nails and even left some pieces still on. Quick tip: if it is the weekend make sure that you make an appointment. (They turned away 4 or 5 people) Appointment was at 5:30...they didnt start my pedi till 6. I also got a fill with chrome polish and was done around 7:20.(they close at 7) There was about 5 people ahead of me with only 3 techs. I mentioned I had a broken toe but unfortunately the communication wasn't clear =( The lady was not very friendly. The owners were hilarious however. Also they charged me 76.00(90 with tip) which is fine but it was very clear the tech I had...had never done chrome powder before...its pretty spotty and coming off at the ends. Also prepare yourself.. while I was there a girl and her dealer bf came in and out several times screaming and slamming doors...yikes. I would try again maybe on a week day. Worse wax i have ever had done. I would imagine if you offer wax services you would at least have waxing 101 down. I realize its not a top place for waxing but the lady didn't know even the basic of applying wax and pulling. I had terrible rash for 2 days after. Never again. I came in to get a mani/pedi. They turned on the water but then I waited 30 minutes before they had someone available. If you had a wait then tell me when I come in. My feelings won't be hurt that your busy. I will gladly come back another time of make an appointment. The pedicure was so so. My heels really needed a good scrub to remove lots of dead skin. My SNS nails are holding up beautifully but it hasn't been a week yet and the gel polish came off of almost all of them already. My nail tech was very nice but didn't seem too knowledgeable with the SNS. It would of been nice to been in an environment where the nail techs spoke English the whole time. My sister and I had an appointment at 1:30. Only two people working and they were both working on people when we arrived. We didn't get started until after two. It was really frustrating because we both had plans that day and we didn't leave the salon until almost 4! BUT I loved the SNS dip they did and they did a great job on our pedicures. OK, so I recently went on the hunt for a new nail place. Candy did NOT disappoint. I emailed late at night (while it was still fresh in my head) and asked for an appt. the next day. I received a response almost immediately. When I arrived, I was greeted by multiple people and offered a delicious Vietnamese iced coffee. SO GOOD. I got an SNS manicure, which was amazing. I also had a pedicure and an eyebrow wax. I was very happy with all of my services! The pedicure was relaxing and the leg massage was heaven. Called for an appointment for two people, showed up and had one woman do both pedicures. My cousin had to wait in cold water for the lady to finish my nails before doing hers. The lady was rough and hurt me several times. I complained about the service and stated my dissatisfaction and was charged full price despite the fact that I called in advance and communicated what I needed. Will not go again. Response to comment: This woman made the webs between my toes bleed. She gouged under my nails roughly without concern for me saying it hurt. I accidently splashed water on the floor, it is true. This is because she left callus remover on my feet, I wanted it to be cleaned off. Unless your phone does not have caller id, there is no reason you could not have called back and rescheduled. Both of these pedicures took her less than an hour to complete, she did no massage work, rushed the jobs, I essentially paid sixty dollars for a paint removal and repaint. read more

We had a good experience here. The pedicure was good, they spent plenty of time on the massage which I'm a sucker for. They did a pedicure for my 8 year old and polish on hands and feet for my 5 year old. I was a little nervous about what my total was going to be since they did multiple flower designs. I was pleasantly surprised that for all 3 of us it was only $48. They only lose 1 star for the location, it doesn't have a relaxing feel, it's on the corner in a busy shopping center near the freeways. read more
