My first coworker who is white went to get select her fudge and she decided on the sampler. The woman behind the counter handed her the fudge. Then she asked me what I wanted and I said the same thing. When I went to reach to grab the fudge she pulled it back towards her and didn't hand it to me. I didn't think too much into it until my colleague behind me who was also white was given her fudge. When we went to the register my first colleague paid and I just did not appreciate that she gave them their fudge but treated me like I was going to run off with it or something. I had some water taffy and I just decided at that moment that I would not spend money there. It was very disappointing and blatant racism.
