This is based on a to go experience but nonetheless it was great! We were excited to see a cane Rosso out near us after we used ti frequent the Gaston location. While obviously it's new and busy, I made an order and paid online and was given an estimate time. My pizza was ready and hot at that exact time. I want to start by saying that Cane Rosso is one of my favorite pizza places but my recent experience at sachse location was disappointing. The restaurant was very busy but I didn't think much of it and I ordered 2 pizzas and both had burnt side much more than usual. My advice, don't go when restaurant is busy as it clearly impacts the quality of the pizza you get. I don't think anyone enjoys the burn taste of the sides. read more

We arrived about an hour before closing and business had died down a bit though there were still several full tables. We initially asked to sit inside but the restaurant was so cold we asked to be moved outdoors where it was moderately windy, but warmer. There were a few children in the play/park area next to the patio but they weren't overly loud and were no bother at all. Our server, Jaqueline, was very friendly and informed us of the May 4th special. Apparently the owners are huge Star Wars fans and May the 4th is a play on May the force (be with you). So we opted for the special (the Roni 1, ala Rogue 1) and a meatball sub to share. The sandwich came with a choice of small dinner salad, small Caesar or tater tots. We opted for the small salad with house dressing (vinaigrette). Our food arrived fast enough and all was delicious! We will definitely eat here again and can recommend to others. We noted the menu at this location has a Mustang special where a portion of the proceeds are donated to the local high school, the Sachse Mustangs. Great job CR! read more

My daughter and I had a reservation (which I would recommend) for dinner, we arrived and were seated right away. As soon as we sat down, my daughter's phone fell on the side of the booth and the window. When we looked, it was completely out of reach. Several people attempted to help us, even 2 little girls with tiny hands couldn't get to it. We had to notify the manager, Shane, who was absolutely awesome!
