You would think for a hole in the wall place they would have decent prices, but apparently think they can charge premium prices. I have bought 3 sets of tires from them, but Today they Totally ripped me off to mount and balance just because I bought my tires and wheels used to save some $$$$. Originally quoted me $120 over the phone and thought okay great but then proceeded to charge me $280 when I got there. $160 for a mount, balance, sensors and $120 for freakin lug nuts. So this is a mixed review. I took my 2018 Tundra in to get by some new tires All was fine until I picked it up and noticed that my TPS sensors and alert light was on my dash. I've taken the truck back three times they've told me they were going to call me back three times and they failed. They seem like decent folks but if you have tire pressure sensors on your vehicle I would not take my vehicle here. take it somewhere else. I'm now going to have to take it to the dealer to get it fixed. read more

These guys are contracted with Audi and when I tried to get a tow through Audi they kept encouraging me to pay cash upfront and they would tow right away...and that I would be reimbursed. I said I was going to go through Audi. Found out they gave Audi a price that is double their agreed upon cost with Audi so I was sittting waiting for approval for hours. Long story short I sat for two hours while they tried to get more than contracted for. I gave up and asked Audi for another company to come tomorrow. They are not supposed to ask for cash directly according to Audi. Seems like a shady operation and they could have easily towed but got greedy I guess. read more

These guys are Solid! Been there several times for 3 flat repairs, And 2 other times for mounting and balancing my own tires that I brought in. They never try to Oversell me and will work with you. Only one time had an issue and upon return they stoped everything and made it right! Angel is always on the ball as well as the rest of his crew. We had a terrible experience with them. My wife and I bought a rim that has a tire on it from an auto wreckers. We went to this tire place to have them take of the front rim and tire off of our van and replace it with the one we bought. They ended up putting the bad tire we didn't want into the rim we just bought. Not what we wanted. They charged us $25 for this. Then I asked if we could just buy a tire. They said it would be between 50 and 55 dollars. I asked if we bought a tire if they would still charge us for what they had already done, which was not what we asked for in the first place. They said that it had already been done so we would be charged the 25 on top of any tire we buy. I told them forget it. They didn't do what we asked them to do in the first place and then they wouldn't work with us. I would not recommend this place at all read more

These guys are amazing!! We had a blow out big time in our rv, on the 78 en route to julian. We pulled over, and across the street this man came and asked if we were ok. I was calling our Aaa while he told my husband he owned a tire shop in Ramona, and could have his truck there in 20 min! Aaa, from our past experience, would have been 4 to 5 hours, and we were heading to a campground with our grandchildren for the weekend. It was after 7pm. The truck was there in 15 min, changed out tire, then they and my husband saw tire next to it was ready to blow too, and he had another one in the truck too! I was happy to find a good used tire at a decent price in a pinch. But I just discovered the valve stem leaking a few months later. I'd be willing to bet I'm not the only one and that there's a problem with their valve stems. I called the shop and asked for a price to replace the valve stem, mount and balance the tire. I had to pressure the guy for a price, but he finally told me $20. And this is after I told him they had installed the tire. read more

this business stole our money! they manager sold my husband a new tire and mounted it on the wheel ...it took 40 min and so they gave the tire and wheel to my husband to mount on the car himself took a 100 and waved goodbye... my husband took the wheel and new tire to my daughters in santa ysabel and put it on the car ...within a mile the tire was flat!! we took it back next day the manager vanished up pon my husbands arrival and the staff denied to replace the damaged tire or return or money!! i am disabled and rely on this vehicle to take me to doctors and today i was to be at the hospital for admitting but failed to make that apt!! this is not ok!! shame on this establishment!!! read more

Hands down the best tire shop in San Diego county!! We got stuck in a very rough situation with a flat tire on a truck trail in Ramona. I was not able to get a spare on due to the rental company not giving us a key for a lock bold on the tire. We had multiple tow companys cancel on us and we were stranded for 6 hours. They sent their tech with a service truck to help save the day right as it started to get dark. I so thankful for the tech who decided to bring a heavy truck onto the trail. It was not an easy dirt road... By the way this was past their closer time on a friday afternoon/ evening! Thank you all so much!! I will be coming up from San Diego now whenever I need tires...
