Nice place for a walk with the dogs and kids. Two dog parks one for big and one for small. Lots of nice people, wish the dog park was more grass less mud, but fact is this is really nice and fun! Good signage, facilities, and Caney Creek is pretty in the Jack Gleason area of the park. If you see a muddy little stream that isn't Caney Creek, keep walking.

Small kids have the play area, kids looking to hone their sports talents have the football field, tennis court and baseball field, adults have trails, elders have paved trails and last but not least, pets have the dog park. The best part is that the entire park is clean, well-maintained and safe to visit. Parking is no problem at all and it is free to visit. Important tip: Some of the trails are steep & have gravel that tends to get slippery/muddy after a rainy morning. Please be careful if you have folks with knee/hip troubles. Pick a trail that works for everyone:) And, don't miss the swings!
