Didn't know I liked cannolis... delicious !!! Waitress was attentive and super happy to help all the customers. Tables inside and outside are for sit down . Clean clean clean. I had the honor of meeting the owner, who happened to be sitting next to be outside. It was late and he was there just relaxing and talking to his customers. Are the cannolis good? Yes. Would I come again and pay five dollars for a very tiny cannoli? No. I was in Little Italy with a friend who had never been to New York City and never try to cannoli so we came here since it was the closest place to where we were. I usually get cannolis in New Jersey since there is a big Italian population and they do an incredible job, so the prices of this place seem a bit outrageous in comparison, but I understand that it is in a touristic area so that's what you pay. I got the Oreo and the caramel ones. It was $15 for three small cannolis, which seems like a lot to me. The feeling was good, the shell was okay. There is not a set "line" to order which makes it a bit difficult but once we placed our order, they were very quick to give it to us. I was skeptical, verrryyyyy weary of this being a tourist trap....BUT.....thank God, the cannoli was very good! The filling was smooth and creamy. And the crust was wow wow wow, I sensed some ginger maybe, it was fresh and crumbly and just good! My husband ordered the eclair and devoured it ! Service was quick and attentive. This place truly has something for everyone, they have so many cannoli flavors, countless cookies and any Italian dessert you can think of. This was a nice stop for a sweet treat on our Little Italy tour, we tried some sprinkle cookies and mini cannolis and they were excellent! It was definitely on the pricier side, but I think that is to be expected in a touristy area of NY. The mini cannolo itself was good: the shell was crisp, the filling firm and tasty with a few drops of chocolate. However, it was most definitely not worth $4. That would be ok for a normal sized cannolo, not for a mini pastry. As prices are not on display I should have asked the price before ordering. We visited Cannoli King in Little Italy yesterday as part of a group of eight, after having a better experience there last weekend. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing overall. When we arrived, an older waitress greeted us and seated our group in a friendly manner, but then passed us off to a younger server who appeared new and somewhat overwhelmed. From that point, the service felt inattentive and inconsistent. The server's tone was not very warm and she did not appear particularly welcoming, although she did take our order. We later learned there was an issue in how she interacted with one of the guests in our party. Toward the end of our visit, I went to the counter to purchase items to go. The owner (Cannoli King) was behind the counter but did not acknowledge me or make eye contact, and I was not assisted by him. Another staff member eventually came out from the back to help me. This stood out, especially during the time we were eating he was actively engaging and taking photos with other guests. While the cannolis themselves were very good, the overall experience was disappointing due to the lack of attentiveness and hospitality from staff. Service is an important part of dining, and unfortunately, that was not consistent during our visit. I would be hesitant to return. read more

I genuinely cannot believe how poorly customers are treated at Cannoli King. The owner was sitting in the back near the bathrooms the entire time, watching people and acting more like a security guard than a business owner. I accidentally tried opening the bathroom door without realizing it was locked, and instead of handling it professionally, he immediately started yelling at me in front of everyone, saying, "Do you do that in your own house?" in a hostile and degrading tone. What made the situation even more disturbing was that he appeared visibly intoxicated while confronting customers. The entire atmosphere instantly became uncomfortable and tense. Every employee saw exactly what happened, saw how disrespectfully I was spoken to, and instead of apologizing or trying to de-escalate the situation, they simply told me to leave. No customer should ever be humiliated over an innocent mistake, especially by someone representing the business. There was absolutely no professionalism, no respect, and no accountability. I walked in expecting dessert and left shocked by how aggressively customers are treated here. I will never return, and I strongly suggest others spend their money somewhere that actually values basic customer service and decency. read more

Hands down one of NYC's best cannoli spots! I have been coming here for years and they are always welcoming, packed with happy customers and their cannolis are devishiously delicious! Today I opted for something unique, avocado cheesecake. It was very real looking and creative however I did not like the taste at all. Tasted like a strong essence. Overall i still love this place! So, it's $5 for a mini canoli! And they advertise a bunch of 3 as a deal but we got the check and it came to $15! These things are minuscule. Not worth it. They advertise a hot lava cake, but really it's just a chocolate cake with ganache on the top and then heated up. Another disappointment for any classic chocolate lava cake fans. The decaf ice mocha ($7.50) and the double espresso ($6) were normal. Service was ok, they let us move seats after we ordered because we could smell the toilet in the back of the room after it was used. We probably won't go again. read more

They have 2 different size cannolis a mini ($4) each and the bigger ones which were about ($8) each. The service is quick and you literally walk down in line, choose your cannolis from a display case, and the employees hand you your order over the counter and walk out. They also have dine in which they seat you, and bring the cannolis out to you. Kindness is king at Cannoli King. This is mine and my daughter's first time to New York and Little Italy. All my life I've heard about Cannoli and here we are so I want to try a few and I think they are amazing especially the caramel one and that CRUNCH. We're part of a school trip and they have us going fast all day. My daughter leaves her purse and doesn't know it. But the fine folks at Canoli King find it. They call me and text me and I don't answer. Did they stop there. NO sir! They called my wife and she called me. I got in touch and these fine folks are mailing my daughter's purse to us. So understanding, so patient and so GOOD...I mentioned the crunch and that smooth rich filling right?
