Placed my order using their kiosk machine which was on the sidewalk for their bouncy cheesecake and cream puffs. I was not disappointed! Their cheesecake is light and literally melts in your mouth and their cream puffs are AMAZING! I'll definitely return for their cream puffs. Please note: This place provides efficient service.

Cream puffs - buy 3 for $10 and save

My friends and I were in the mood for dessert after having dinner nearby. I was drawn to this place after I saw that they sold cream puffs. It's pickup only here which was fine. This store is located on 32nd street between 5th and Madison Ave. I took advantage of the 3 for $10 deal and bought ube, pistachio and cookies n cream puffs. They weren't overly sweet which I liked. My favorites were ube and cookies n cream. The Pistachio one was lightly flavored. The service was great. They were fast and helpful. I'm looking forward to going back and buying more. I decibel recommend all to check out this place.

I have not had Japanese bouncy cheesecakes in America so I was very surprised to have found this cake while looking for dessert places in Koreatown. Came right before they closed and they still had some cake options left. The only thing is that they are take-out only so you will need to find some other place to sit. We ordered the Ube Bouncy which is their classic cake but only with ube flavor. I can't say that the ube flavor was particularly prominent, but I really appreciated the consistency of the cake as it was both dense and very light with a lot of moisture which I really appreciate. It reminded me of the cakes you get in Taiwan which made me sad as the last time I went to Taiwan I forgot to eat it. Overall, would recommend and come back to Keki although I wish the ube flavor was more prominent.

Wooow, we got the original cheesecake and it was sooo yummy! It was not too sweet (in the best way) and it was also deliciously soft and moist. There was still a nice firmness to the texture of the cake that made it quite a sensation. The cheesecake flavor is quite subtle which I like compared to American cheesecake and it tastes a little eggy as well. I would best describe it as a cross between american cheese cake and Asian sponge cake (both which are yummy and when combined together, is double the yummies) There is not sit down as this is an order-only location. You order through the window and they give you your order very quickly. You also get to see the bakers making all the cheesecakes and different desserts. They had many other things on the menu and I will definitely try to come back to experience other items on the menu.

The cheesecake and cream puffs were delicious. We wanted something not too sweet and not ice cream, these desserts hit the spot. The location is a hole in the wall so you have to pay attention otherwise you'll miss it. You order outside and they will provide the order through the window. It is right next to the ice cream store.

This place was so good. It's just a counter. DO NOT OPEN THE DOOR. They will help you at the window. They have these cream puffs just in the fridge and they are FILLED. The outside is like a nice almost donut like shell that is tastier than typical choux dough. The Ube cream is fantastic. Light, creamy, and filled to the brim. So good

Obsessed with this place! I always make a point to pick up something when I am in the area. No other cheesecakes measure up, my absolute favorite is the yuzu glazed cheesecake. Not only is it delicious, it is also beautiful. The cream puffs are also very delicious, I haven't had a bad flavor yet. Service is super fast and prompt. It's just a window, there isn't a place to sit. I am already planning my next visit

By far one of the best Japanese cheesecakes in the city! It's light, fluffy, bouncy (as advertised), and most importantly, won't break your wallet. The freshly made cheesecakes always come out piping hot, so be ready to enjoy some on the spot, or save some for later when it tastes delicious chilled as well. The only recent disappointment was that the Wow tarts have been discontinued. That was my favorite item on the menu, so I'm hoping they return very soon!

You will actually forget beard papa once you try a bite of the best cream puff of your entire life at Keki. My friend is obsessed with the original so she got three for $10 and we shared one cream puff which was literal heaven on earth. The cream puff melts in your mouth, isn't cloyingly sweet, and the actual bread around it was done perfectly.

What's the business hours during covid?

    Wednesday - Sunday 12PM-7PM

Do they sell the cheesecAke by the slice?

No. But they do have cream puffs. You can try that first.

    Do they do birthday cakes?

They are like soft cheese cakes Just put candles on top

Hi! I'm traveling to NYC and planning to take one home after my trip. How long does the bouncy cake last (if not putting it in the fridge after buying to keep the texture as it is)? Thanks!

    A few hours. I'd say 3-4 hours.

Will cakes be good if purchased 1 day ahead?

Yes it will be good. If you purchase the cheesecake you can leave in fridge and take it out a few hours before eating to let it "defrost"

Can you get cake by the slice here?

Yes, although they ran out of their other items fast. And i believe not all of them are per slice.

Today I decided to make a special trip to go here to grab a few goodies. I forgot how small the place was and how low the ceilings were. That wasn't an issue though. The place was nice and cakes were stacked neatly. What was surprising to me is that they don't have any cookies laid in the front display. It's all placed in the back almost hidden. I was deeply disappointed with their cookie selection. It was deeply surprising that they don't sell the butter cookies that had jam in the middle and dipped with chocolate on one side with sprinkles. I did ask the clerk and even showed him a pic of what I was looking for and he said they never sold them. They only had the linzer cookies and they didn't look so good. They also did not have the lobster tail. They did have the sfogliatelle which they also called a lobster tail. I thought they were not the same? Some bakeries sell both and they are definitely not the same. I did end up buying one of their sfogliatelle with cream and some rugelachs. The sfogliatelle was good but the rugelachs tasted slightly underbaked. It did taste fresh though unlike many I've had in other bakeries. However, for $28 per pound, I wouldn't get it again. For those not having lobster tail and not having the Italian cookies, I will have to give Veniero's a low rating. I never thought an Italian bakery would not carry staples. Very disappointed. I need to find another Italian bakery now.

I had to run to work after an appointment so I ordered for takeout. The person taking my order was friendly. I opted for the Lumberjack and a black cold brew. I received the drink very quickly, with a short wait for the sandwich. While waiting, one member of the staff stocking up supplies on the side started chatting with me and then she offered to check up on my sandwich. She came out with it shortly thereafter. She was very friendly and helpful. The sandwich held up well during my 15-minute commute to the office. It is a really indulgent sandwich, with each bite revealing the sweetness and butteriness of the maple crueller, the saltiness of the thick cut bacon, and the savoriness of the cheese and the eggs as the yolks popped. I sipped the cold brew in between bites to cut the richness. It was a very satisfying meal. The Lumberjack is not something I would recommend you eat every day, but it's good as an occasional treat. In the past I've ordered lunch from Daily Provisions via delivery (the "Chefy" salad and the chicken milanese with arugula salad are my favorites), but I might start adding other breakfast sandwiches to the mix.

I ended up getting the Rocky Road cookie, a Double Chocolate Chip cookie, a Two Chip Chocolate Chip cookie, and a blueberry muffin to enjoy for breakfast the next morning. The service was absolutely impeccable, and everyone I interacted with was warm, friendly, and delightful. When I got home, I had half of the Rocky Road cookie with a cup of tea, and it was incredible. The cookie was large and chunky but still perfectly enjoyable -- not heavy or overwhelming. It literally melted in my mouth. The chocolate was rich and smooth, and every bite was just delicious. The next morning, I tried the blueberry muffin, and it was just as impressive.
