This is a hidden gem! It's located in a small quiet plaza, I got lost the first time, just look for a floor to ceiling window filled with cute little green plants. It's next to a sandwich store at the corner. I'm so glad that I found Sprina, she is very sweet and patient with me. She designed the eyelashes style with me, she gave me options and explained what to expect if I go with that style. I really appreciate that, at other places, they rarely spend time to figure out what I want instead they just do what they do the most. Mine lasted for 4 weeks now and the bottom lashes were gone after about 2 weeks which I don't really care, I did it as a try out. I prefer no bottom lashes done anyways. A small tip to keep them last longer- keep them clean and dry, I use the eyelashes shampoo to clean them 2-3 times a week.

I highly recommend this place !! It's totally beyond my expectations!!! I've had couple extension experiences in my life but they were either too nature or too dramatic so I was still back to mascara or false lashes. I'm disappointed to write such a negative review, especially since I've been looking forward to get my lashes done here for so long. The designs of their lash sets are exactly what I'm looking for, and I appreciated that bottom lashes are free on some days. However, the quality of their work was deeply disappointing. Adhesive was stuck to the skin of my eyelids, causing itchiness and irritation This is something I've never experienced at other places. The lash artist also repeatedly pinched my waterline with tweezers, causing me to tear up so much that she had to keep wiping the sides of my face. I'm heartbroken about my experience here. While I loved the look of the final result, the application was so poorly done that I'm having the lashes removed. I'll likely try a different location next time read more

a week ago Zero stars if I could. I walked into this place for an appointment I had at 3:45. The girl did not even look up once to greet me or ask what I needed. I had to ask her if she was the girl that was gonna do my lashes and she just said hold on. Waited and still nothing. I text the number....NOTHING. I called and they said the girl that I had an appointment with had an emergency. I drove 30 minutes out of my way to go to this place, Took off my cluster lashes that I just had put on, left work early all to go to this ONE specific girl. I have a regular Lash girl, but wanted to try this person because I really wanted the style she did. They just Advertise the girls who are really good and when you show up, they want you to go to somebody else. No one even informed me that the girl wasn't going to be there!!! Time, miles, stress & bald eyes because they couldn't let me know.... I even confirmed my appointment with them the day prior AND a couple hours before!!! She said come back the NEXT DAY. Sure: let me waste more of my gas, time, & energy! NO THANKS...I have 4 jobs and when you make an appt at a certain day & time it's FOR A REASON.....Absolutely no consideration or respect for customers. FYI the place looks gross & it's super hot inside. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time. read more

lash tech at company had a set an appointment for 11 AM for my friend, but the girl said she was getting food because she was hungry at 11:50 with no communication about being late, and still didn't show up. I really wanted this place to be my new lash place, but sadly it won't be. I had two appointments with Spring, and each time I showed up to my appointment no one was there and I found out she had forgotten about my appointment. She made up for it the first time simply because I liked the work she did and I was happy with my lashes. But when I came back for my second appointment and she had forgotten again... it just didn't sit well with me and I don't think this is how you should run your business. I only took off one star because she did do a good job on my lashes and listened to what I wanted. Hopefully things get better on the scheduling side in the future. read more

Still recovering from eye infection/injury after getting full set done. I asked for short wispy and it's just plain long. It took two hours. She kept trimming and talking to her co worker. I wishes they would just be quiet and pay attention and let the client relax. I kept telling her to stop talking. But they kept talking loud in Chinese. So rude. And top of that the refill is $90? And the lashes look bad. I need to go to get new ones done after my eye recovers. read more

I usually never give reviews but I'm so disappointed about the service I received at this lash studio that I'm compelled to do so. The lash quality is better than average and the selection is great however, the adhesive they use in my opinion is way strong that left my eyes tearing and burning. Furthermore there's a limit of two fills before a new set is needed? I've been getting my lashes done for years and this has never been an issue. Needless to say I will not be back. read more

Was visiting the area with my mom and she decided to have her lashes done. The place is extremely clean and the staff Lena and Sbrina were extremely nice! I dropped her off and then came back in less than an hour and they were finished with her lashes. My mom loved how they were done and said she'll definitely return! It's been 3 years since then, and my eyebrows' color is still not fading. The job she did was amazing! Everyone is asking me if my eyebrows are natural. The ink she used is very high-quality (that's why my eyebrows never fade, I guess). The shape is beautiful (I now have even eyebrows on both sides). The pain was bearable. She was very gentle on me and gave me breaks between sessions. The price is so reasonable considering the amount of time she spent on me. Recently, because I changed my hair color, so I decided to pay her a visit to change my eyebrows' color. She removed my old color (she had to remove twice... since the colors really like to stay on me). Besides eyebrows work on me, I also had her done my eyelashes (they also seem to last forever. If I don't pull the off, they would probably stick on my eyes forever). My trip in 2 weeks from now to see her is to do lip color. I don't know what else she cannot do. She is my go-to beauty miracle worker. Her work and service are out of this world, and that makes me keep finding more things to do on my face by her. She is super honest too. She will tell you what you should or should not do. She won't let you do everything (like I want to) if she doesn't think it's good on you. I think next item for me to do is permanent eyeliners. After that, besides putting foundation on my face, I barely need to put any makeup on. Somedays, I just wake up, put on sunscreen, and go. Her work makes me feel so confident running around outside without wearing any makeup. Since I always wear a lot of makeup, going outside without wearing any makeup makes me feel a bit insecure, but Kelly has helped me solve that problem.

Of course, I turned to Yelp for the scoop and zeroed in on Ms. Glen's Therapeutic Manicures & Pedicures. I finally got a chance to go see Ms. Glen and it was everything I wanted and more. It was relaxing (I fell asleep)! It was restorative! My feet felt and looked healthy and cared for. I didn't get polished which is great because I have been wanting to go natural for a while to let my nails breathe and focus on what's really happening with my toe nail health. So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! (very detailed, very attentive, think - pampering your feet from the in-depth massage to the parrafin to the soaks to the grooming and much much more) - I got socks! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. My goal is to make this a regular treatment. If my feet are healthy, I am healthier! Thanks Ms. Glen for such a wonderful experience! I'll be back. If your feet are in need of TLC, renewal and restoration, Ms. Glen has a carefully curated service that will leave your feet feeling brand new. I had recently purchased a soap that helps with skin discoloration. It hasn't been making any improvement in the uneven skin tone and dark marks on my feet. Turns out I just needed an appointment with Ms. Glen. The exfoliation she provided literally rubbed away 15 years from my feet. My dry scratchy heels were left supple and smooth and the calloused areas were left soft. Had I known what I was in store for I would have taken before and after pictures. She even provided socks for me to leave in, to seal in the moisture. My favorite part hands down was the massage. She kneaded into these tired soles, and I needed that! I paid a little more than the price listed (which she does quote as a base price) but she also spent almost 2x the amount of time listed. My Fiancé noticed the difference in appearance and feel immediately. I intentionally waited until 24 hours+ had passed to write this review, wanting to see if my feet would feel just as nice. THEY DO!! Ms. Glen definitely puts pride in her work and I love how she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied along the way. I recommend her service to anyone looking to give their feet a more youthful feel and look. And if your feet have severe issues that might keep you from visiting open public salons, her private suite will help you feel comfortable and secure. Right before I left, Ms. Glen threw in a bottle of her therapeutic hand & foot oil once she saw how dry my hands were. I had discussed my upcoming nuptials with her and she wanted to make sure my hands moisturized properly for my big day, even providing a demonstration on proper application. Ms. Glen is a gem!

I made an appointment with Yuting. she showed up an hour and a half late!!!! I made the appointment at 11am and she told me she woke up late that she would be here at 11:30. So i waited and at 11:45 I texted her and she told me she made a stop to get breakfast that she was in her way. It's currently 12:10 and she's still not here. Super unprofessional and I do NOT recommend to come here if you wanna waste your time. The employee there was working on a patient but she was aware I had an appointment and i also showed her the messages and she saw me waiting there over an hour and a half. Best lashes studio ever I found in LA. Lena is super patience and kindly to introduce every different kinds of style to me. And of course helping me choose the most suitable style to me.( not the most expensive one lol). The whole process took about 1 hour and she always consider customer's preference and advices.
