They had been promoting it on their Instagram for $35 and online it goes for a little over $50. They also claimed that the cases were authentic so I was all for getting one at a cheaper price, of course. Anyway, when we came in a gentleman named Juan assisted us and Showed us the case and how they work and all that good stuff. I was happy with what I saw until he told me they were $45 and when I mentioned the Instagram post he insisted that they were never $35 (see attached picture). Juan also reassured me that the cases were authentic and were cheaper then the online price so both me and my friend purchased them anyway. A day later my friend had realized that the cases were in fact NOT authentic and we had been lied to. Honestly, if I wanted a fake light up phone case I could've easily bought one off EBay or Amazon for like $10 so I was definitely aggravated that I spent so much on something that wasn't real even after being told it was. On 8/26/16 we went to the store to return them and that's when things started going south. Juan was there again and I explained to him why we didn't want them. He said he could take the return but that he could not process it himself and for us to leave our name, number and email address and that we should get the return within like three business days. Mind you, this was a Friday so I'm like okay I'll give it till the Wednesday coming up and we should be fine. Well Wednesday came and went and nothing. I emailed the store and got no response. waited a few more days and still nothing in either of our accounts - going on a week now. Finally I sent another email and the manager called me back. The funny thing is he made it seem like I was being dramatic over wanting my money back. He proceeded to tell me "it's only been a few days and that he's not in the business of stealing money." Excuse me, but a return does not take over a week, I'm sorry. Anyway he said he would take care of it that night which was 9/1/16 - I finally received my return on 9/9/16 which was two weeks after I returned the item. Dealing with the unprofessionalism of this place has been nothing but a headache. Honestly, the truth is that all these 5 star reviews are because they offer you a discount if you leave a good review. I would know, they asked me to leave one when I brought them my iPad to fix in the beginning of the year (review which I've since deleted). & even when I had my iPad fixed their was an issue then too.. Long story short I would NOT recommend them :)

When my…read morelaptop screen went dark, I took it to the store because I had a great prior experience with my husband's phone and a data transfer issue with my phone. He knew exactly what I needed in both previous visits and that's what he gave me .. the assistance I needed. Great guy to work with ... so knowledgeable, courteous, polite and re-assuring that there is a solution. So, I knew my laptop was in good hands. He diagnosed the problem, almost immediately, and delivered the good news, while I waited. Then he gave me my options and described the service that would be provided and the cost involved. He did not pressure me in any way, he left it up to me. I decided to go ahead and he indicated that as soon as he got the screen in, he would notify me and the repair should not take more than 24 hours, once the screen was received. And that is exactly what happened. The screen came in sooner than expected and my laptop was ready the next day at noon!! Juan went through all the repair details and saved me a ton of money!! This is absolutely my go-to store for all electronic issues. Honest, dependable, pleasant and reasonably priced. So go see Juan - you will not be disappointed!!

I tried cleaning the port and new charging cables, but I became convinced the problem was with my charging port. Over the last few days, my "charging technique" barely worked, so I took it into the shop. The man behind the counter took my phone in the back and reemerged a few minutes later with my phone charging perfectly. Lint, that I couldn't see with my magnifying glass, was getting compacted inside the port. He pulled it out and Wahla - my phone charges again! He said "no charge", so a review is the least I can do.     Brought in my MAC, an old Dell laptop, and several DVDs that I wanted transferred to a thumb drive…read more I needed to install the new OS for my MAC and didn't have enough room, so brought my computer in for them to clean out old files and install the new OS. Instead, they charged me $150 to install a new hard drive with more memory and failed to install the new OS. When I ran the update at home, I was locked out of one of my profiles. When I brought the MAC back, the man said, "What did you do?" and acted like I did something wrong for installing the newest update. I told him he didn't do what I had asked him to do. He fixed it, after mansplaining to me, and then told me he should charge me but was going to give me a break. The DVDs were going to cost $300 to transfer to the thumb drive, so I said I'd wait. He had told me it would cost me $80 to try and get any data off of the Dell laptop. So I left the computer there and said I'd comeback for the hard drive. To be fair, this was in April. I went in today to try and get the hard drive, and at first, they said they didn't know what I was talking about, and then tried to insist they had given it to me (they didn't) and then finally just said, "Well, we don't have it". If you choose to go here, get EVERYTHING in writing!
