I am the neighbor above Micheal and Linda they discriminate against 2 special ed children and our family that were harmed by our last landlord. The neighbors below called the cops. There was no case. DA dropped it as the neighbors statements were falsely reported. My wife is a trauma survivor and this has caused her serious depression and anxiety from the constant harassment from apartment below. IF they were truly worried about my wife they wouldn't put her on blast for everyone to see to make her feel the embarrassment and shame she previously felt from her 16 year marriage before me. These neighbors and there post are causing severe PTSD. Our whole family is under the care of specialists drs (Infectious Disease, ENT, Neurological, Eye, Allergist and rheumatologist . I've has had 4 life saving surgeries in the past two years and 1 three weeks ago. Neighbors have placed hate mail under our car handle depicting dead babies. We are actively looking for restraining orders and will place a cease and desist. They are constantly reporting my children's walk down the hall. TV noise. Mean while They never leave their apartment and sit there all day . They have bern given options to leave to another apartment per Jennifer. Transferring unlike we have. Day 5 was the first serious of 3 calls a day even during non quiet hours. They leave pet feces outside on the patio. It's under the window now. It's caused us even more health issues. The first 40 days they called 20 days and multiple times throughout the day and evening when we were sleeping. We spent multiple days at hotels because the harassment and still were reported when we weren't there. Michael and Linda's post are harassment and causing problems with my children. My special education children are digressing. Management negligence to protect two children and their parents under Severe Medical care is an embarrassment. Please remove their Post as it's a Title XI violation and we will seek civil rights attorneys for both management and the neighbor below. read more

Our experience at this community has raised serious concerns about resident safety, management response, and fairness. Within the first weeks of our tenancy, we reported a disturbing incident involving our vehicle that raised immediate safety concerns for our family. Despite reporting this and requesting assistance, we received no direct follow-up or meaningful response from management. In addition, we have experienced ongoing conflict with a neighboring tenant that has resulted in repeated complaints, security involvement, and police visits--even during times when we were not home. These incidents have been documented and reported, yet there has been little to no consistent follow-up or resolution provided to us. At the same time, it is publicly visible that other residents' complaints have been acknowledged and responded to promptly by management, including offers of relocation. In contrast, our requests for assistance and resolution--including transfer requests to prevent further conflict--were not followed up on. This inconsistency in response raises serious concerns about fairness, neutrality, and how resident safety is prioritized. As a household with minor children, including a child with special needs, the impact of this environment has been significant. Situations involving safety concerns, repeated complaints, and escalating conflict should be handled with care, professionalism, and consistent follow-through. In our experience, that standard was not met. Prospective residents should carefully consider how management responds to serious concerns, ensures fair treatment, and protects the well-being of all residents before choosing to live here. read more

My upstairs neighbor beats his wife very loudly. They pound on my ceiling so hard and with enough power that it actually shakes my bed underneath me. I have complained to management so many times about the ongoing noise and disruption of furniture in my own apartment. I have emailed them video evidence of the noise on many occasions. They have done nothing. I was told I am being sensitive to noise about a week after my upstairs neighbor was actually arrested for felony domestic violence for beating his wife, I had to listen to that for hours before the police arrived, so when I was told I am being sensitive to noise I realized that management actually does not care at all about the well-being of tenants here at Delhaven pointe apartments and that my complaints are actually pointless. As soon as I started seeking help from management about these issues Kim and Jennifer went from being so friendly and helpful to being very cold and rude, practically overnight. I feel totally unwelcome when I get dirty looks from Kim while I'm taking my trash out, they act like I wasn't supposed to complain about these daily disruptions to my life. I wouldn't recommend anyone that works from home or desires peace and quiet to move here. read more

I've been living at Delhaven Pointe for a few months now, and I can honestly say this has been the best apartment experience I've ever had. From the moment I moved in, everything has exceeded my expectations. The management team is incredible, especially Samantha! The team is always friendly, responsive, and truly care about residents. Samantha has always been very helpful, made the move-in process smooth and stress-free, and still continues to check in with us to ensure we are taken care of and happy with everything. The apartments themselves are modern, spacious, and well-maintained. I love the open floor plan, updated kitchen appliances, and windows that let in plenty of natural light. The community amenities are top-notch as well. The fitness center is well-equipped, the pool area is beautiful, and the common spaces are always clean and inviting. Overall, Delhaven Pointe offers a high-quality living experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained home. From the very first tour, they made me feel welcomed rather than sold to. Every question I had answered patiently and transparently and the move-in process was smooth and stress-free! What really stands out is their consistency. The staff remembers residents by name, greets you warmly, and follows up quickly on requests. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and the office always communicates updates/events so you're never left out. Both the gym and property itself is clean and well kept but the hospitality of the leasing team is what truly elevates living here.
