$47 for a wash set my expectations pretty high and their performance was pitiful. The car is still dirty - especially the lower panels and the rear. It was not properly wiped down. The cargo area wasn't touched by the vacuum. It was pretty chaotic - I didn't even bother returning for them to make it right. SO glad I didn't sign up for the monthly fee for $40. I'm new to Baltimore - I spent the entire morning driving past car washes that clearly weren't up the level of quality I was seeking. They should start with the software that runs the washing process and tweak it so it doesn't miss entire panels. Then the crews need to be better coordinated. Maybe they should pipe in some music or pay better - it did not seem to be a happy workplace atmosphere :-( read more

There is nothing "premier" about this place. I specifically raised my concerns about how this difficult to reach area is always missed when I pay $50 for an interior exterior wash, I've now been here 3 times total. She said she would let them know this time and to make sure it gets taken care of. This is what I saw after my "premier" service. If you're looking for a basic exterior/ interior wash you're better off letting the Baltimore squeegee boys take care of your windshield, a rainy day take care of the body, and using your own handheld vacuum for the interior. I used to get my car washed regularly and fell out of the practice with COVID, but I finally decided to show my poor car some love and took her here since I had a gift card. Pro's: super speedy, the prices were reasonable, my car smells nice. Con's: it's not a deep clean (hence why it's so quick to get through). I still had a little dust on my dashboard and some crumbs in my cup holders, but it was superficially clean at least. I'd probably be less impressed if I actually had to pay for it tbh. read more

This place did a terrible job cleaning my car. I paid for the premium package and there were still bugs and bird poop on the front of my car after going through the automatic wash and having the manual wipe down. They sent me through the wash again because it was so bad and it looked basically the same after. I purchased a membership to here for my husband as a birthday gift and he in return, purchased a membership for me. Haha. For $60 (regular cars) or $65 (SUVs) a month, you can get your car washed and the interior cleaned as many times as your heart desires. I think to break even, you have to go twice a month. You pull up and someone greets you, asks if you have a membership and whether you want additional services. You drive through the automated exterior car wash and then there is someone on the other end directing you to one of the garage bays. Here, they vacuum the interior and wipe down visible surfaces. You have the option for fragrance as well. They do an okay job. There were times that little things got missed but it's not a full detail so that's understandable. Staff are friendly. There is a coffee shop inside also and they brew Ceremony coffee. Stick with your plain drip or iced coffee. read more

This place is terrible the management is arrogant and not accommodating at all. there are always wet spots when visiting this car wash, it's unfortunately the only choice when living in Baltimore City. They offer lo quality service by hiring a good portion of low cost labor who are unable to communicate with the customer and are rude as a result. This is a service industry business not retail. The manager who spoke to me basically called me an idiot with a law degree and I canceled my membership immediately. I am just noticing other feedback and it seems that my opinion is somewhat similar to others. Bad customer service and arrogance! I took an Acura MDX to be washed today. I asked for the basic outside and inside. The kid upcharged me for the wash and I didn't notice. I drove away and when I got home I noticed the front had an enormous amount of bugs remaining on the bumper and the rear had stains where the water ran but neither the wash nor the wipe down addressed the issue. I'm at first thinking this was because the car was older and maybe they didn't see the problems. I then pulled my wife's car out of the garage as she had it washed this morning. Same thing. I called Canton and the fellow put me on hold for five minutes or so. I explained, in detail, my concerns. He then told me to bring it in tomorrow and explain it to the people working making their problem my problem. This is the first time I've ever posted on any forum about small businesses. I won't be going back to CCW and hopefully will influence others to consider the same! read more

The system runs smoothly and the staff was really friendly. They explained the packages to me and I ended up getting the full package. My car was in need of a good cleaning and I was thoroughly impressed. They cleaned every inch of my car and I was out within 10 minutes. Been here a number of times when want more cleaning then will get at one of those gas stations car washes. They machine clean it similar to one of those though fancier system. The car then goes to The bay for more cleaning including interior if ask for it. Remember to pop trunk and open gas if want those areas cleaned. Usually go for basic interior which is fine. This last time got the platinum Which includes wheel cleaning. Not sure if that was done or as it was not done well as many areas on wheel were still dirty as seen in attached photo. I likely will be back but will stick with basic interior and save my 8 bucks. I ended up cleaning the tires myself which defeats purpose of going to a car wash. read more

Sad to say, after years of a love-hate relationship with this place, I am finally out of chances to give. The management at CCW clearly want to be responsive, and they have a prime location with lots of bays, but the rest of the staff just doesn't give a flying ... well, you get it. If you're cool paying top dollar for a drive through wash, then you'll be happy here. If you actually want to feel like more than a sausage being put through a grinder (and paying a premium to be treated as such) then this may be the place for you. They offer a mini-detail but don't be fooled - you will mostly be unsuccessful in achieving this as they never seem to have enough staff to fill this need. And if you happen to ask the staff about it, they'll pretty much just blow you off. The first time it happens, you may just shake your head. After the third or fourth time, you'll start looking for other options. If you follow my feed, search car wash and see what those might be. Sorry, CCW. My Car was damaged at facility and I was still forced to pay for my Carwash. Worst customer service ever. Management is arrogant and friends with other managers and they are comfortable being rude and nasty to customers because they know it will be know consequences. When you try to ask to be redirected to someone higher up in management they then tell management their side of the story and management then backs them right or wrong. This is a very disgusting company who's very arrogant and every customer will definitely experience this at sum point. The same management is arrogant and talk down on the staff members who actually hand dry and clean the inside of the cars. The management fails to take responsibility for the actions of the wash and try to make you file a claim against your insurance company. I happened upon this car wash on my way back to Annapolis. For $22 you can get a deluxe exterior clean which includes going through the car wash and then getting your car wheels cleaned and the car dried afterwards. As far as car washes go for this price and option its a lower value. Other car washes in the area have vacuum's that you can use on your own but this spot doesn't. You have to purchase a separate combo package to do the interior. So it's alright, certainly good if you're in need of a wash and this spot is the closest. read more

I've lived in Baltimore for years and just now started going to Canton Carwash, better late than never for sure. I love the fact that they have so many lanes and can work fast, you are getting a quick exterior and interior clean without having to hang around and wait for too long. It's also really nice that the spot has a cafe and Wi-Fi/Tablets and places to sit and work if you end up paying for one of those more advanced details. It seems like they really wanted to make sure people are relaxed when coming here. I am currently trying out their monthly unlimited subscription and so far it's paying off, especially with all this pollen. read more

If I could rate this place zero stars I would. The service here has gone from bad to worse. They charge an additional $17 for interior car detailing. All they did was vacuum the mats. I selected the $16 basic outside wash, with $4 upgrade for "tire shine & some undercarriage spray." As I'm coming out of the auto wash, a lady standing at the end is telling me to drive back around (soap still on the truck) so I go back. When I come back out, a different attendant tells me to pull into Bay #3 (SN: There are 3 covered bays that the full service/detail work gets done at and a separate side exit, where all of the "basic washes" goes to get dried off before U leave.) I pulled in and when I got out, I noticed soap STILL on the truck, especially on the roof rack. I alerted the mgr, because now this will be the *3rd time* that my truck goes through the wash. About 10min later they called me to pickup-plenty of workers standing around (most didn't speak English)......but I had to finish the job myself & wipe down the back because no one opened the liftgate! At one time I had 3 vehicles Toyota Highlander, Dodge Truck and my work truck. Now I have zero. $50 a month is a good price when you get what is promised. Most times it is a decent wash and clean. However, it can be a nightmare having to talk with anyone there about services or get questions answered on your account. Example, my credit expired while on vacation, so I needed to renew my account. Instead of washing my truck, the guy made me get out of line, after waiting 20 minutes, to renew my account. Even though a new customer would just go through wash and pay after. If you get a new account, to cancel you must go online and fill out forms to close account. You cant go to desk and close account. One of the staples of car wash spots in Baltimore its not bad when you don't have the time to do it yourself. The prices here are reasonable and if its not a sunny weekend the wait here isn't crazy. They have a large staff that gets through their queue. I've had hit or miss experiences here where they will be fast and good and other times I've had to tell them they have missed spots. Just be sure to look at your car before you leave so you get your moneys worth read more

Bottom line: If you don't have a hybrid (you get 50% off), it's not worth going. If you don't wash your car 3+ times per month, the unlimited plan is not worth it. The cost of the unlimited car wash went up some in the last few months. They always try to do the least amount of work possible at this location, such as not vacuuming the seats. I think they see the unlimited tickets and wash your car with less respect. Also, I've found if you have more than one car, their biggest competitor in Baltimore is a much better deal. Their competitors don't care about WHICH cars they wash (no barcodes required), they just care about how many times you come. I have a fleet of 8 cars, which will be growing soon, so I can get my card punched really quickly towards my free wash at their competitor's facilities. If you have a fleet of vehicles, CCW is not the best option. I've spent thousands at CCW but will be canceling my plan shortly on the only car I have left with them after discovering better service and higher savings with their competitor in the last few weeks. I made the big mistake of parking below a tree that destroyed my car. After waiting a few days (okay, week) too long to get my car washed, I ventured to the car wash with my head down in shame. The greeter was super nice and helped to me the options. With an exterior wash and wax, we danced our way through the cycle. I've been using this car wash for about 3 years via the monthly plan. It's convenient being that I do not have a designated parking spot or a garage to wash my Jeep on my own. But if you're looking for the vechile to be spotless, this is not the place for you. You'll need to instruct and remind the workers to get the spots they missed. I am an original customer since within a month of opening. Have two vehicles full service subscription. Things used to be great. But over time, things really have slipped. Examples: was in 8/4/2019 around 5:30 PM. Lady in gym track suit did nothing more than drive the cars up. While in cars, did nothing to wipe down interior. No idea what she was doing aside from apparently relaxing. At day's end nearing 6 PM, the place wasn't that busy, but disproportionate attention was given to pre-close clean up rather than customers. I watched as my car awaited final clean up, drying, and tire shine as several employees milled about in the interior section seemingly unconcerned about the remaining vehicles. After timing my car waiting outside for final prep for three or so minutes with no one approaching my vehicle, I gave up. I approached my car and loudly asked if anyone would be finishing my car. Gym girl didn't move. But I dude named Darrius politely stepped up and asked how he could help. He courteously finished up my vehicle where others could not be bothered. Five stars to this gentleman salvaging the experience. Zero otherwise to an expensive and generally lackadaisical staff that is now representative of Canton Car Wash. Also, floor mats put in backwards (used to that since day one). It is unfortunate. Used to be very good. It's expensive around $25-30 and that's only for exterior. They charge you on a handheld tablet in the line but by the time you go through the car wash the people that dry and clean the rims with a rag do not know what services you paid for so they had no idea I was suppose to get my rims cleaned until I said something.
