Great addition to the neighborhood! Great food and excellent drinks. However, I was super impressed with the customer service. I came there one night and they had an hour wait. The owner promised me the next time I came that he would comp my drinks. Surprisingly, he remembered me and kept his promise

We came here for a late lunch (brunch). When we got to the restaurant there was no wait and it was quiet. The staff were kind and attentive. They kept our water filled throughout the meal. We ordered scallion waffle (brunch), won ton mein, and salt and pepper tofu. The scallion waffle was different, it was good but I think I prefer the traditional scallion pancake. The won ton mein was what I expected from won ton mein, taste wise. They give a generous amount of noodles in the bowl of soup and 3 won tons. The won tons had a nice gingery taste in the filling. I enjoyed the salt and pepper tofu. It was served with jasmine rose. The tofu was coated and fried, and the topping was good--the peppers had a slight kick but I didn't find them unbearably spicy.

This place is nice! The vibes are on point? They have a great music playlist, and the drink prices are actually reasonable. On top of that, the food is pretty good! Highly recommend getting the golden fried rice and the honey bbq pork cha siu. The lychee martini is perfect. They also sometimes put tables outside. Great addition to the neighborhood, I would recommend.

Food - delicious, service - superb, ambiance - jack Chan movies in the background? Amazing. My husband and I went there for an early dinner earlier this week and had a lovely experience. Not only was the food yummy, the tea blew my expectations. I'll be going back just for the tea to be honest. This place is definitely not your take out Chinese food type place, but it's a nice restaurant overall if you're looking for a place that's fairly priced, has good food, and is lowkey. We had: the pork belly, wontons, orange chicken, and the panna cota.

Have been wanting to come try this place ever since it opened not quite two months ago. Would have come earlier if they have more extensive hours, as it is it's only open from 5 pm Tuesday to Sunday although they are looking into adding more hours. It's not a large space and the decor and ambience is more like a bar than restaurant. All the tables seem about just 1.5 ft square so you might not want to order too many dishes all at once. What I like about it is there are a lot of high tables. There are also tables out in front on the wide sidewalk. Seems like it's already fast becoming a popular spot. We got there almost exactly at 5 pm on a Sunday and there are already plenty of people ahead of us. They have a pretty small menu - and we ordered mushroom potstickers, spring rolls, cucumber salad, and beef chow fun. The cucumber salad is a bit over pickled, the spring rolls nice but standard, but the potstickers are interesting, looking just a bit different from the usual ones being very crispy fried on one side. The beef chow fun is also somewhat creative - the flat rice noodles come in little rolled up clumps like gnocchi's and the beef is super tender and flavorful. Best of all they have the coconut sago panna cotta which is more like a sago pudding, absolutely worth a try! Looking forward to them adding more hours and we'll definitely be back for sure.

We saw all the hype on Instagram for this restaurant, so we had to give it a try. We got a reservation for a Wednesday at 6 and it wasn't too busy, but by 7 the restaurant was full so make a reservation. We shared a pot of Canton fruit herbal blend tea. It tasted refreshing and fruity, and they will refill the water in the pot. We split a few dishes. The honey walnut shrimp was our favorite, I wanted another order of them. The honey cha sui was cooked perfectly. We also split the bread pudding which is soaked in milk tea, incredible. The restaurant was cute, though I wished they had leaned a bit more into the disco theme.

Great new restaurant in DC! We were able to grab a table with no wait at 6pm on a Wednesday, but it was full by 7pm. It has cute disco element themes inside as well as a mahjong tile wall. Food came out quickly and was delicious. The char siu was perfectly cooked, the duck lo mein was incredible, and the honey walnut shrimp was a favorite. We ordered a pot of the canton fruit herbal blend, and my only complaint is that it was leaking out of the bottom and left a mess. Otherwise, this will definitely be a place I return!

What a vibe! Music, mahjong decoration and disco balls? That's not all - amazing friendly (with a smile) service and quality ingredient in the dishes and signature cocktails.

Came back to try more items and were just as impressed. This time we ordered the fish sauce wings, cetuche salad, beef chow fun, and the pork belly. Every single dish was delicious. The wings were perfectly seasoned and crispy, influenced by Vietnamese culture and hit the spot! Favorites so-far: honey walnut shrimp, fish sauce wings, and beef chow fun Another great experience all around. We'll definitely be back again!

Popping in on a Thursday evening with a friend around 7:30pm, the wait to get bar seats was only 10 minutes. Once seated, the bartended took our order. To eat, we got the Orangish Chicken and the Smashed Cucumber Salad. Both were decent. To drink, I ordered the sangria. It comes in a disco ball. If you like sweeter drinks, this one is for you. (There's a lot of ice so if you wait to drink it, it may taste watered down.)

We went as a group of 4 and split the duck set, wontons, and pork belly. It was the perfect amount of food and hands down was our favorite meal on our weekend trip. I was not expecting the duck set to also come with duck lomein - it was out of this world. Also thoroughly enjoyed all of our cocktails. Vibes were immaculate. Worth the hour wait!

Decent Chinese food that definitely hits the spot and satisfies any craving you may have. Our entire group was a bit disappointed there was no dance floor, but it was a fun atmosphere. However, given the small space it was VERY loud and difficult to talk to someone sitting across from me. The staff were friendly and able to accommodate our large group which was appreciated. Ultimately the food and drinks are good but I felt it was slightly overpriced for what it was.

For appetizers, we shared the salt and pepper calamari and the jah leung. The calamari was good was but was on the saltier side. I've never had jah leung; it was a very pretty dish and tasted interesting but not sure if I really liked the textures. For my entree, I ordered the beef brisket chow fun. I liked how tender the beef was but it was also on the saltier side. I got to try my husband's char siu place and my friend's crispy pork belly. Both were really tasty and I would probably get those next time instead! Overall, the service was good and I was pretty happy with the food in general (maybe I'm just sensitive to salt).

Easily the highlight of the meal. Service was quick, but that's where things became a bit inconsistent. My entrée arrived way before my friends' meals, so I was left deciding whether to eat alone or let my food get cold. On top of that, our server had about as much personality as the napkin on the table. There was nothing outright wrong with the service, but it felt cold and disengaged. As a Michelin-recognized restaurant, the food absolutely lived up to the reputation. Unfortunately, the service didn't come close. If they matched the quality of the hospitality with the quality of the food, this would be an easy five-star experience.

We ordered the combination fried rice with chicken and double shrimp, the mild General Tso shrimp, and the General Tso chicken. Everything came out piping hot, just the way I like it, and you could really tell how fresh the ingredients were. Our server, Oscar, was fantastic and took great care of us. In addition to the excellent food and service, the entire restaurant and restrooms were spotlessly clean. It was moderately crowded, which gave it a great, lively energy without feeling overwhelming. I love me some fried rice just like everyone else, but decided to try some lo mein and the combination when came with shrimp, chicken, and beef. I always make it spicy because that how I like it! Just so I have some veggies I ordered a side of edamame. Now the prices are not cheap and I can't say it's only because I ordered from door dash or Grubhub. We know for connivence prices on these sites are more expensive. Maybe one day I'll take a stroll into DC to check out the place. I just hope it doesn't disappoint and makes me not want to order from them again. It was cinco de mayo so the service was very slow over an hour to get our food. But when it finally arrived it was surprisingly still warm enough for me to dig in to check out the flavor. It was some good lo mein not too greasy and has enough of all three proteins. What I wish they would have added more veggies and a tad bit more garlic and spice. But other than that it was a good amount of food. I will definitely order from them again...this time actually go into the restaurant.

Things were going along great and then a manager in a suit asked if we needed anything and we asked for the next White on the list. He brought it to us then told us this was the last one in our tasting. We mentioned that the menu says all you can drink. The portions they poured were tasting size portions each time, and our plan was to try each of them. We pointed out what the menu said, he said let me check. He brought Luis over who agreed that's what the menu said. Ultimately, we had a good time, but that made us feel weird that we had to even point that out when it was very clear on the menu.
