I have have not gotten my refund for the 4 classes canceled at the Morris county Art Association. Anju is all about what is good and will benefit only her. She has no interest in " the student" She does not want anyone but herself to succeed. She is very stubborn and insisted that she was painting a flower when in fact it was a dandelion weed. I gave up and let her believe it was a flower. She will want paintings done in the way she knows. Her line is - "and this is how it is " That is fine but to an extent. She used my picture on an ad for a class without informing me. She would constantly want to know what brand of paintbrushes, what sharpeners I used all for her benefit. She has made promises to work with me , but said she had no time or an excuse. I made a painting in her class and about a year later I saw that she did the exact same painting and sold it. It was really very heartbreaking to put your trust in a teacher knowing that she is a slick, underhanded person.

I booked a late Father's Day gift for my husband took him to the up-cycle Game Boy class. We love playing games together so I booked it for each of us to get a game boy in the end. You are given the opportunity of picking which gameboy you are going to repair, and you do all the work. You take it apart clean it dry it put it in a I believe was a laser cutter, You customize it and set you up your speaker, screen and motherboard. You get the full experience. He really loved it and so did I, I am not experienced at all in welding or anything like that and the instructors were so helpful and knowledgeable. The way the walk you through it was really helpful to the point I was able to memorize the steps and retake apart the game boy to replace a piece that was oxidized. Don't worry the staff will help you if you're second guessing your ability to do this lol. The best part in the end is you keep it. ^_^ I highly recommend this 1 day class it was very helpful informative and fun. I will be coming back to try to make the survival knife next lol.

It's $95 per person with 2 options. Either 5 attempts at the wheel or 2 wheel and 1 pinch pot option. What that means is that you have 2/5 attempts to make something on the spinning wheel. They walk you through step by step how to make it. It's enjoyable because everyone works to make their own creation. After, you move to another room to hand build something, really anything. You can think up or imaging. We ended up bringing snacks and drinks with us as well which they had no issues with. Class was about 2.5 hours long and you essentially pick which color you want your items to be and then leave them there to dry out and get fired and glazed. Then someone picks them up 5 weeks later. I would highly recommend. There were a lot of laughs and memories made. I would love to come back!

My class was held in the back studio which made it feel like a private party. It even had an area with ice and glasses (wine and beer glasses) and a counter top to set up the desserts we brought. *My family and friends were there to celebrate my birthday, and my mother said that all of the staff were very accommodating in hiding my ice-cream cake. :) Our instructor also gave many breaks and opportunities to eat and celebrate. I really enjoyed the music that played during the class too which created a casual and relaxing night. TEACHER: We loved our art instructor, Justine, who has the patience of a saint! She made the class fun and reassured all of us that we would all be able to complete the selected painting of the night. She was encouraging and lended her gentle guidance and expertise. Since finding Ort Farms is not too far from us, we'll be back next year once the crops are back in season.

We went to their orchard and it was very organized however the PYO apples seem pricey for a small bag of $8 or $12. This was a separate purchase from the admission ticket which also included the orchard entrance and their hayride. During our visit (Sept) was also an event so they had vendors and a live band which was neat! there were enough tables/chairs fyi. We also tried their homemade icecream and I absolutely enjoyed their pumpkin patch milkshake and their special caramel apple cider slushie float which included an apple cider donut! it was so good! they also sell apple cider donuts and other homemade breads and pastries inside their well kempt shop! sure enough we had a lovely visit at their farm and would love to revisit again some day soon!

When you treat customers with such contempt and disrespect, we will never return again So a fair warning to others. To this farm you are viewed as a cash transaction and nothing else. The instructions were very simple and were had the best time enjoying ourselves in the orchard. The apples were absolutely delicious and we also bought other stuff in their store. The apple cider was delicious and so were the Donuts. The donuts were not too greasy and fried perfectly unlike a lot of other places which I absolutely loved. I grabbed a bag for my friend who also loved the donuts so much!! One thing I would love to see here is maybe some sort of savory or fresh food options, like a crepe station or panini situation. I would have loved to sit outside in the picnic tables and have a sandwich. After a whole day of apple picking that is probably the only thing that will push this 5 star experience over the top. Canvas & Grapes hosted our team building event all I can say is WOW! I don't even know where to begin. First of all the customer service and communication was top notch! You always speak to the owner, Luis, which makes things so much easier. He's very friendly and everything is so organized and detailed. They brought their music and sound equipment to our headquarters in Morristown and I'm not talking about a little speaker... they brought an entire professional sound system with large speakers and wireless microphones for karaoke. They bring all the materials and traveled with plenty of artist assistants for our group and everyone was so nice. The best part is the way these guys host. I don't know how to explain it, it's like they really know how to engage a group and bring out the best. Everyone was nervous but the way these guys hosted they made everyone want to participate and we all went up to sing. The owner even performed for us and he REALLY knows how to sing. Needless to say we had an amazing time. I will be visiting their studio in Edison even though it's far for me because I've heard it's totally worth the drive. The owner also mentioned the staff, including himself, puts on a full show for their guests with a full production at their studio and if his singing was any indication of what to expect well then I'm ready! I have been to their location in Edison which is my favorite! However, I was going with my mom and grandma and wanted to try this one out as the owner mentioned that this studio was a little more laid back. It was the perfect balance for us. We still got to hear their amazing music selection and they still kept it very lively but not as extravagant as Edison location which I don't think my grandma could handle, lol. My advise is try both! If your looking for a show/art class go to Edison, if your looking for a fun night out but don't need the show go to Morristown. My favorite part about this studio is how it is decorated, IT IS BEAUTIFUL INSIDE OMG! Perfect for a bridal shower or bachelorette or event just a date night. Luis (the owner) and his vision for both of his spaces is truly something to admire! He trains his staff to be attentive, courteous and just plain fun! I don't think there will ever be another paint and sip like his and that is something to admire. PS: My grandma loved it by the way :-) read more

My daughter and I were at your facility on Feb. 18, 2018. Our 'master artist' was Jen. DON'T EVER, LET THIS GIRL GO!!!! SHE WAS FANTASTIC!!! We had the BEST TIME ever!!! I'm not a painter , and I was leery about doing this, but Jen made it sooooo easy. I can't say enough about her! She was funny, energetic, enthusiastic, friendly to the point of exuding an overall feeling of painting with your best friend; AND she REALLY knew her stuff. We had a FABULOUS time. In fact, my daughter took her sister there on 3/16/2018; again having a GREAT TIME!!! I'm only in NJ twice a year, but my daughter and I intend to make this a yearly mom/daughter outing!! The Experience is here right in the heart of Morristown. The space is beautifully decorated and feels like something out of NYC. The music, the hosting, the everything about this place is great. You can bring your own food and many people order food from Chef Freddy's, Olive Lucy's etc. to bring in. Their design was made with their painters in mind they don't pack them in like sardines.
