I'm SO GLAD I found Mel!!! First of all her prices are way more reasonable than other microblading artists I've seen - AND this includes the touch up! She's pretty flexible with scheduling but fills up quickly because of her prices and because she's so great! Both of my sessions were about 2-3 hours (first one was longer) but Mel keeps the conversation going. She gives numbing cream / gel which is great haha. For some reason my first session wasn't that bad but the second session was painful! lol I'm blaming it on dry winter skin. The parking lot is tiny so give yourself enough time to find a space. Another woman in the salon said that you can park in the lot behind the building as long as it's not the bar lot. ZERO STARS. DO NOT GO HERE. Firstly, she was not at all informative even though I was asking lots of questions. She did not make me feel very comfortable. I should have went with my intuition and left. My eyebrows are noticeably uneven and unnatural looking. She was incredibly lazy, she was finished in about 20 minutes with everything. There is one solid line that starts at the peak of my arch and goes all the way to the end of my brow. There is another line that goes down towards my eye that I now have to cover with make up. TBH, I went to her because her price was a lot lower than others that I saw on Groupon and now I know why- she does not know what she is doing. Don't recommend the services. Price is cheap, but that's pretty much what you're paying for, cheap, lazy quality. Mel will then say that you're not a good candidate for micro-blading or tattoos. Funny thing is I have five tattoos and in sensitive areas, all healed nicely. I tried contacting her about it with the pictures that look like bad eyelid scratches, and her response was first I needed a touch ch up but that was actually after my tough up. Then her second rePonse was that I was bleeding the second time around, not a good candidate. Well, let's see, she booked another client and she had us switching chairs, rushed me out of there, answered her phone a couple of times and took a break. Yeah, I should have known better. Also, the first session, my eyebrows were done with a lighter shade of ink and different shape, the second time she decided that the shape should be different and darker!!! My eyebrows are uneven! Another thing, she was on Groupon with a cheap price, but then when you called, she offered a price about $20 cheaper because she explained Groupon takes a big percentage. Now she's offering her own prices and no longer available through Groupon. Be warned and go for quality not for price. Now she thinks she is a doctor, funny How you are trying to find any excuse. To get things clear, I am in most likely 100% better health than you. I get my yearly physical and nothing comes up. Not diabetic, no high or low anything. You are ignorant making such comments. I might be overweight a bit, but that doesn't make me unhealthy. I am in a lot better shape than you, I know that much. Maybe you should check yourself with the doctor and a psychiatrist. Keep your day job and hit the gym yourself, as this practicing micro blading on people is not your thing. You are finding any excuse now. Also, notice your pictures are mostly FAKE, you even said yourself that you were the one that uploaded them and had many on your phone to update. Seriously, stop scamming people. Mel did my mothers eyebrows. Let me inform you my mother had her eyebrows tattooed before coming to her. I purchased a groupon for microblading. She did my moms eyebrows microbladed but she went over her eyebrows over 3X times with different colors saying that the color wouldn't stay so she had to go darker and darker. What?! I've never heard that since other places I've seen have done it on tattooed eyebrows already but okay I guess. Well when she finished, my moms eyebrows were so red and irritated that her skin was bleeding a lot. After a couple of days the coloring came completely off my mothers eyebrows. There was no color that had stayed in them. I contacted Mel and she said that okay maybe she'll try the regular tattooing process so we decided to give it another try. Mother got her eyebrows tatted once again since Mel said that regular tattooing would be the best option and now a couple days after the process the same thing happened. The color didn't stay and now my moms eyebrows are 10X worse than before. They're so irritated and dry because of how many times she went in with the machine. My mothers eyebrows look like she got nothing done at all besides the skin irritation and now her skin is peeling. It's just insane how the paint didn't stay and the fact she had to go over the eyebrows multiple times wih the microblade. By the way she doesn't do refunds for services like this. I have heard about micro-blading for a while and decided to give it a try since I found an affordable Groupon during the holidays. She was booked up pretty far back so I didn't get my appointment until about a month and a half after I called. The address was a little off so I had to get correct directions but it was not that big of a deal since I arrived early. I was my first time getting them micro-bladed, and I was super nervous. I have always been self conscious about them but Mel made me feel comfortable. She was super nice and easy to talk to. She explained the whole process and answered all my questions. She made sure to make me comfortable with the shape before we got started. The whole process took about an hour and a half. Some of the numbing gel didn't work on certain areas, so it was slightly painful but the end result was worth the wait. My eyebrows look fuller and more angled, just like I wanted them to. I get compliments on them all the time, and I have already told 3 people about Mel. I wish it wasn't temporary, but I wouldn't mind going back. I love my new eyebrows :D read more

I just went for my touch-up session and I love it! The first round was already amazing but after it healed I saw that there the edges of my brows needed to be defined more and she fixed that. I'm pretty picky and she made sure I was happy; she goes over my brows to make sure it doesn't fade after healing; Know that when you first get it done it will look darker, and in a week after healing it will lighten up.
