Initially, the leasing experience was positive, and the staff were attentive. However, after signing the lease, my experience changed significantly. Communication became inconsistent, and interactions with office staff were often unprofessional. During my tenancy, there were recurring maintenance issues, including frequent fire alarm activations and periodic water outages. Despite these disruptions, rent and additional fees remained unchanged, which was frustrating given the circumstances. Security has also been a major concern. Over the course of my stay, my motorcycle was stolen, my car was broken into, and multiple packages went missing. Unfortunately, I did not feel that these incidents were adequately addressed by either the leasing office or corporate management, and follow-up communication was lacking. Noise levels were another ongoing issue. Between nearby traffic, trains, and disturbances from other residents at various hours, it was often difficult to enjoy a quiet living environment. When concerns were raised, responses from management suggested that these issues were considered "normal," which did not align with my expectations as a tenant. I also question the authenticity of some of the positive reviews, as residents are encouraged to leave feedback upon move-in and to mention specific staff members. This may not fully reflect long-term living experiences. After escalating concerns to corporate management, I received notices on my door, which felt retaliatory rather than constructive. Additionally, the presence of unauthorized individuals on or near the property raised further concerns about safety and oversight. This place has become an absolute disaster and has been for at least more than a year. In that time they have had a lot of management turn around which has made this place an absolute nightmare to live in. For starters, many of the residents here are very inconsiderate. Parents who let their kids run wild and do whatever they want, lots of screaming at all hours. These kids leave trash and toys all over the property and management does absolutely nothing about it. There is a pond on the property and kids are often messing with the animals. On the topic of the pond, it is very unkept and if you live near it good luck with the mosquitos. For the last month the pool has been a green swamp and nothing is being done about it. Most of the units are outdated and lack central AC. You are stuck with a small loud unit that only cools the living area so you will NEED to buy units for the bedrooms. The laundry is incredibly expensive and the laundry room is always dirty, full of peoples clothes everywhere (including the machines since inconsiderate neighbors will let them sit there for hours after they are done), and machines that are always broken. If you are trying to do your laundry on the weekend, then good luck. For a household of two, we were spending over $130 a month on laundry alone. Parking is an absolute nightmare if you only have one carport. Extra parking per unit is $60 a spot for a cramped spot with more inconsiderate neighbors who don't park properly. There is very limited visitor parking spots and management is always threatening to tow. Residents with their own spots will park in visitor parking and have their own spots open, which will leave no parking for any of your visitors. There are only two handicap spots and residents with their OWN parking spots will take up those spots which leaves no accessible parking for anyone else who needs it. Management does absolutely nothing about the issue. They allow smoking in units so if you have a neighbor who smokes (like we did) then it will travel into your unit and even though you bring it up to management nothing will be done about it. There are also roaches and ants and you will be told that there is nothing that can be done about that either. There is zero accommodations or accountability on behalf of management and reaching out to corporate is an entire mission on its own. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra few hundred dollars to get yourself a better place to live with better amenities and has the reviews to back up that it is indeed a better place to live. Save yourself the misery and headache.

Maintenance guy is professional and respectful when he enters my apartment to fix things, which I appreciate because I dislike nosey people. If he can't fix something he will let the manager know and she will schedule someone as soon as they are available. He keeps the community clean. He usually sweeps all the leaves on a windy day. The manager is one of a kind manager. Her focus is on getting the job done and on time. She is respectful and at the same time consistant. I really appreciate her because she will go the extra mile for you and is very fair. Some managers take advantage of their authority, but she seems to be very reasonable and fair.even to those neighbors that break the parking rules and are getting towed. I usually see her walking up and down the apartments. She is definitely not a ghost manager.haha  It feels good to have a manager that cares. Some of the neighbors keep to themself, but I appreciate that most of the neighbors are respectful. And I really enjoy the holiday spirit everyone has in this small community!

They are quick to evict you and make it difficult for you throughout the whole process even though you are willing to pay for late rent. Legal fees are ridiculous which makes it harder for you to get back on your feet. As a tenant of 6 yrs it is disappointing how they can disregard your commitment to them and take legal action against you this quick. They will charge you $10-$50 extra for cleaning fees on what they say you're charged in hopes you don't look at the receipt from the vendor they used. I caught them doing this 4 times and they never explained why they did that or apologized. The staff is beyond rude, lazy, and will ignore any request you have. Our car almost got stolen from here. There's break ins weekly. Glass from car windows get shattered and they never come and clean it up. And the apartments have a bug problem. Avoid this place at all costs.
