Management is really helpful, friendly, Janice is very attentive. Maintenance is extremely fast and reliable. The only thing is sometimes people in comm areas are a bit noisy even after 10pm. Loud music. Some patios at the lower apart are really dirty with dog waste, not to pleasant to see that. Non resident from the complex just walking around the property. But overall I think it's a good place to live, close to restaurants and very close to the 91 freeway! read more

Submitted a maintenance order to fix or replace the very old refrigerator and stove oven. When submitting my report, it adked when should maintenance come. I specifically put Friday because someone will be present in the apt to watch over maintenance but they showed up on that Wednesday when no one was in the apt. They also didn't fix the refrigerator, they just lowered the temperature so it wouldn't leak (which defeats the purpose of a fridge). No follow ups or updates or anything either. read more

Hitting my 10th year at Corona Point this summer. This complex has gone through positive changes from where it was when I first moved in. Had issues with Corona Pointe Management my first few years here, but they have shown some improvement. One thing Corona Pointe does well is maintenance. Their maintenance crew is on point! 10/10 for all work orders they've fulfilled for us. They're always timely, honest & great at communicating. A HUGE shoutout to Mario. Our oven stopped working. As I've stated, we have been here for 10 yrs & the oven we have was here when we first moved in. It was NOT a new oven. None of the appliances we have were new at move in, so I can only assume that the oven has been here well past 10+ years. In addition to that, only the 2 small burners work while the 2 large ones have been out for at least 2 years now. We were literally holding onto this thing for as long as we could. With that being said, we were pretty confident that this oven needed to be replaced, but management pushed to see if it can be repaired instead. Thank you Mario for advocating to have this oven REPLACED! These are the kinds of employees that make Corona Pointe worth living here. Thank you for being honest & fair. Thank you for taking care of tenants who have LONGEVITY here at Corona Pointe. As always, the Maintenance team was swift with this work order. We chose this community because it advertised itself as a smoke-free environment, but unfortunately that is far from reality. Residents smoke marijuana inside apartments and in common areas regularly. It honestly feels like, because there are so many vacant units, management has started allowing disrespectful and problematic behavior just to keep apartments occupied. People make excessive noise, leave pet waste everywhere, smoke, and drink alcohol at the pools without consequences. Management is fully aware of these issues, yet instead of enforcing the rules, they only send "friendly reminder" emails to the entire community and never take real action. That is exactly why many long-term, respectful residents are leaving. This place is nothing like it used to be. Another major issue is the lack of professionalism and communication from the office staff. They constantly promise solutions they never follow through on: "I'll stop by your apartment." "I'll leave you a letter." "I'll call you." "I'll send you an email." None of it ever happens. Most communication is only by phone. They avoid responding to emails, likely because they do not want written evidence of complaints or promises. On several occasions, staff members were also rude and dismissive. When residents no longer feel respected, everything else loses value. read more

We recently moved in I needed some minor things repaired in the apartment Mike and Tyler went above and beyond the call of duty and made sure that when they left our request was met excellent work Tyler and Mike thanks again. Tyler worked on our refrigerator. It was the second time a maintenance person had worked on it but his first time he actually thought outside of the box and got it working thanks, Tyler. read more

I submitted a maintenance request, and the very next morning Mark showed up and came extremely prepared! The request was to fix some vertical blinds. He replaced all the broken ones and even provided extras incase others broke in the future. He even had the suggestion to store the extras over the current blinds, which was so clever, because you barely even notice they're there. I'm addition to the request, I asked him to fix a couple more things around the unit, and he was so friendly and happy to help! When I asked questions, he answered them so thoroughly too! I was very impressed! My boyfriend is moving soon, and because of Mark's professionalism, I decided to recommend an AMC property. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Mike Ulices are very efficient . Whenever we've needed maintenance, they have been extremely fast and efficient in resolving our requests. We are honestly so sad to be leaving, but we are moving only due to work-related reasons. I highly recommend this place for its amazing amenities, including the beautiful resort-style pools and the 24/7 fitness center. Don't let the beautiful pool and soccer field fool you! Do not let the staff fool you. If you enjoy your peace and quiet after a long day at work, DO NOT move into any apartments ESPECIALLY apartments near the soccer field or play ground! Residents use these as a public park! They bring alcohol even though it's against the rules. They bring glass bottles even tho it's against the rules. They stay and play loud music and monopolize the facilities for hours and well into "quiet hours". Other kids can't play bc they don't want to interrupt the party. The soccer field was not designed for competitive soccer. It was meant for small kids and families to play. However, it is taken over by the big kids and adults every single day & the ball goes over the fence and hits ppls cars, setting off alarms and jacking up paint. It is sooo loud with the yelling and screaming and cussing! Every time the ball hits the fence or goal post or someone kicks it, it sounds like firework going off In the distance. It's hard to listen to it all day. I have no choice but to keep my windows and sliding door closed. No fresh air! I'm forced to use my AC instead. Plus, they refuse to instate "quiet hours" earlier than 10 pm. Same at the pool. No key checks are done even tho there is a "2 guest max" rule. they never fallow up on anything. A lot of lip service and no action. I've been here for 3 years and it's been a nightmare. They have a bunch of rules but they don't back them up. Ppl living here don't pick up their trash or dog poop. They bring so many guests to use the facilities and the security guards do not do key checks. other resident feel like they can't enjoy the pool areas bc the hot tubs are taken over by little kids. Well under 12 years old, unsupervised and yelling and slashing. I have not been able to enjoy the pool once since moving here. The first year and a half I lived with cockroaches and crickets in my apartment. I asked over and over to have this taken care of. I had to buy my own bug sprays. I was killing about 15-30 bugs a day And I am super clean!! I had rats living in my walls last winter. I could hear them scratching and crawling all evening. i told the office and they sent a pest company over. They set the traps and only did the first step. Then CPR changed companies and never followed up again. Resident don't care about anyone but themselves. They throw trash over the wall and make a huge mess for everyone else to deal with. You'll get a lot of "friendly reminder" texts from staff but no consequence. So the behaviors never stop. The floors are paper thin and you hear EVERYTHING! They protect the rule breakers, non residents, and teenagers that aren't paying rent and disregard the tenants that do everything right and just want to live in peace. Good luck! read more

I wanted to go ahead and do a big shout out to this place. My Wife and I recently moved in to the townhomes and we love it! We had a very easy time applying and moving in. We called multiple times and had multiple viewings for our new home (BIG SHOUT OUT TO MICHAEL ON THE LEASING TEAM). We also have had a great maintainence experience. Mike installed our ring and fixed some stuff for us and he was super kind and awesome. I first met him just walking around, and he was super kind! read more

This place is a joke. Honestly if you can afford anywhere else then go there, this complex is one of the cheapest ones in the area for good reasons, let's name a few: 1. Theft and break-ins, they say it's a safe area but there's always homeless walking thru and since it's right off the freeway there's at least one car break in or vehicle theft a month. Not even mentioning the vandalism (on cars and the property) 2. "Resident services" is practically nonexistent, have any issues? you can call but they won't answer. and if you go in to the office the girls working will finish their conversation and then treat you like an inconvenience, they act so entitled for some reason even though... (i'll stop before i accidentally insult them and their competence) 3. There's absolutely no regulation for the tenants so you could have someone blaring music all day and all night and the office wouldn't care, they'll literally do nothing. And the so called security is literally an old man driving around a golf cart at night. They HAD a decent security but i guess it was too expensive so they down graded. 4. PARKING, there's easily more cars here than there are parking spots so if you come home late or on the weekend Good Luck! Also they'll tell you there's a waitlist for garages and other spots that's "moving quick" but once you're locked in they'll tell you there's 20 people on the waitlist and it's moved 3 spots in the last 2 years. 5. Want to enjoy a summer night at the pool? well every summer the pools are closed two hours earlier than normal because it's an inconvenience for the office otherwise 6. The "cleanliness" is all an illusion. Any buildings that aren't in direct view don't get touched by maintenance or the cleaning people, some of them even have roof gutters so full that there's weeds growing in there! If weeds growing on your roof isn't a bad sign idk what is. I could go on and on and i'm sure i'm going to get the same automated response that most reviews get that includes a phone number to call to "discuss the issues" because no one here will ever actually listen to a complaint like this. And i guarantee if i did call no one will answer, and if by some miracle someone does answer they're not going to change anything. Whoever owns this place really found the least competent people they could to put them in charge and it absolutely shows. read more

Hi All, I have lived at the beautiful Corona Point Resorts for over seven years now. This is a shout out to the maintenance department. Today (05/08/25), Mike and Mark replaced a toilet in my unit. The installation went very quick. Both Mike and Mark were polite and professional in every possible way. The new toilet works great and they cleaned up everything before leaving. The whole maintenance process has always worked well from always getting a live person when you call to their email updates keeping you informed on your maintenance request progress to the friendly lady who calls to schedule the work. We made the right choice. My sister and I researched, compared, and toured several properties, and Corona Pointe stood out to us the most. Between the two of us, we ended up visiting the property three times. Each time we visited made it easier to narrow down our options. We had a poor experience at our last residence, so we wanted to make sure we went the extra mile before choosing where to move next. As we went the extra mile, so did Corona Pointe staff. Everyone we've interacted with has been extremely helpful, inviting, and professional. There's always someone available when we need assistance, and the staff does a phenomenal job at communicating with residents. Corona Pointe is the epitome of bang for your buck. You definitely get what you pay for. There are several pools/jacuzzis, a large tennis court, walking paths, several activities and classes, a large gym, etc. This property is BY FAR the best I've ever seen. I was taken aback by all the amenities. I love that the property is ALWAYS clean and maintained. The few maintenance requests I've put in have been resolved in record breaking time. There's usually a fix within a few short hours, if that. I've been here several months now, and the only complaint I have is I didn't find this place sooner. P.S. I've seen lots of doctored or flat out fake photos for residences, but the online photos for Corona Pointe are real. read more

Poor management also the town homes have viynle flooring they dont tell u that you find out when you try to move ur furniture around and tear it they doo that cause they no its cheap material and theyll take ur deposit to fix it the dish washer never works i was there for two years and a half had maintenance look at it several times also parking sucks theyll have u park ur extra car out on the street also they dont let u use ur own bbq even tho the ones they have at the pool area never works they are quick to have your cars towed so look forward to getting ur card towed the security gaurd will watch u while u unload ur groceries and that u dont leave ur car in front of ur garage read more

I have lived in these apartments for a year now. When I noticed the ROACHES in the trash area, I knew they coming into my house. The next day, lo and behold, I found a LIVE ROACH climbing the wall of my bathroom. I immediately set a trap and closed the door. The next morning, I called the leasing office to let them know of the ROACHES on 4/29. I called to ask them if they would spray to which they told me they ONLY spray on Mondays. As it was a Wednesday, I would have to wait until next Monday for them to spray.... I have pets and a job, so I can not remove them on Monday but I said I could on Friday. They told me they would get back to me. They never got back to me. I called TODAY 5/12, because I have found a LIVE ROACH every five days. This time, IN MY BED. So I called and asked them what the status was on the Friday appointment. Not only did they say nothing about the appointment I asked them to make, but they also let me know that I would have to pay for any service that isn't on Monday. This is the first I'm hearing about this. As such, my lease is up at the end of the Month and I will be telling everyone I know not to live here. There is a pest problem! And they do not care. read more

I was a tenant here. It's one of the most awful apartments complex I've lived in based on Management. The leasing office is a joke. Most of the women working here just collect a paycheck except Aracely she's very kind and honest and will help. There was a shooting while I lived there, a guy who threaten his own life with a shot gun and multiple car break ins. As well as horrible parking and alcoholics being evicted. Over all get out or opt to be somewhere else. read more

My husband and I have living at Corona Point for 8 years. I love the amenities and the staff are really nice. But I want to shout out a few members of the maintenance team Mike ,Mark and Brian. Our air went out and not only did they get it fixed in less than 24 hours. They also let us borrow a portable air conditioner for the night. read more

Just moved in and I'm already very impressed with my new apartment! Ruben in the front office has been extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. The community is very clean and quiet, and I was pleasantly surprised at how spotless the apartment was when I moved in. Ruben went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. If you're looking for a smoke free property this isn't it. Apartment 513 smokes EVERY morning afternoon & evening on the balcony. When a complaint is filed nothing happens. I have an 8 month old child that can't get fresh air when home because they're smoking at all hours of the day. Highly recommend finding a different property as I'm leaving ASAP read more

I've lived at this apartment for 3 years. We chose to move because the rent went from $1300 to nearly $1700 for a one bedroom. The move in experience was great until we were official tenants. We enjoyed our home for majority of the time here. However, the communication with staff became a bit annoying over the years when needing help. One bedroom Apartment; this worked for my husband and I, along with our little dog. We had the first floor, it comes with a bigger patio that has potential for a garden. Living on the first floor is great! But we were the first victims of solicitors and door knockers, obviously we rarely answered our door to anyone. But the complex roams of sellers selling a Church to you, Water jug subscriptions, politics, kids selling chocolate.... etc. I did raise concern Pet fee was $50 a month which I regret even mentioning because it's not like they really check. I've met so many of my neighbors that avoided the pet fee all while having multiple pets living with them. Parking; is ridiculous. Our stall was 2 buildings away from our door. This was not easy to deal with when hauling groceries. Thankfully we were on the first floor but had to purchase a wagon to make the back and forth easier. Sometimes we rushed to double park just to unload things, for the most part, people understand as long as you don't leave your car, however People double park ALL THE TIME unfortunately, and not for just unloading things, this is not good for anyone that needs handicap stalls. Neighbors parked in my stall, sometimes this happens, but more than 3 times of the same person is enough to know that they are incompetent. Visitor parking is small and just unreasonable if you live farthest on the property. We were located across the property, farthest from the leasing office which is where the visitor parking is. Anytime we had visitors, we had to hunt for nearby parking so visitors could use our stall instead. Within the first 2 years and noticing neighbors moving out, we inquired about closer parking stalls. Our literal next door neighbor moved, had a stall right in front of their door and we were declined to be reassigned said stall. They told me if I was disabled, they would make this happen otherwise, I am punished with a farther walk and raised rent Mail; you have to make time to stop by the office. Receiving packages at our door wasn't too much of an issue unless your package is delivered to the office. You cannot pick up your packages unless the office is open. I do like that this was a safe policy to have to protect your mail and packages. As far as outgoing packages, they'll suggest you go to the post office which is inconvenient considering usps offers self service pick up online, but this could be the nature of apartment living vs a house. Mail is only retrieved thru the main service center, it was always a 7 minute walk from my door. Not always convenient esp when they hold incoming packages during business hours only, which is during my work schedule. So many times, I'd have to wait in line with other tenants to retrieve packages. During rush hour is a bit chaotic, the staff is not well organized when there are many tenants waiting for help. Some of us being skipped, ignored, I understand it happens when it's busy, just hope they have a better system in the future. Maintenance; all the guys we encountered were nice and hardworking. I feel like I communicated with them well but the office is the toll booth to their assistance. My water heater had a leak one evening, I didn't notice it until the next morning seeing steam coming out the walls, outside in our patio. When I called, the person on the phone said "oh yeah I noticed it yesterday..." like what?! That was the opportunity to raise concern right? But they waited for me to express the concern. The water bill was a bit high that month which I had to foot the bill because the office manager said they would reimburse me when I get the receipt but also had to show the office my previous water bills just so they can see this was in fact, a leak. The journey dealing with this was stressful because the lady that was communicating with me did not pick up my calls or respond to my emails on a timely manner, hence the month long event. I had to be consistent and initiate all communication, it was such a headache. Overall, my experience here was Mediocre. I didn't love or hate it, but this place does better than other properties. Their lot security did not make me feel secure since my cars were vandalized a couple times, nothing major, just written messages, or trash left on my car but I've witnessed neighbors having their wheels stolen. They really don't do much to help you when this happens because it is something you need to report to police anyway. Would I return if I wanted to? No. But hopefully you will have a better experience than I have should you choose this place for your family. read more

From the moment we stepped on the property to do a tour, Mikyla Epps has been our absolute go to. She is extremely knowledgeable and has a positive attitude about the many questions we had. Our decision to move here was heavily based on the initial interaction we had with Mikyla. A week prior to moving in, we set up a date to walk through the unit (as it was recently vacated and we weren't able to see it before this date) during this walk though, another staff member helped us out as Mikyla was unexpectedly out of the office. During this time, I pointed out broken items in the unit and the other staff member took photos and assured me these things would be taken care of prior to move in. During our move in, Mikyla was as usual helpful with the paperwork and excited to do the official walk through with us. Unfortunately during this walkthrough I noticed the items I had pointed out (to the other staff member) had not been fixed and I overheard that a work order was never submitted for these things to be fixed. On top of that, the AC was not working. Mikyla did not skip a beat and was on the phone with maintenance to get these things addressed as quickly as possible. While the move in day was not ideal, Mikyla voiced our concerns to management and even went out of her way to bring us a welcome basket. Words cannot describe how thankful I am that Corona Pointe has a staff member like Mikyla. She really deserves special recognition (maybe even a raise) for the hard work she does to make sure the people that live in this community are happy. Thank you Mikyla! read more
