Initially, we were going to do only the kitchen. Their prices were better than expected so we expanded to include the butler's pantry and the master bathroom. Joe came out and measured. He answered all our questions (I was concerned about damage to the backsplash in the kitchen). While there was some damage to the drywall in the bathroom, that was easily remedied after the installation. He and his team worked quickly and did a beautiful job. Grouted very nicely between the countertop and backsplash. No broken tiles in backsplash. Joe is a perfectionist and measured the kitchen more than once to ensure a perfect fit. We walked around and saw different sizes and colors and we ended up talking to a gentleman who was shoveling some finer rocks into some buckets that he had in his SUV.
