The older lady who works here is rude every single time I come in. Always with the attitude. She is not someone who should ever be working somewhere where she has to interact with customers. She clearly hates people and makes it everyone else's problem. I came in to pick up a large package, she was incredibly short with me. The package was behind the counter so I asked if I should come back there to pick it up so she didn't have to. She said "how else would you get it? I'm not picking it up." Then proceeded to mumble under her breath the whole time while I took it out of the store. I told her thank you and to have a nice day and she ignored me. Awful service here, I now drive extra just to get my packages elsewhere to avoid this woman. read more

So dang convenient. This is your small home town mail stop. It's just big enough to provide ALL your mailing necessities without trying to over do it. Staff is very helpful when needing the best options to send a package, lines are never long (most the time there's no wait or just a few minutes). Customer since about 2003. No matter where I may roam. I know my mail is safe & secure at home in my PO BOX at Pack Wrap & Post. Debbie is a no nonsense woman and she runs a tight & efficient ship. Exactly!!! What is needed for all things when it comes to managing my mail. Her staff is warm & friendly. Christa & Suzie and the occasional others as needed. They are friendly and knowledgeable about their in house products as well as helping you select the most advantageous and cost effective choice for your particular mailing needs. Need help? Just ask. They know the answer! I dread it when I have to use other postal locations when I'm away from my home base. Without the help of my favorite postal people, I fear higher prices and delayed delivery. I know that with Pack Wrap & Post I have access to great services, including Notary and forwarding of my mail at a very reasonable cost, When i need to have it sent to me at a different location. Like if I'm traveling or visiting somewhere else for a period of time. They are also a certified signer for me as well. They have written permission to receive certified mailings on my behalf. Waited five minutes for the notary to "finish putting mail away" and then wash her hands..only for her to then rudely say my military ID was not a sufficient form of identification. Found the CA Notary Public Handbook as of 1/2/15 stating that military ID actually IS an acceptable form of ID. I've attached a picture in case you're feeling curious. I'm not coming back here again, and frankly I'm questioning if discrimination is taking place here. When you don't treat people with respect and courtesy, they don't want to pay you their hard earned money. read more

Christine S.... Interesting....I parent my children, they are 3 and 4 yr. Old energetic boys. I discipline them and when necessary apologize for their behavior. But, when you insult me and talk poorly about them, it is my right as a mother to step in. She has been rude to me and my children on both occasions. Have you ever had a bad day. I have lived in this neighborhood for over 30 yrs and have used this postal office since its opening. I have never had a bad experience with the business only with impatient customers and poorly behaved children. Please parent your children or someday they may knock someone down and exercise patience when in this small location. It's long been said that those who make excuses for their behavior have no intention of changing it. read more
