After the installers left, found that money was missing form my son's room and two of may other son's drawers from under his bed frame the clips were broken off during the removal of them to clear room for the carpet. Later when I reported to him about the broken drawers which no longer sit nicely in the tracks...I have had complete radio silence from the business. I will never do business with this company again. I was completely calm when asking, but this guy flew off the handle, cursing, leaving my floors exposed with carpet tacks for another day, as I had to wait for another installer.
