One thing that I appreciate about Cape Cod Coffee is the way that they handled social distancing and moving people along through their shop. Everything felt very safe and their staff is extremely friendly so they have that going for them. The coffee here on the other hand was a bit disappointing. I bought two iced lattes, one for my husband and one for myself and they were both so sweet he couldn't drink his. I know that this place is known for their cold brew so maybe that's why their lattes are lacking so if I return I'll have to give that a try. read more

Nice place in side! But if your a breakfast launch place use nice products. If your going to IHOP I expect fake maple syrup but not at a nice breakfast place. I'm giving this a one star only because the food was ok. This comment will probably get deleted because there is no way this place is a 4 star anything. Poorly managed is an understatement. We were seated outside. We had to order our own food cafeteria style. Ok fine. It's casual. We waited 45 minutes for 2 beers meanwhile, The food came first. I asked the hostess who can get our drinks because she was the only one that actually wasn't running around in chaos. She said hold on I'll find someone. Another 15 minutes goes by. I asked her again. She looked at me and said "I'm so sorry but I can't deal with this" I don't even blame her. I blame the manager. The whole place is so chaotic that you must be 4 beers in to actually enjoy yourself. That would take 8 hours to get served so that theory is out the door. My sister went over and asked for our drinks. They just asked what we got and poured it. Our drinks never came after that. They had no idea what table we were and never bothered to asked. Retrain your management, Get a new plan and don't charge $20 for a pizza that comes with barely melted cheese and a soft crust. read more

The food was great. Atmosphere is great. COVID compliant. Service...sucked. The bartenders, where you ordered, either were clueless or couldn't be bothered. Waited over 5 minutes just to be told they'd be with me when they were done doing whatever they were doing. Then they'd leave the bar and go away leaving no one behind the bar. In general I really like this place- I had the lobster roll for the first time the other day- and it was a bit underwhelming for $55. The bun was done well, but the lobster meat was very watery- and not too flavorful- as if it had been frozen? And under seasoned. I ordered a wild mushroom pizza and they have a gluten free option for an extra $3. We also ordered a regular pizza with same toppings. My Gluten free one was only 8" and the toppings were only a very small amount in the middle, and it cost $25. Although it was good, it was way too expensive. The regular pizza was aroundn 12" and was cheaper. Not very happy about that. They should tell you the Gluten Free one is almost half the size of the regular one. Or maybe it was a mistake, but I either way it was way too expensive and I will not be returning even though I live very close. The regular wild mushroom pizza was very good. read more

Worst $5.50 coffee in America sold here. Service is poor. Ambiance is poor. Coffee is poor. Accompanying food options are poor. Prices are ridiculously expensive. In Boston, where I live, $4+ craft cold brew coffees are standard (5+ for other labor intensive options). This is not Boston and your coffee is not at all good. If you're planning to visit the Mashpee Commons location you should go to the Organic Market instead to get coffee at the Cafe inside. You'll save $.50 (ha!) and you'll get a coffee drink that's not quite so insulting. They have a Cape Cod Coffee Hummer (H1) parked at the Mashpee location. I don't know if anyone is supposed to think that's cool (it's not) but at least they're honest about how they spend they're premiums (Diesel for the HumVee). read more

My friend and I were on our way through Mashpee and discovered this gem, fifteen minutes before they closed. The owner was so nice and kind to us! She could tell it was our first time and encouraged us to sample any of the coffees on display. I tried the pumpkin cold brew and it was AMAZING! We bought a bag of Cape Cod Coffee at Cape Cod Beer. When we saw they were located in Mashpee we decided to swing by on the way home. I expected to find a cafe serving their coffee, maybe some pastries and selling their beans. That's definitely not what I found. It's a small little shop that sells coffee makers and accessories with a long counter where you can order bags of their coffee, either whole bean or they will grind it for you. The charming older woman behind the counter was very helpful, making suggestions and pulling out beans for us to smell. We ended up buying bags of Pumpkin Spice, Irish Cream, Rainforest and Sulawesi We've sampled them all now and they weren't bad. Not fantastic, but not bad. The flavors in the flavored coffee weren't overwhelming, which was good. We tend towards darker, bolder roasts and the flavored coffees weren't quite as bold as we would have liked. The Sulawesi was a bit more to our liking. If you prefer more of a medium roast you would probably love their offerings. If I were in the area again I would drive by and pick up a few bags of coffee. read more

Great place to get your coffee from. They have six brewed coffees every morning that rotate daily. Nice friendly people working there as well. If you want a fresh, delicious, warm donut to go with your coffee, just walk out the door and get it from Cape Cod Donuts right in the parking lot. You can also pick up all their pre bagged coffees in the store as well. Why go down the street to get coffee and donuts that you can get anywhere when you can have something much better and fresher here. It's worth giving it a try! read more

Really enjoyed this visit at Mashpee Commons. First time on the Cape and the cold brew and nitro coffee was everything it should be. Great non artificial flavoring and wonderful people behind the counter. Really makes a difference when the people that serve you are so welcoming and friendly to represent the brand. Fantastic coffee! Friendly & well educated staff. There were many freshly brewed blends to choose from. The roasted beans are displayed well, and.... it was hard to choose. After tring two blends, I purchased one of each for friends who live on the Cape, and two to take home to NY. The coffee was deliciuos! I wasn't able to do the 11am tour, but LOVED the fact they offer one. I researched coffee roasters on Cape Cod and visited another roaster in Brewster - who although the "vibe" was fun - the coffee was (in my opinon) bitter and quite frankly, terrible (it was their blend that they were featuring that morning). I've been shopping at the new location since the Mashpee Commons location no longer offered gallons of coffee for sale. My usual purchase included 2 gallons of Caramel Toffee Iced Coffee every 10 days UNTIL a few weekends ago when I was told that they would no longer offer the Caramel Toffee flavor as it was a seasonal offering. After driving 12 miles in each direction I was obviously disappointed. Hopefully they will reconsider. 75 gallons a year is a sizable purchase by one customer. read more
