I can't lie. Being a former Merrimack Valley resident, I've always been on team Donna's Donuts of Tewksbury, MA. But I gotta say, Duke's has the same fresh, homemade taste, just dressed up in fancy gowns. And oh, the fashion statements! The blackberry glazed jelly donut ranks up there. The Banoffee Pie was a huge surprise with banana cream goodness oozing from inside. I didn't expect my all time fav to be the orange cranberry fritter, but it's amazing. Even the lowly Old Fashioned is a delectable experience here. Staff is friendly and welcoming and will guide your choices if you're unsure. There's a small but adorable merch area, featuring coffee beans, cold coffee drinks, and tee shirts. When on the Cape, Duke's gets my donut dollars. read more

Throughly unimpressive donuts. Think Dunkin' Donuts with some extra flavored toppings. Literally, the chocolate strawberry donut is an average chocolate cake donut topped with strawberry-ish frosting. The papaya guava was more interesting. A decent yeast donut filled with a fruity gel. At ~$5/donut Dukes is just not worth it. read more

Can I move in??? I have been here a couple times now and they do not disappoint. They make fresh, unique, and flavorful donuts all day long! You can not go wrong! I have tried so many flavors and my family enjoys them as well. Hands down the best jelly donut I've ever had- rich sweet jelly in every bite. The peanut butter donut is stuffed with a creamy peanut butter center and it is to die for. The staff is friendly every time and are always happy to share their favorite donut of the day. The staff is friendly, helpful, and most importantly fast. They made quick work of the long line that had built up outside while they were closed to restock. The donuts were soft, filling, and most importantly tasted great. Dukes is home of best donuts on the Cape. read more

We had to stop in to Dukes when visiting the cape during February vacation for their amazing donuts. Super fresh (you can watch them making the donuts!), lots of fun, creative flavors. There's no place to sit inside, but if you're taking these to go, it's perfect. read more

Came here the other day with my boyfriend to try a donut from their new November flavors. (I have been here multiple times but my boyfriend was new to dukes) we got a pumpkin pie donut to share and it knocked our socks off. I've liked their donuts in the past but this one was simply amazing. The young woman behind the counter was super friendly and helpful. Although there isn't much seating at Dukes, we found a nearby park bench in the afternoon sun. Perfect afternoon pick me up! read more

Awesome donut store in Mashpee Commons. Huge selection of donuts. We went at 1:30 on a Tuesday and they were mostly out of donuts. They are open until 4, but run out. The employee said that Tuesday is usually a slow day so the baker does not make many. We got the blackout donut which is a chocolate cake donut with double chocolate icing and chocolate chips and chocolate crumbs. Delicious. It is a big donut, not a mini one. Lots of toppings on the donut. One of the best donuts I have eaten. read more

This place was great! Swung in for first time after work early am. They had only been open for a short time that day and the place was bustling. Lot of help, the young lady at the counter was very personable and sweet all while doing an excellent job keeping the line moving. It's worth getting to Mashpee Commons before everything else opens to grab a donut at Duke's. You can get an over-the-top ostentatious (delicious) flavor like peanut butter pie, or classics like glazed and frosted. If Dunkies just doesn't scratch your donut itch, pop over to Duke's. read more

Stopped in while waiting for family. Was greeted right away by a really nice employee who walked me through the vegan selection and even offered to make me a flavor they were out of. I went in around 10:30am on a Sunday and they still had a great selection. I didn't end up trying them until later that night but weren't stale at all. Flavors were delicious, fresh and unique. If you want to find a good homemade donut don't bother to go to dukes ! Donut was greasy half cooked tasteless lump of dough. And to top it off cost a fortune- 5 dollars for one lousy donut - if you go around the corner to a street vendor in front of William Sonoma's door you can get a delicious home made apple cider donut for 2 dollars well worth the price I waited so long for dukes to open and was seriously disappointed in the donuts read more

Just found this place. I would say hands down one of the most amazing donuts I've ever eaten. Congdon's in Maine is the ultimate and this place is very close if not equal. Highly, highly recommend if you love a really good donut. So light and fluffy like eating a cloud!!! Absolutely get them if you are in the cape. read more

Donuts were very good, you need to bring your first born to pay the price. I know it's Mashpee Commons and the rent is probably sky high but man is it expensive. Came out to four dollars a donut. Sorry but Dunkin has decent donuts for half the price. read more

Duke's Donut Worx has become a tradition for us whenever we're on the Cape. Their donuts are definitely a step above the typical chain shop experience. The dough is well-proofed, light, and has a nice texture that shows care goes into the process. While I wouldn't put them in the elite artisan donut category just yet, they're making a quality product that keeps us coming back. As for flavors, the crème brûlée donut was the standout of the bunch; rich, balanced, and easily the best one we tried. The cinnamon sugar was simple but satisfying. Unfortunately, the key lime missed the mark for me and was the only flavor I wouldn't order again. One reason we've returned over the years is that the staff has typically been friendly and welcoming. That's why it was surprising to have a different experience on Monday which was Memorial Day 2026. One of the two female employees working that day came across as noticeably rude, which stood out because it hasn't reflected our previous visits. Everyone can have an off day, but it was enough to be memorable. Overall, Duke's Donut Worx remains a worthwhile stop on the Cape. Good donuts, some excellent specialty flavors, and generally positive service experiences have made it a regular part of our trips. read more

Donut go to Duke's unless you're prepared to go nuts. I've had donuts from MA to RI to CA and I can say with complete confidence that Duke's is the best of the best. I have had most of their offerings including crème brûlée, napoleon, blueberry lavender, double glazed, and sour patch (kids) and have yet to be disappointed. In summation, believe the hype and ignore the haters, or better yet, read some of the negative yelp reviews for a good laugh because they are ridiculous and literally have nothing to do with Duke's donuts or costumer service. We went to this location and totally different experience- we waited about 40 minutes for two breakfast sandwiches (simple ones), and the coffee was horrible, just not good espresso. The staff was friendly and was accommodating with a different coffee option and wait but really should be worked on to keep business, there were many many other customers in the same boat. Dunkin was right up the road and would've gotten better coffee there and not waited. The price point, wait, and quality was not worth it.

The shop was bright, clean and laid out well. I had seen posts of this spon on socials, especially the freshly made apple cider doughnuts. I only wanted two doughnuts and they are usually sold in 4's. The assistant kindly packed up just two doughnuts (freshly made) and I was on my way. Nice spot.
