Everything was just okay, no really stand outs but solid poolside food. The quesadilla was the most popular and great to eat handheld. Let down was the kids pizza, it was mostly crust. Poolside service was great and friendly.

This was my salmon. Very pretty but very dry. I didn't get photos of other items.

Waitress was great. However, the food was subpar at best. My salmon was completely overcooked, my husband's ribs were dry, and my son's pizza came out raw. The bottom was literally raw dough but the top was overcooked.... Not sure how that happened. They replaced the pizza very quickly. I didn't mention the salmon or ribs. They were having a rough day but, c'mon. I must commend Bridgette and Charlie were running and trying hard. Back of the house seemed to be having some issues. Hopefully just an off day.

Solid food updated menu as of July 2025. Good lunch options but they are only available until 4pm.

The food is good, the drinks are a little weak on the alcohol. Service has been a little hit or miss at the restaurant some of the people seemed like they weren't too happy to be working there. I hope that changes. It's a beautiful resort with great amenities.

On a recent visit to the Cape we decided to check out "The Cape Grill and Bar" located inside the "Holiday Inn Club Vacations Cape Canaveral Beach Resort". First off, the resort is gorgeous! although we didn't stay on property overnight, I definitely plan on coming back to explorer the resort another time. We only had an hour to eat so there was very little time to see everything this place has to offer. For a Sunday evening this place was dead. There was four of us and only one other two top seated in this big place. Our server was prompt and attentive. We informed her that we had a Groupon for the restaurant which she gladly accepted. We kept it pretty simple tonight. I order the fish and chips ($15) which came with coleslaw and french fries. My wife ordered the cape grille salad ($12) toppings include avocado, hard-boiled egg, bacon, cherry tomatoes and cheddar cheese. The fish was good but not the best I've had. Upon arrival it looked like a large portion of fish but once I dug into it, there was much more crust than anticipated. The coleslaw tasted like plain raw cabbage. No vinegar mayonnaise salt pepper or onion to bring out the flavor just blah. However, the french fries were hot fresh crispy and quite tasty. My wife liked her salad but felt they could have given her more for $12. Additionally, the avocado was a bit overripe which didn't make for an ideal presentation. Overall, the restaurant and bathrooms were very clean and the food was freshly made. Our waitress was personable and provided exceptional service. The food was good but lacking flavor and quantity for the price. We enjoyed our meals but wouldn't go out of our way to rush back for dinner.

    Lots of seating.

We came here on a Saturday around 5 pm with some friends who had a Groupon. The restaurant is inside the Holiday Inn Vacations resort. We got there and we were the only people there. We were greeted by friendly staff and the waitress quickly took our order. The food here is expensive and you don't get much for what you pay for. My $12 dollar salad was certainly lacking and the fish and chips at $15 were nothing to write about. The restaurant was very clean and had plenty of seating. I guess this restaurant would be good if you needed a quick meal while staying at the resort.

First check in! CarolAnn sat me on the patio and was very attentive! She made several good suggestions at my request. I settled for the Marguerite Pizza thinking "leftovers good for later". Delicious! Hot and fresh! So good in fact, not much leftover!

Me with to go food. Headed to beach

In advance a little too early, my fish and chips was barely warm but that's my fault, you get a nice piece of fish pretty big and the fries or season and really good not too salty either.

This restaurant is located in our resort, making a good meal quick and fast. It's really quaint but capable of seating larger parties too. We arrived about fifty minutes before closing, no problem. We were greeted immediately by a very nice young lady who immediately escorted us to our table with a smile. We didn't want to keep the staff there forever so we ordered immediately. Started with the fish tacos and they were outstanding. The fish was grilled perfectly and they were topped with cole slaw and pico, very good indeed! I went with the grilled chicken Caesar, one of my favorite salads, it was great! They offer a variety of salads as well as seafood selections. The entire menu looked inviting however the dessert selection was limited , there were two desserts to choose from and one was not available. Our service was good the food was tasty and yes I would recommend this eatery anytime of the day!

The ambiance is that of every other bar, which in itself isn't bad but it is when you don't do anything to really stand out. I ordered the southern burger and their special of deviled eggs. The deviled eggs were really good but only 6 half eggs was $12. Way overpriced in my opinion. The burger looked really good but for $22 for the burger and the fries, it better be top notch. Burger came out over done, with the entire bottom bun completely soaked in juice. It basically fell apart by the end of the meal. I will say the fries were really good but for $45 with a tip FOR ONE PERSON this place is way over priced for what you get. I also thought my service was just okay as well. Wouldn't recommend this place and won't be back.

They had the traditional Irish fare. My friend ordered the Ruben sandwich with sweet potato fries. She commented on how much corned beef in the Sandwich and how delicious the fries were. I ordered the corned beef and cabbage. Only $20.00. I received at least a half pound of very lean corned beef, red potatoes, carrots and steamed cabbage. A very generous serving. The corned beef was really lean , moist, tender, and very flavorful. What a great meal. They had traditional Irish music. Great atmosphere for the holiday. We had a great time.

We grabbed seats at the bar, and right out of the gate the experience was mission-ready. The girls behind the bar were awesome, friendly, attentive, and just had that effortless vibe that makes you feel like a regular even if it's your first visit. Now the food... wow. Everything came out fresh, hot, and absolutely dialed in. The burgers were stacked and juicy, the sandwiches loaded, and those sidewinder fries? Forget it. Crispy, golden perfection. You can tell nothing sat under a heat lamp, this was all cooked to order and launched straight to the table. Best way I can describe it given the location... When we arrived, we did notice the outside could use a little TLC, but once inside, it was very clean and tidy. We were immediately greeted by both the hostess and bartender, and they were very friendly. We were seated right away and our drink orders were taken quickly. It took us a few minutes to go through the menu since we weren't familiar with the restaurant, and there are quite a few items to choose from. We ordered the "Crack Mac Snack" (macaroni and cheese) and added pulled pork and the biscuit bread. The food came out quickly, and we were not disappointed. The biscuit bread was absolutely amazing, rich, soft, and delicious (maybe a little too generous with the butter on top, but still delicious). It's a thick, hearty piece, about two inches high and roughly four inches square. The mac and cheese was a generous portion and easily enough to share, and it was really good. The homemade BBQ sauce was also a highlight. The only slight miss was my husband's Coke, which wasn't very sweet, possibly a calibration issue with the machine. Overall, this is definitely a spot worth trying if you're in Cocoa Beach and want something different. There's a lot on the menu, and we'll definitely be back.
