I stayed in two different rooms during my visit last week. The first one was because I got my dates…read morewrong and they were able to accommodate me with the queen size room. The next two nights I was in a queen size efficiency, and it felt much better to be in there. It had more windows and space plus basic kitchen supplies. I appreciate that this motel was across the street from the shuttle to Provincetown and that you could walk to the beach. The staff was very helpful. I didn't spend too much time at the private beach, but I did enjoy eating meals out there and looking at the view. My only criticism is that the hot tub/pool seemed like it needed cleaning. I'm embarrassed for Sally who wrote a comment here. She seems very hateful.

I've been coming to Truro/ptown for a few years now and this is my favorite place to stay! Ignore…read moreall these bad reviews (unless you expect to be staying at a bougie 5star hotel). This is a motor inn on the Cape.... Every place I've ever stayed down here is a bit outdated. I think the people Who write these bad reviews were just pissed about the loud neighbors and the low seats that are eye level to the wooden balcony. Just stand up and you can see the ocean view? Lol. I love It here the hot tub and pool is awesome and they redid the pool room. The AC runs pretty good. Showers are old but who really cares.. I'm here to have a good time and enjoy the beaches, not here to take a fancy shower. Beds are big and comfy. Staff is nice and keeps out of your way. The owner has always been super nice and helpful.

I absolutely love this this place. We stayed in the Captains Suite and the king room next door so…read moreour family could all be together. It was worth every dime. The Captains Suite is just like the pictures. It is so comfortable and they have thought of everything you might need in the kitchen. The place is so very clean inside and around the property. They just renovated and it really shows. The staff is wonderful. They were helpful in guiding us to where we were going and recommended a great restaurant just a mile away. The view from the Captians Suite is just amazing from inside, with all its windows, and from outside off the huge attached private deck. Ocean every where you look. They have a delicious continental breakfast every day. Did I mention I love this place, and I know you will too! When we get to go back to Cape Cod this is the only place we will stay.

What a lovely hotel! I stayed here w my daughter for a girls getaway, Mon-wed. We booked a room w…read moreno ocean view but was happy to be upgraded to a room w ocean views. The hotel was fairly quiet not crowded this first week in June. And all adults which was refreshing. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was perfect, fresh red grapefruits, good quality breads for toasting, hard boiled eggs, assorted juices and coffee, they even had almond milk, fresh bananas, cereals, I loved the unsweetened greek yogurt, peanut butter and spreads. All well done and clean dining area w pretty views. We played tennis on the hard court which was fun, they had racquets and balls but they could use a fresh can of tennis balls. The water pressure in the shower was somewhat low but manageable. The views from the room are beautiful and we caught an amazing sunset right outside our back porch. The location was perfect, just 5 miles from Ptown and many beaches close by. Great time of year because we didn't have to pay beach parking fees. The pool was beautiful too, u can see the ocean from the pool, but u can't walk to the beach, the highway is there. I wish the pool was heated, otherwise it's quite nice. The beds were comfortable not too firm or soft, just right, but the pillows almost too big and puffy. I always bring my own pillow so I was fine. Complimentary take home slippers was a surprise. There were pool towels and bag if you forgot your own. Overall a great stay and I would definitely return and recommend!

We had Sanibel Island booked since July after returning from Puerto Rico. We had airfare, hotel,…read morethe works set. Then came the Florida hurricane predictions and cancelled our trip. Thankfully, we got full credit for both flights and hotel. But the beach itch was real, so we decided on a road trip. Tried Rehoboth Beach- sold out, tried Dewey Beach, also sold out. My non-Yelp husband, chose the Cape. Don't be fooled by the "hotel" in the name. It's got a fresh coat of paint, some funky furniture and a trendy vibe, but peel that onion and... it's still a motel. That said, our room had perks: bay views across the street, two bathrooms, a decent living room, broom+dustpan, iron+ board and other basics. There's complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby area and a pantry filled with snacks for sale. The grounds are kept clean and there's a bonfire we enjoyed in the evenings when the Cape's temps got cool. And a complimentary yoga sess that my body just needed to reset. However, our blanket had like small, old (blood?) spots, mushy pillows and a security bar that practically fell off the wall every time I tried to lock the door. Harbor H. is put together nicely and the lobby has a solid coastal feel. Service was great and shoutout to Shawn & Maurice at the desk for their super welcoming energy. The nightly rate was insane. But mid-August, last-minute, A LOT of Ptown's B&Bs and hotels are booked, with everyone and their great-grandmother traveling- I get it. For the 4 nights we paid, we expected wayyy more.

Our room was located directly in front of the pool entrance, and every time the gate opened or…read moreclosed it made a loud, constant noise that made it impossible to relax and they played very loud music all day. The room didn't appear to have been properly cleaned--the floor was sandy and dirty upon arrival. The amenities were good though. Great pool and fireplace area and commuting downtown by bus was incredibly easy. I wish they served breakfast in the hotel though.
