A dishonest & manipulative waiter -- I ordered a 2nd glass of wine for my night flight. He told me I had only 20 minutes to finish it when I still have had some left on my first glass. After I let him pour it & paid, a couple came in & he told them the place was closing soon & they could get drinks at Henry's further down to C concourse. Why didn't he tell me!!!??? I drank half of it when I couldn't gulp down my wine. And he gave me one minute to clear out by telling me that he would have refunded me had I not touched the wine. I told him he's dishonest since, as a first time user of the airport, I had no idea where food & drinks would be served after 10pm. He's rude too. read more

Best wait staff ever. This was our second time here and had the same wait staff who was incredible. Martini is by far the best server we have ever had anywhere. The pear, chicken and feta flat bread was delicious and more than enough for 2. read more

Got to PDX super early and this place is right by the C gates. It has a HUGE wine list and a great food menu as well. I had some rose and a bowl of their clam chowder and was not disappointed. My server, Cathy, was very attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. Would definitely recommend this place if you have some time to kill before your flight. read more

What is happening at PDX? Remember when prices were real world at eateries? They had a rule about it. Well capers is now charging over 17 dollars for 2 eggs, hash browns and toast. Or 17 for French toast. If you stroll around to MO's you save at least 5 for same meal and get bacon. Well I had to eat here at least once a year to see how it was going. Now I'm gone. read more

Nice staff but poorly managed. I'm the only guest in the restaurant which makes sense after my experience... Ordered the mushroom Brie sandwich, don't have it. Not that it's sold out but it's a menu item they don't offer anymore. Switched my order to the Wedge...also not a menu item any longer. Okay I'll take a sparkling rosé...he pours a still glass...because "it's the only btg rose they offer..." I would gladly pay for the 375 of sparkling I ordered... I ordered fries and asked for ranch...they don't have ranch. You can see where this is going...this place can't even execute the basics. Nicest person pouring as we awaited our delayed flight----bar area is ehh. Tried a glass of Christopher Michael Pinot Gris, and a Nelm's Road Woodward large Cab with full bouquet filling mouth. Former was creamy and bright, refreshing, & the latter was luscious with super mature tannins with loooong finish. Pleasantly surprised. And I dont even usually like cabs. Great little spot! All airports should have a wine bar like this! We only had 30 minutes to kill and we were extremely happy we stopped in for a bite to eat and glass of wine. Awesome wine selection. Nice menu as well. We shared a cheese plate that included three types of cheese, nuts, dried fruit, quince paste, crackers and warm bread. Friendly wait staff. All and all a nice wine bar. read more

Ok food with somewhat reasonable prices. We chose this place only because it was the only sit down non-fast food place we could locate inside this terminal. Plus we wanted to have some wine. The server offered us a good bottle of Syrah and we enjoyed it very much, I just can't say the same about the quality and taste of the food. A very prejudice server/bartender. On top of that, service was really bad. Didn't offer water, no greetings. That's fine, we moved on to ordering food. Fast forward mid-meal, we were talking about how to pay for the meal since both of us have the priority pass card. We talked about paying each of our own stuff separately using our own card, since I got food from the bar and my partner got his stuff from the grocery part. The judgmental server overhead just parts of our conversation, and immediately, rudely, interjected himself and gave us a lecture on how we cannot "cheat the system". Even added a "you can't do that sh*t". We were totally shocked by his comments and I proceed to continue eating feeling totally disrespected. What we discussed is totally NOT cheating the system, and his tone of voice was just unprofessional. He came back, 10 mins later, started his rant again. This time, I made a point by saying what we are doing is not what he described. He dismissed me and did not listen at all. Management: please have a talk with this employee and make him understand that he cannot be prejudice and assume all customers with priority pass is out there to "cheat the system". Also update your menu. I ordered the oyster and the server said there's a minimum of 3" - not a big deal but it wasn't called out in the menu. It just said $2/each. read more

Don't go here unless you want red wine spilled on your sweater from the waitress, and then be expected to pay for the glass. At least they didn't charge me for the wine they spilled, only the re-pour. I don't expect much, accidents happen, but at least compensate me for my one glass. Would be willing to come back for the wide variety of local and regional wines, but I can't excuse poor customer service. read more

The food was okay, but not very flavorful. I ordered the chanterelle mushroom omelet, which was a special menu item. I liked the variety - omelet plus toast and potatoes - but found myself adding salt and not entirely satisfied. Service was friendly. Wifi is available. It's your standard airport wine bar. It's got a decent selection, and the winetender was very helpful in suggesting a wine. This is important because I was tired as hell and really didn't want to make any more decisions besides one glass or two. I'd like the place more if it were a little more closed off from the entire airport. As it is, it's part of a Cafe, and the seating area is open to all the hustle n' bustle of the airport. It could be more relaxing. People watching can be entertaining, but sometimes you just kinda need a dark place to drink some wine and try to forget about the TSA feeling you up. read more

The selection is decent, but the service is far beyond what I had expected for an airport wine bar. I ordered a glass of cabernet, but the server at the counter recommended that the merlot was better, and let me taste it before I ordered it. Far beyond what I have come to expect from any airport business, where the service is bent on getting you out of there as quickly and efficiently as possible (and rightly so). Sylvia B was the server who ruined Christmas. First she ignored me after standing at the bar for 7 minutes, serving every one else and never acknowledging me. She made a big deal about how we transitioned from ordering food at the cafe to ordering wine. She had issue with us paying one place then moving the tab over. Overhearing another of her co-workers calling her Territorial came as no surprise after enduring the terrible service. Hopefully she can realize the importance of taking a moment to listen to the customer and trying to be a help more than a hinderer. read more

The wine selection is always excellent and I am continually amazed that Chris is always working there and always remembers me! We only stop by here because we have Priority Pass - never have purchased any items except nuts, tea, spices, etc.... The one major negative about this place is the staff - such rudeness! Specifically the staff at the little check-out kiosk in the middle of the "store." Repeatedly. Management really needs to address this. read more

If you want a mimosa, COME HERE. Paid $14 for a mimosa at another place and decided one was good judging by the price. Started walking to my gate when I saw their sign for $5 mimosas all day. TJ was great even though their bartender was slow. No complaints and I would definitely recommend this to friends. read more
