Just wanted to write a review of the great work, professionalism, and customer service regarding my experience using Emergency Response Plumbers. Chris responded to a call over the weekend in the early hours of Sunday morning, I think it was about 3 a.m. There was a burst pipe that my oldest child notified me of. I woke up and turned off the water immediately. I looked for a plumbing company that would respond at that hour, as most companies were closed. I found Emergency Response Plumbers via Yelp. I called and had Chris answer the phone. We talked for about 20 minutes while Chris walked me through doing some minor assessment myself. He gave me the option of either himself or another technician coming to the property with an emergency visit fee or waiting until the next business day. In a household of five, with one being a three year old, I just needed the repairs done immediately and running water working as soon as possible. With multiple people now waking up and needing to use the bathrooms and no running water... I didn't see waiting as a viable option. Also, washing the three-year-old's hands has become as frequent as breathing. The kid is always getting into something. This was an immediate emergency. Chris came out, assessed the situation, and completed the repairs himself. All while answering my million questions regarding what he viewed from within the walls (the house is a little older, and I just thought since the walls were open, why not). He also walked me through all the repairs he was completing. Overall, it was great work, great service, and great patience. I ask a lot of questions trying to understand things. I've been meaning to share my review, and after our third experience with Christian and crew, I can't delay any longer! We have owned our home for over 30 years and have had multiple plumbers providing service ranging from clogged sinks to major pipe leaks. Of all the multiple plumbers and plumbing companies we've experienced, hands down, Emergency Response Plumbers have exceeded them all. They are everything you want when seeking a plumber -- professionalism, competence, cleanliness, courtesy, customer care, and fair pricing. It's dirty work, but they always show up with a friendly smile and a great attitude. Christian has always taken good care of us, whether it was a ceiling pipe repair or hydro jetting. Update and response this unethical company. Of course there would be a long drawn out response to my review because subpar service and gentle egos cannot handle criticism. I did mention that we requested to utilize the part that we purchased. Whatever "debris" referred to was minimal at best and the response is a gross exaggeration. WE NEVER ASKED FOR A DISCOUNT. Simply questioned why they would charge $350 for a part that cost them a UNDER $50. There was an adult present to greet and work with the repair guy, so again, another exaggeration. Again, we highly suggest to seek other businesses. An owner that is caustic, abusive and then lies in response suggests a weak ego rather than polished professional. Do better. read more

As my kitchen started to flood, while a pipe broke outside beginning to flood front yard I was in dire need of an emergency plumbing service! Turned to Yelp and was blessed when Chris answered my call. Elesban worked into the night to fix pipes outside and shut everything off in the kitchen while I figured out my next step. Thereafter, Chris was instrumental in educating me on my choices. After choosing my new hardware, their estimate was more than fair for the amount of work it would take to replace everything (it was decades old and broken.) We are very pleased with the services provided by Chris and Christian and Elasban their team at Emergency Response Plumbers. The main water line from the meter to the house broke and we had out of town guests arriving the following day. We were stressed! But Chris was able to make a temporary water connection so we and our guests had water the next day. What a relief! Then he and his team returned in a couple days and completed a permanent repair. Their service was prompt, professional and very considerate. They were very easy to deal with. They were not the cheapest, but their price was reasonable and their timing was the best. TL;DR - Hire this company. You will never be disappointed. Some things worth noting before I dive into this review, I've worked with this company 4 times now on various pluming issues around my house. My house is about 50 years old with almost all of the original plumbing still in place and we have incredibly hard, corrosive water. Additionally, I'm the kind of person who genuinely enjoys teaching myself and learning how to do DIY handyman stuff but I also know when I've hit my limit and a professional needs to be called in. Now on to the review: My relationship with this company started back in 2019 when my roommate and I were leaving to go out to dinner and I noticed water pouring out of our water heater and all over the garage floor. Our old water heater had totally broken down and we needed a fix ASAP. We did what most people do when they don't have "a guy" they can call. We went on yelp to find the best rated plumbers near us and that's how we found ERP. They came out quickly the next day, installed a new water heater, were incredibly professional during the whole process, and hauled away our old one. It was the perfect interaction for the a first time using a new repair service. Fast forward to September of this year (2025) and a few days before my roommate and I were set to go out of town, we noticed one of our toilets was continuously running. My roommate decided to take the toilet's tank lid off to investigate and the fill valve basically exploded in his face. We scrambled to get the water turned off to the house and reached out to ERP again for an emergency call. Christian was able to send one of his employees out within an hour (around 7pm on a week day) and came to our rescue. We didn't have him fix the fill valve since we're planning on replacing the whole toilet soon anyway but we did have him install a new shut off valve at the wall which was more involved than usual since our super hard water had corroded the original valve into a broken crusty mess. He was incredibly professional, skilled, and very kind during the entire process. A+ work once again. Now we're in October (only a few days ago) and I guess our first broken shut off valve inspired the rest of the plumbing in our house to fall apart and once again, we called ERP to save us. The 3rd call didn't actually involve anyone coming out but was an experience I'll remember for the rest of my life. I called around 9pm on Tuesday (10/22) in a panic because my attempt to replace the shut off valves under one of my bathroom sinks was not going well (thanks to the aforementioned 50 year old crustiness) and we just needed to get the situation to a state where we could turn our water back on for the night. I got Christian on the phone again right as he was about to go to bed and this man I swear is a literal saint. Not only did he take my call, he stayed up for an extra hour and walked my roommate and I through everything over the phone so water would stop pouring out of the half finished shut off valve mess I'd created. He didn't charge us for his time or anything. He just genuinely wanted to help us out of our bind and with that action, he secured 2 customers for life. Finally we reached yesterday, Thursday (10/24). I knew my battle to defeat the crust was beyond my capabilities and I called ERP out again for the save. By now Christian was aware of my DIY interests and attempts to fix things on my own. I had all the parts, most of the tools but nowhere near enough knowhow or lived experience. He came out and not only fixed what I couldn't, he also took the time to look over the work I'd done already, make a few adjustments, and let me work alongside him on my leaky shower while he worked under my sink. It was truly an experience I'll never forget. Christian was so welcoming and kind to let me hang around him asking questions, handing him tools, and teaching me all kinds of things while he worked for 3 hours on shut off valves, sink handles, my shower, and THE WORST crusted over sink drain in the history of the world (no joke!). He had zero obligation to do so much extra work, spend so much extra time, and extra energy but he did it because he truly cares about his clients. Very efficient- great listener, clear communicator. Initially, his company was booked for that day but after explaining my situation he made it a point to get to my home same day. Christopher & Christian both arrived within the agreed time frame of 12-1pm. They quickly diagnosed the problem, found the pinhole leak and repaired the faulty pipe area. My son's shower head went from tiny drips from time to time to a true leak, so I had to stop avoiding the issue and call a plumber. The plumber I used to work with retired, so I read a lot of yelp and google reviews before choosing ERP. Christian answered my call, was very polite and scheduled my appointment quickly. They texted to confirm the appt time, and to alert you when they are en route to your house. Christian was very nice, wore shoe covers to protect our floors and kept his work area very clean. I run a home daycare and was home with four babies when I noticed dripping from my ceiling and a bubble forming under the drywall. I couldn't wait for service. ERP was able to get to my house in a little over an hour! Christian was super friendly and professional, and me and the kids felt comfortable the whole time. I contacted Christian 6 months ago and always remembered if i have a true plumbing problem to call him back. He was honest and sincere and I prefer to give my business to such people. I couldnt figure out how to edit my old review, so i just made this new one. Well i had a plumbing issue and called him. My kitchen sink and dishwasher had backed up and the water wasnt draining anymore. He went there and fixed the problem (food stuck) AND recommended how to resolve the issue in the future (appliance issue). He even took his time to use a camera and showed me what was going on! The plumber over charge for a 1.5 to 2 hr job just to change or install a new shower Moen Posi -temp cartridge for $842 minus his $150 service fee. What a highway robbery. Beware when making an appointment because they' would be nice but when you've made an appointment you're stuck with a big bill. Showed his work and bill and other plumber from 3 different companies were laughing at me and said I was conned. Honest and transparent. Chris and Elesbin answered my emergency call and were at my house two hours later on a Saturday. They found a bigger problem then expected after finding lots of roots in my pipes and stayed until 11pm to make sure they left me with a working toilet before coming back on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday to complete the install of a two way clean out valve, lined my 100 year old sewage pipe, and cosmetically put back the pavers that were removed during the job. I had water building up on the side of my house near the garage and I had no idea where it was coming from. I was worried it might be a slab leak or something underground. Chris and Elesban came out really quickly and did a super thorough inspection. They checked everything and used all kinds of equipment to look for any leaks or moisture.
