Most of the pics are not even his handiwork. He kept my Camaro for 3weeks starting in January, telling me every other day that he'd be done in 2-days and when I call him in 2days,  he'd refuse to respond. He moved my pick up date 11 times...yes 11 TIMES!  I have photo and email evidence of all. Each time he moved those dates, he'd tell me my car would to be ready in 2 days, when that day came, he'd move it again, stating that he just had to finish the bumper (He was always finishing the bumper). I asked him few times to send me progress pics especially because he initially suggested it. He never sent one and stopped responding when I asked. The third week he calls me on a Tuesday, stating he has completed my car and would definitely have my car ready for me on Thursday, with an extra free caliper paint job as well because " I had been so patient". Then on Thursday, he refused to pick up his phone when I called him. He refused to return any texts until I texted him that my brother was dropping me off.... then came the furious texts, (and a call) asking me not to come with my brother and to hold off on coming because he had a lot of paperwork for me to sign. So I asked him to leave the keys with his workers (He had boasted several times to me that he has a lot of workers helping him). Then he said the front and rear bumpers were not attached yet.  He asked me NOT to bring my brother along with me.  He said he'd come pick me up on Friday to come get my car. I asked him if he had a picture of the completed work. 6 hours later he sends me a picture of the rear bumper with a tiny section of my car wrapped....... He had only done the work that day. On Friday when I called to confirm him picking me up as he promised verbally and in writing, he refused to respond to me in a timely fashion. My brother called him, and he told my brother he had promised to pick me up and asked why I had gotten someone else involved.   I set out to get my car anyway and did not alert him until I got there. He was not at his shop. (whilst I was on my way there he had texted me to say he had not attached the bumper because he got into an accident). When I got to his shop, and after threatening him with police action due to thievery, he showed up, opened up his garage door and lo and behold was my car with with the bumper on and just one tiny side of my car done. He told me it was completed just that morning. Then 5 mins into my getting there, I began to record our conversations and this lying creature had the audacity to tell me that whilst I was standing there, with my brother as witness, he had affixed the bumper back on........... I was standing right there. My brother was standing right there. That is sickness. He needs a mental hospital asap. He is lazy. He has a very ridiculous and irrational temper. I'm not the type of customer to write scathing reviews-- but take it from me (and the other 1 star reviews on Google and ALL of the 1-star reviews on Yelp) that CCA Wraps is the WORST business you could ever take your vehicle to. Before I had my car taken to the shop, I referred a few friends to Tyrone (he runs the shop). One of my friends went to get some new headlights-- Tyrone misled him and lied for over a month. No work ever got done, he damaged his car, and essentially just held the car hostage. Finally my friend got his car back and swore against ever going to CCA again. Still, another one of my friends went to CCA to get tints-- he made an appointment and Tyrone never showed up. He never texted him back or called him either. Sure enough, I sent my friend to Hallstar Tints that very same day and he walked out with a perfect job just minutes later. Another one of my friends was able to get tints on his brand-new Model 3 and it came out with bubbles-- the issue still hasn't been solved. Still, I took a leap of faith and sent $80,000 Mercedes CLS for Tyrone to do a paint correction. He constantly delayed the service and once he finally had the car, he had me pick it up (thinking that it was done) and when I got there, he said I'd need to bring it back for one more round of paint correction. His shop is 40 minutes away from me yet I held my patience and brought the car back. I picked the car up after all was said and done and noticed scratches and blemishes where he completely burned through the car's paint. I immediately let Tyrone know and he said he would do whatever it takes "to make it right". He had me take the car to Diamond Auto Body-- they quoted $1600 for repairs and Tyrone showed some hesitation to pay that large sum. So I offered Tyrone an alternative course of action: 1) Pay me $600 to have 1/3 body panels repainted 2) Vinyl wrap my Dodge Durango and 3) he agreed himself to do a ceramic wrap on my Benz to apologize for the inconvenience. Fast forward 2 months and NONE of that has been taken care of. I've dropped my Dodge Durango for over 2 weeks-- back and forth a dozen times and he had it partially wrapped with scratches everywhere and bubbling wrap. I took the SUV back again for him to take care of it-- and even though he said he was re-doing the wrap, I saw on the car's camera (that I can remotely check) that NO work was being done on the car. When I picked it up, Tyrone pretended that the wrap was new-- but I could CLEARLY tell that it was the same as before and that NO new wrap had been done. In terms of the $600 in damages-- Tyrone comes up with a new excuse every week as to why he hasn't paid me yet. Sometimes his paycheck hasn't cleared, other times he plain just ignores my request for the money. I've wasted so much time and money at his shop and despite giving Tyrone chance after chance, I've decided to give him one more day since he said he will come to MY home and finish the work. If he does not do that tomorrow and pay me my $600 in damages, I'll have no choice but to take legal action and take him to small claims court. Do NOT, under any circumstance, take your vehicle to this shop. The owner shows a repeating pattern of lies and excuses and while he shows that he is accountable, he does absolutely nothing to make up for the damages he's caused you. read more

Had the same problem above that Ronell B. of Alexandria had with an appointment. Its been 4 months and no refund. they f****ing suck at professionalism and customer service. The owner has no regard for business and puts to shame all the othe hard working shops out there. You cannot call yourself a businessman if you cant deliver the service you are selling, just stop it. Worst customer service experience in a while. They were unprofessional with scheduling my appointment, and it should have been a red flag from the start. I scheduled an appt for this evening at 730. When I arrived at the garage after looking for an entrance that was difficult to find in the dark, someone yelled thru the door for me to go around to the other entrance. I stated I couldn't find it, and they said go around again, and again I said I couldn't find the other entrance. After standing there 5 more minutes, I realized no one was coming to the explain how to find the main entrance. I got back in my car and called the number provided on the website, as well as the number I scheduled my appointment with (multiple times), and was never answered. I finally found the main door myself around 8, and when I inquired on how to get a refund of the groupon I had due to the lack of customer service I was just told to go through groupon. The gentleman I spoke with didn't even seem to care that I was dissatisfied or that I was left standing waiting for instructions (that never came) at the wrong entrance. I even still complimented the work they do! Long story short, I would never recommend Capital Custom if you care at all about customer service, and professionalism. I do not recommend capital custom automotive. Tyrone Crossland Jr customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. He's quick to accept your money but once he receives it everything is down hill from there. He does not keep appointments, also if you call him he will not call you back. Instead he will text you he is busy at the moment and claim he will call you back but you will never receive a phone call or text message back. Tyrone will make every excuse of why he cant service your car and reschedule with you. Once that day comes hes nowhere to be found. Capital Custom Automotive will not even notify you that your appointment is cancelled. You have to call him numerous times a day just to receive a text message from him. Again DO NOT GET ANY SERVICE FROM THIS BUSINESS UNLESS YOU WANT TO GIVE YOUR MONEY AWAY. As what Ronell said this business seems like a scam. After 5 phone calls to 3 different phone numbers and 5 messages left with 0 returned calls, I called livingsocial and was issued a refund. According to livingsocial I am the 3rd person within the past week with similar issues with the business. Don't waste your time with these guys. They provide you with a number and when you call it the person who answers the phone acts like you're bothering him. He says we're closed, call back tomorrow, and hangs up. So we call back the next day and of course this goes straight to voice mail again. Found a toll free number to call...called it...and after three minutes on hold...you have to leave a voice mail again. If you've purchased through Group On or Living Social this outfit cannot handle scheduling an appointment or answering the phone or returning a call....Why would you ever trust them with your car?
