So of course since my lower back has been doing good since August of 2023, I thought I wouldn't have to come back for a long time, but my neck thought it be a great idea to need to come back this year instead. Dr Sales and his PAs and office staff are always great. Let's be honest though a break from y'all for a while longer after my neck gets made better be nice. I highly recommend Dr Sales and his team. I gave her the patient info, and she failed to reach out not once but TWICE. It's frustrating to know that someone who is supposed to be helping people in pain cannot answer a phone and do their job in a timely fashion. Get better staffing for this practice PLEASE. She seems to not want to be bothered to do the job that she applied for.

I want to see the doctor, and we agree that surgery is going to be the last resort. I tried everything from physical therapy to chiropractor care to acupuncture, but nothing help. The pain was getting worse, and the only thing that kept me from jumping off of 10-story building is Gabapentin. The scheduled surgery fairly quickly and went through with it. Dr ball was with me all the way and explained the procedure and details even afterwards he expecting me what he did. Even when I called to ask questions before and after the surgery, they were answered right away with lots of details. His assistant Stacey was comforting and friendly. I hope you will never need his services, but if you do go nowhere else.

When I started having lower back disc problems I knew who to call. It's been 6 weeks since my surgery and to say that I feel night to day improvement is an understatement. Prior to surgery I could barely walk or stand for more than a few minutes. There was no refuge from the gnawing pain into my leg and foot. Trying to lay, sit, stand, sleep was miserable. I was developing muscle weakness. Now, 6 weeks post-op I feel like my "old self". I can walk for miles, do yard. work and lift my granddaughter without pain or anxiety that I will hurt myself. I know that I still have to be careful as I am still healing. Thanks to Dr. Ball and his team at Rose City Spine Surgery for accurately diagnosing and treating my problem. Beware the company SCA managing this surgery center will force you to make a large payment by…read morecredit card before going back the day of surgery. They over charged nearly $1000 beyond what insurance authorized. Multiple phone calls to the facility they just pass the buck acknowledging that they overcharged but expect a minimum of 6-8wks for the refund of the overpayment. No patient advocate at this facility. They never discussed this payment in advance. Clearly it's not about patient care it's about them making money and tricking the vulnerable patient to overpay the day of surgery. Have your surgery at a hospital not in Wilsonville Surgery Center.

I had a great experience at Cascade Spine center. I received an epidural injection in between my L1…read more& L2 to relieve my nerve pain from Spinal Stenosis. Dr. Anderson and his team were professional , friendly, kind, and went out of their way to make me comfortable before, during, and after the procedure. I was a bit apprehensive that Medicare no longer allows the procedure to be done under a general anesthetic, but the procedure took 5 minutes for two injections and the local that was administered took away over 95% of any discomfort. I highly recommend Dr. Anderson and Cascade Spine Center.

I would rate my first visit with Ayumi with four stars; she was kind, and seemed concerned about my…read moreproblem. She prescribed medication and ordered an MRI under anesthesia. Things broke down in my subsequent visit with her since her follow through with ordering physical therapy was delayed by several days. We agreed upon a treatment plan of only medication and PT during that visit. About two weeks after my visit with her I developed increased pain and reached out to her to adjust my medication. A gentleman called me the day after I left a message around 9:00am to get more information but when I had heard nothing by 4:00pm I called again. Surprisingly someone actually answered the phone which had never happened before during my several calls throughout my evaluation and diagnosis. But I digress. Apparently sometime during the day Ayumi responded that I needed to reach out to my primary care provider. I have no idea if I would have been called with this message the same day. I took this to mean that she had discharged me from her practice. I really would have appreciated it if she had told me that at our last visit because it is now 4:30pm on a Friday and my PCP does not work on Mondays. So I will sit here in pain until Tuesday. I cannot recommend this practice since they appeared to have abandoned me as their patient and I will be reaching out to the Board of Registered Nursing with my complaint.
